H.E.B. Curbside associates are the most POLITE, TIME CONSCIOUS and SPEEDIEST representatives ANY establishment would breakdown DOORS to employ. Period. I have not yet experienced, nor do I EVER expect to be, in the slightest, disappointed with their professionalism, inventory knowledge and profound eagerness in creating a very true and genuine grocery purchasing experience.Top Knotch, EVERY time.

I really like HEB for many reason but, this is in a diverse surrounding.Now that they are forcing the campsout of the area it will be way better.Please understand I have a female friend who has become trapped in the horrilbe, ongoing suffering of being homeless. That said: Who In This World Believes They Have, Had,Or Should Have The Right To Live In A Fility Camp...With Garbage & GodKnows What Else; Which They In AllAspects Created. 😶😳Of course there are many who still maintain a sence of respect for not only for themselves but, for the neighborhood in which they live as well. Fast, easy and friendly! The personal shoppers are fantastic! They can pick produce better than me.I create a list and save it on the site. hebtoyou.com then choose from my list and select a pick-up time for free Curbside. I can buy all my groceries, for the week in 10 minutes, drive over and pick them up from the friendly Curbside girls/guys, they load them in the trunk and Im done! Easy peasy!

I like this heb cuz they are friendly and cooperative with customers. They also have a nice restroom policy. To allow customers use of the restroom. Im thinking it is beneficial.

I love this HEB. Sure, its not in the best area of town. But, Ive never had to worry about my car being broken into thanks to the bright lights in the parking lot and the steady flow of people that come in and out. Ive never had to find something on my list at another HEB too. Theyre stocked and employees have always been helpful and courteous. The business center here is always busy but the wait times are short in comparison to others. The pharmacy is just as great too. Though, Ive found that sometimes its faster to go inside rather than use the drive thru. Thats just been my experience.

This was my primary grocery store when I 1st moved to ATX back in 11 and now in the time of the pandemic their my go to for curbside pickup. Theyve done great in both regards with a wide and plentiful selection with friendly & efficient staff. Even after moving out of the area this location has remained worth the trip. They do fall short of having the items Im looking for and/or selected via their app, but I suspect thats franchise encompassing issue.

Staff here are hit and miss.Most of the time everything ordered curbside is received. But, one time i had to make a return trip because they forgot a bag, and then back again, because they forgot my water.Ok, someone messed up. Everyone deserves a second chance.Well that second chance was utilized to its fullest yesterday.We placed our order, no texts saying items were out of stock, picked up curbside, and realized that 15 items were missing when we got home.Im guessing our picker didnt feel like going to one area of the store that day. Or, maybe our picker just couldnt be bothered to text us to say items were out of stock and hoped we would not notice the missing $50+ worth of groceries we paid for.After shopping regularly at this HEB for over 7 years, I think its time we shopped elsewhere.

First time using curbside and I am very satisfied. Every item that was chosen was correct and the meat & produce that I was iffy on, was great. Will definitely use again and will also recommend.

Had the pleasure of constructing this wonderful Curbside, and working with the staff there at ATX 12. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and patient throughout the process.The area is the real taste of Austin with a wash of all types of people acumulating there. Even the Birds are colorful, with a large population of Munk Parakeets living near by thay regularly feed on the parking lot there.

I cant remember the last time they got my order right or called me about issues, even when it request them to. Be ready for text messages about crazy substitutions (who subs regular soda in when someone asks for diet?) less than 30 minutes before pickup. And youll have to call them, because theyll never call, even if you request them to.

This is such a fantastic service!!! Convenient!!!! Heb employees are so kind and courteous!!! Plus they give free cookies away. So really I do it for the cookies lol.

Love the service but hate what they substitute items they cant find with. I had a product that was about $2, might not have been in stock but they substituted with another product that was $10! They should at least send a text to confirm if its okra to substitute product.

I dont care for there pharmacy. But love the food store.

Im real lazy and these people keep me alive. Respect

Best grocery store in town

They can have some busy hours on the weekend whenever your pickup may be late, or all of the spaces are taken, but most of the time Im quite a with my order and the service given. Avoid Sunday afternoons! The beer rush orders can cause delays.
