Runnings is like a blend of a small Fleet Farm and an old school hardware store. It even has a section with old style penny candy, gifts (lots of fun kitchen towels, lots of yummy smelling candles), and interesting pickles! Nice store!

Great store for the country minded folks. Pleasantly surprised to find 7 different types of root beer Ive never tried (or seen for that matter) before. Will definitely go back.

I get all my dog and cat food from here. I really like the selection of stuff that they have.

Huge store and we enjoyed walking around. Husband got himself a new wallet that I love very much because he finally get to throw away his old one. 🤣 The baby chicks were so adorable. When we got to the sporting good section my husband COD and PUBG mode kicked in.🤣A bit pricey but I believe its well worth the $ when the weather gets 🥶. Etc.

Has tons of stuff needed for DIY home improvement. My Lab, Cinder, loves it even more. Theyre dog friendly and great with my dog. I have to keep her from going behind the checkout trying to steal treats as they always have a stash at the cash register. And the staff are knowledgeable with what they sell.

Runnings is a pet-friendly source for all your basic household or hobby farm needs. In comparison, they are a smaller retailer than Fleet Farm, but offer all of the same high quality items in a local setting. The retail workers here are friendly and knowledgeable about where items are located.If you do not have a mask when you enter the store, there is a table with disposable masks available for your use. I appreciate their efforts to follow the state mandate while still providing quality service with a smile.

I had ordered some parts about a month ago and still have not received any of them so I just went to another place

Friendly staff and knowledgeable, I had to locate an item and they knew exactly where it was and what I needed. Prices are reasonable to the other big do-it-yourself stores.

Stopped in to price portable air compressors, has one I like but still price shopping.

This company is one of the worst companies in Austin Minnesota it doesn’t enforce the mask mandate required by the governor and I personally witnessed a coworker verbally abuse another! I would never shop here again

Great service and selection. The only thing they could improve on is consistent pricing. Multiple times I noticed identical products with identical tags have different prices.

Stiehl makes a good product. Took it in for servicing, poor service, called twice in 10 days. placed on hold, twice transferred a couple of times. Service dept employers gave 2 different answers why servcing took that many days. Neither was waiting for parts

Nice selection of merchandise. Very helpful employees. I had a question about a sale item that I couldnt find and the associate was friendly and quick to help. At the checkout, the clerk was smiling and talkative. A very enjoyable experience.

Went to pick up copper pipe, no 3/4 pipe and very few fittings.8-10 people waiting in line to checkout and finally open another register. Went to home depot albert lea.

Great store with fantastic customer service.I purchased a new lawn mower and after using it wished I had purchased the larger model. Was able to exchange for the other model without any problem.Will be a loyal customer for life.

This place has a variety of everything from clothes, hunting and fishing gear, supplies for animals, stuff for home repairs, tools, and grills. You can usually find some pretty good deals in their flyers and during their events.

Austin has always needed a store like this. Now that we have iti am supporting it even if they are a dollar or 2 higher in price on something. Its nice not have to travel to Albert lea or Rochester for small stuff. Whether its a 8:30 pm leaking sink emergency or something in sporting goods that no one else has, every time i have been in here looking for something they have had it and priced well at that.

I had my first ...?.. unpleasant visit . Shopping for Stihl saw parts & a grinder of any brand . Nobody to help me . Felt like I was being watched not helped ! Found bar and chain. No one to answer my ?s about grinders (DeWalt) started to feel uncomfortable . So I left .
