It was my first time here for lunch. The store associate Stephanie was really friendly, helpful, and prompt. I was expecting there to be a wait since this is the famous Honey Baked Ham company but we were in and out. The sandwich I ordered was The Honey Baked - it was phenomenal. the bread was fresh, the flavor palette so sweet, salty, and it had this crunchy texture in the center that added to the sandwich even more. I will definitely be going back and took my coworkers with me on the adventure and they were highly satisfied as well.

The BLT that was recommended was amazing! All fresh ingredients and the staff was so polite and welcoming. First time here and I will be back for more meals!

So i decided to try this place out after probably 5 years. last time i tried it was in washington and the sandwich was tiny! they had a new menu item the honeybaked its 800 calories and on a large ciabatta roll. the sandwich is LARGE which is great but the bread SUCKS. very dry and uneventful. if this were toasted it would be amazing. nowhere on the menu does it say they toast the bread but they really need to. the ham is great. but the fact that its a cold sandwich and dry bread took what could have been a 5 and turned it into a 3 star meal! :(

A friend of mine and I decided to try this place after a long day of apartment hunting and it was amazing! My mouth was in heaven. Literally the best sandwich Ive had in years. I tried the ham classic, the ham was nice and thick with a crispy sweet glaze. Try it all the way! Its sweet and savory. The company is family owned and inside was small and intimate which was a pleasant trip back in time.

I always have been satisfied purchasing lunch (a ham classic sandwich) and by the pound ham here. Friendly staff.

Bought 2 half hams,both cashiers friendly.asked about military discount had 10% discount but didnt know how to give it, manager on phone.waited.too long,apparently manager didnt care enough to get off phone for 2 minutes.

This shop is close to my office so my co-workers and I pop in frequently for lunch. For less than $10 you can get a delicious sandwich, chips, and a drink. They are of course known for providing holiday meals, but their lunch deals are solid. There isnt really enough space inside the restaurant to comfortably enjoy a meal and I feel this is the only downside.

I called ahead they said they had all hams available for pickup. So I drove 10 miles and when I got there they wouldn’t let me purchase a quarter ham. Just $90 hams. Super disappointed. Trying to shop as safe as possible but bad experience.

Not a big fan of ham sandwiches but this is my fab restaurants if it has to be ham!

The Honey Baked Ham Company is also my “go to place” for a great deli sandwich and I am so glad that it is near to me when I’m running errands or going to appointments!!!I also pick up Ham bones to throw into my Crock Pot to make yummy soups any time of the year!!!

I mean the ham is good, but the lady handing out the ham on 12/22/2018 was rude and when asked about how to keep it good til Christmas she tried telling us how she likes it and how we shouldn’t do anything but leave it room temp... i mean the ham is good but the service sucked??

Reserved a ham before Thanksgiving holiday, had confirmation. Waited in line for 30 mins, was told they were out and I could buy a ham 2x the size. First & last experience here. Inconsiderate and no value of other peoples time. Whats the point of placing a pre-order?

CHRISTMAS WARNING-12/25/18 - whole family got food poisoning from a ham, the sickest i have ever been in my life, i couldnt eat for 2 weeks after.

Ive been noticing a line here for years and never went in to eat food but when I did I was happy to eat it. It was pretty good.

They let me use their power plug while I was in deep need for it. Thanks!
