I have to admit that in the current market I was really skeptical of the experience I would have buying a new family toy. It seemed inventories were low or not as advertised, sales people were not friendly and getting a return call sometimes was impossible.However, after buying an ICON i60l from Kaleb we could not be happier. Outstanding quality and customer service. Purchased a 2019 Club Car. We had the seats changed out to a different color. Kenfield staff pointed out that the top color did not match and changed it out for just an install fee. Needed to drop the top down by about 4” so that it would fit in the garage. They handled it perfectly, without impacting the look. This is the second golf cart that we purchased from Kenfield. Last one was traded in for this one. It was an 08 and still running.

Update/revision to a previous review. In September 2020, the Service department was backed up by about a month, so it took a long time for them to get to the cart while it was in queue for service. Initially my review was negative, based on those extended wait times.Then Marcus contacted me and started coordinating work on the cart. His communication was top-notch and he provided many recommendations and quality answers as we searched for the best motor to speed up my cart. These guys know the industry and they know carts. He really went above and beyond, even arranging for the cart to be shipped back so I could use it while we awaited the replacement parts arrival. I simply cant say enough good things about our treatment and the quality of the service performed. Marcus even invited me in to test drive the finished cart and make sure I was happy before I paid for the service. This put things over the top and Ill keep going back to them because they took such good care of us. Just excellent all around. Ive since had my cart back in 2 more times for service, and each time the experience has been stellar. Ill never go anywhere else!I initially felt the need to dock 1 star because of the excessive wait times, but I have since revisited and upped to 5 stars. I cant knock them for high demand... When youre the best, people want to use you. They work meticulously and take the time to get it right, and I couldnt be happier with the results. Use these guys, theyre worth the wait!!!!

I purchased one of their Club Car Tempos for one of our local dealerships that was just opening. I dealt with Kaleb and could not have been more satisfied with the experience. Kaleb was able to expeditiously get me all of the needed tax information to be able to pay Kenfield Golf Cars as a vendor from our internal system. He worked directly with our Service Director to schedule the free shipping (always a bonus) of the cart. He even randomly followed up about 4 months after the purchase just to ensure everything was okay. We havent had any problems with the cart- cant imagine we would after only 4 months- but just the intent to follow-up is one that we value greatly. I couldnt be more pleased with my experience. From the first interaction to the final pickup, the guys at Kenfield were a true pleasure to work with. This is the first time I have felt compelled to write a review and the guys at Kenfield are completely deserving of it. I started out by taking my old beat down cart in for a tune up, new batteries, and springs. In the end, I decided to do much more, because Marcus went above and beyond on everything I asked for at prices that absolutely cannot be beat. I typically like to buy parts online and do the work myself, but as I worked with Marcus, he quoted prices that were not only cheaper than what I could find anywhere online, but those prices were cheaper including the labor for installation. The thing that really did it for me was where they went above and beyond across the board by upgrading bushings, heavy duty springs instead of standard springs, and other cosmetic improvements I didnt specifically request, and they didnt charge for. Bottom line, they went the extra mile to make absolutely certain I was happy with the resulting product. Upon final pickup, I could see where they went through the entire battery compartment, chassis and interior, cleaning it completely out, with everything shining and fully detailed. These days it is hard to find a place that truly stands out for its customer service and even harder to find one that has outstanding customer service at a fantastic price. If anyone asks me where to go for a new customized cart or a place to have work done on their cart, my recommendation will always be Kenfield Golf Cars. Awesome service and pricing. I have visited them a few times and each purchase has been great and each cart has ran flawlessly. One time I thought I had a bad charger and needed it fixed fast, they tested it and the charger was good so they directed me to look at the reed switch thinking that may be the issue and they were right. First strike: We bought a part, but it turns out they gave us the wrong one. I wasnt the one that picked it up, but I went to return it because I work close. Strikes 2-4: There is NO PARKING. I went by on 3 different days and couldnt park anywhere. They only have a few spots and they were always full. One day the driveway was even blocked by a guy parked by the front door with his flashers on (guess he got tired of no parking too), so I had to back out.
