Ive been coming to see Kory at Hearing Aid Express for years. From the very start he and his office have been extremely helpful and given me that extra mile of great service. Buyer beware. Long story, I visited the Mesa location earlier this year for a cleaning and battery change. Receptionist Emily O who was there alone did the work, way over charged me after the work was done, paid and left. Very dissatisfied. Some weeks later I discovered several hundred dollars of food and delivery charges on the card that I used at the store. I disputed the charges and the credit card removed and investigated. Food deliveries were to the Hearing Aid Express address and another apartment building address. My name and card number had been stolen and used. The credit card company does not pursue legal action on what they consider small fraud where nothing can be recovered. All of this was reported to Hearing Aid Express store manager Kory who said receptionist Emily O had been fired for inappropriate actions in the office. More was said about her behavior. He offered to help with our the hearing aid problems but all subsequent attempts to contact him have gone unreturned, a receptionist suggested I email him but he never answered. He did say he was going to contact corporate about what to do. Kory seemed genuine and remorseful for what happened, added he hired Emily O and was fooled by her. Draw your own conclusions, it may be one bad employee and the company is trying to distance themselves from her actions for fear of legal action.I don’t review normally but all of the actions of Hearing Aid Express have been evidence of a poorly managed company and potential customers should be aware.

I have had a great experience at Hearing Aid Express in Austin. Kory and his staff have been super helpful and extremely professional. Always going the extra mile to help.

Called in to ask about repair for a pair of hearing aids I purchased elsewhere. Came into the office, met Kory, left a few minutes later good to go. Will definitely be back when I’m ready for a new pair. Great people, great service, I highly recommend them!

Just wanted to say how helpful and kind Mary Ann was when I called her. I had lost my hearing aid when removing my mask. She called the company regarding my warranty and had them send me a new one. I appreciate her extra effort and understanding.

When I younger, I always went to the Abilene Rehab Center for my hearing needs. One day I was faced with an unfortunate situation, my hearing aid died. Dr. Plummer gave me a lot of reassurance that I was in good hands and provided an awesome hearing aid based on my budget. Id recommend Dr. Plummer to everyone! Ive been her patient for 16 years.
