We recently had one of my family members come here to get their hearing checked. Of course my great uncle didnt want to . I mean who does . He was very nervous but he eventually went . Now he has some hearing aids. He is in a retirement home so its nice that he can hear his friends . It was all thanks to Chris and Angelina . Miracle ear has great options for aids with having so many features that can fit to my uncles needs . He can now enjoy the life of retirement . He is not as grumpy either . Chris is wonderful! He is very caring and knowledgeable. My mom has dementia and Chris is great with her and she is very comfortable with him. Our visits there are always a great experience. Whats more Chris always makes a follow up call to see if all is well. He goes above and beyond. If you are looking for a place to get your hearing aides this is it!

The rubber tip of my left hearing aid came off and was stuck inside of my ear. I went to them for help. Front desk person was v nice and Chris Campos was great and very accommodating. He got the tip out at no charge. Very nice people.

I’ve been wearing hearing aids for eight years, but it wasn’t until I walked into Miracle Ear that I felt that someone cared, someone listened, and went to great lengths to make sure my hearing aids fit and functioned properly. My new hearing aids are compatible with I phones, and as a former android user, I had quite a learning curve. The people here are very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions. They explained everything so I could understand it and made sure all my questions were answered. They explained the differences of each hearing aid and their prices and got with my insurance company to get the bottom line--out of pocket price. They even made suggestions and explained different scenarios so I could make the right choice for the hearing aid that best fit my lifestyle and budget.

We brought my mom to Miracle Ear in 2018 and received excellent service - no pressure to purchase the high end package. Chris really took his time with her and made her feel welcome and comfortable through the procedure. A couple days ago, the lead on her left hearing aid came off. We took it to Chris yesterday, and he had it repaired in under a half hour at no charge. Another example of terrific service at Arboretum Miracle Ear!

Chris Campos taught a master class in hearing mechanisms; I learned all kinds of things. Office Manager Cathi is very friendly and efficient. I have had my hearing aide for about a year. Chris is very professional and patient with me. Questions are welcomed by Chris. He explains the aspects of my hearing loss and how my hearing aid can help me overcome some of my frustrations in a social event.Cathi, the office manager, is also very friendly and attentive.Actually today I was there for my annual hearing test.Thanks to both of you Chris and Cathi and also thanks the Miracle Ear company.

The kind people at Miracle Ear did a great job testing my ears and helped me choose the best hearing aids and they fit and sound amazing. My favorite part about this center is how they truly care for me and listen to me. Watching old movies with the TV streamer is wonderful too. Go see them and you wont be disappointed.

I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful Chris Campos and Cathi are to work with! My 90 year old daddy had hearing aids that he could no longer use as he couldn’t put them in due to his Parkinson’s disease. We weren’t sure if there was anything that could be done to help him. Chris made custom ear molds that my dad could put in and out of his ears! And took great care to make sure they were a perfect fit. Even made personal visits to his Assisted Living Apt to ensure the use and make sure my dad was completely comfortable and could hear. What a Godsend!
