Austin Sliding Door and Window Repair did a good job for us; however, it took a long time to get the pieces and parts needed to repair our door. If or when I have other issues with doors or windows, I will call them again.

They serviced my sliding patio door on 09/04/2020, and were able to repair multiple components at a reasonable price and timely manner. I plan to use them again for a different patio door issue.

I’m not one to write many reviews but we had such a great experience with this company. They worked on several doors in our home. The quality of their work is great and cost is very reasonable. Jeff has been extremely knowledgeable and responsive to all of our questions. He is even came out to realign one of the doors they had installed several months later at no charge after our home had shifted. Can not recommend them enough!

I had them come out yesterday to look at a sliding glass door that wasnt working properly. After messing around with the door, they spoke to my wife and left. There is now a half inch gap at the top and bottom of the fixed pane and they will not come out to repair it. Meanwhile, the home inspector made an adjustment to another sliding glass door and solved that problem. They were going to solve that problem for 1100.00. I spoke to the owner this morning and he didnt want anything to do with me. Dont trust them.
