We had our car window smashed during a road trip. No other glass shop was able to fit us in on such short notice except this one! All I can say is I thank God for Angel!! She’s the best! I bought a car from enterprise and the windshield had rock chips in it so this company was the one to replace it. I don’t live in Austin so they actually came to my house to replace the windshield. The first time it wasn’t a good experience; the techs put in a defective windshield and didn’t change the molding. Angel called me right away to make sure everything went well so I explained to her what happened and she got right on it! Enterprise tried to put in an aftermarket windshield as well but Angel stayed on them about this situation and in the end, I got my factory windshield! The customer service that Angel gave me made me feel so good and happy about everything, even if it was messed up in the beginning. She went above and beyond the call of duty. I appreciate the hard-work and dedication that she gave in this situation. Honestly, if it wasn’t for Angel, I probably would’ve gave this place a 1 star review. So, thank you again Angel!!

I had a great experience with Longhorn Glass replacing my truck windshield. I received a very high quote and long wait time from a larger auto glass replacement vendor. Longhorn Glass was able to get me scheduled 2 weeks quicker for about half the price of the big vendor. They also didnt charge to come out and install at my house.George - did my windshield replacement quickly and professionally.Angel - scheduled my appointment and handled billing. She was very easy to work with and made me feel comfortable and listened to. Excellent customer service and entirely painless experience.Happy to give them 5 stars and have already recommended them to my family members.

I own a local repair business that would often get a significant amount of calls for glass replacement or repair which we dont offer and I would ALWAYS send them to Longhorn. Over the years, literally hundreds of calls I sent their way. As a business we also used them when we needed something whether on one of our own service vehicles or a customers that was related to a repair. I had an appointment to get a windshield resealed for a vehicle leaking water that was causing electrical issues. Suffice to say, the windshield didnt get resealed and they are now declining to do any work for us! Im now set back several days, the manager (Adam) doesnt have the decency to call me himself, and the office wouldnt ever call me back. It took three calls to ultimately get an answer out of them that they werent even going to help us. Rest assured, i will NEVER send them any more work, and as an influential person in the auto repair business, I will strongly recommend anybody to not use them either. If youre an insurance company reading this, it doesnt matter how much business you give them, they have no regard for you and keeping a positive relationship. If youre a regular consumer, I strongly advise you steer clear of these guys.

My experience with Longhorn Glass has been wonderful! I called and instantly I was able to get an appointment set for the very next day.My neighbor, in my opinion, accidentally broke my window on my car. Shattered to pieces. He never claimed that he did this and I just had to deal with the surprise. But it was a totally unexpected happening. I called my insurance who sent me initially to SafeLight. I had a terrible experience. 1st off they didnt call me right away and then when they did, they didnt listen to me and quoted me incorrectly for a windshield replacement and stated they couldnt come do it till Thursday afternoon, 5 days after this occurred.Luckily, Longhorn Glass came in to save the day! They listened and quoted me a great price and were able to come to my job the very next day. Plus they vacuumed my car and made it smell beautiful! Highly suggest!

Longhorn has been REMARKABLE to work with. Were on our 4th window replacement...from city mowing incidents, a random bullet, and a broken seal. Theyve had amazing prices and been accommodating to our demanding schedule. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I used Longhorn glass to replace my Jeep windshield today. They gave me an unbeatable price and were SUPER FRIENDLY! I highly recommend them to anyone! Pedro is the best thing I can say about this company. Maria, the manager, refused to call me for a week!! I called the office multiple times to be told she was conveniently out of the office for a bit, and she would call me back. NOTHING! I wasnt notified when they showed up to measure the window. Thankfully, Pedro called me before leaving and stayed there while I could get back home. Pedro was also the one that called me today to let me know he was coming to install the new window. To this day, I still have not heard from Maria! Pedro is the only good thing I have to say. The glass doesnt even match our other due to how they tempered the glass.

Chuck and Leo hired me to perform real estate services in late 2018. After the services were performed they quit communicating with me. Chuck will no longer answer emails or phone calls and Leo is no where to be found. They owe me $2,000+.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I emailed last night for a quote and got a call back today wit a great price. I said great and Paulina told me the guy would be out within an hour to replace my windshield. He came 4 hours later! When my husband called to see where he was Paulina LIED and said she never told me an hour! Once he finally got here he had the wrong windshield!!! Said they told him it was a different car. I called her back for the 4th time today and she couldnt have cared less. Was extremely rude and disrespectful! I will never use them!!

Did multiple types of damage under my hood after installing a new truck windshield. They tried to send me home with the damage not fixed, but l found the damage and confronted them about it. They said they would order a part and repair the damage. After them giving me the runaround for several weeks, I ended up having my personal mechanic at Galaxy auto in Round Rock repair the damage they did to my truck. They did agree to pay the mechanical shop for the repairs and did follow through with that. Seems like they hire people with no experience or do not train their workers properly.

These guys went above and beyond their duties when replacing the windshield in my HHR, after my wife hit a deer.They came out on a Saturday and helped me with some very minor body work needed in order to get the windshield to seal properly.They did so in their own initiative and were very professional.I will use Longhorn Glass for all of my glass needs from now on!

By far the worst place to go to get a window replaced. Irresponsible and careless staff. Not only was the dispatcher 30 minutes late, but he brought the passenger side window when I specified and confirmed twice that I needed the driver side window replaced. If you want a decent place to get your window fix, I would recommend Auto glass Solutions on Burnet near 183. Theyre cheaper and more reliable.Hope this helps someone 🙂!

During a major hail storm in San Antonio, my windshield sustained huge cracks in front of my face. Local companies (of course) swamped. I had to go to Austin on business. I called Longhorn Glass. They got me right in and replaced the windshield at a MUCH better price than I was expecting. Thank you Longhorn Glass.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I contacted them Friday June 8th, to determine the cost to hang a mirror in my entryway. I was advised they could be out Monday, June 11th 2018 and they would be out between 11-1. The time was pushed to 2 so that I would be able to make it. They come as stated and after I too the remainder of the day off so they could be here only to find out they came to view the area and the technician would relay information back to the office and they would call with quote and then determine date. AT NO POINT WAS I TOLD THIS WAS A QUOTE AS THE MIRROR WAS TO BE INSTALLED! Poor communication and they were concerned about the liability of sad item. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Ive used them twice over the years for Autoglass replacements. Great results and service.
