Rude sale person. Just not friendly. Don’t ask too many questions. Responses are quick, like you’re bothering the guy.
We have an account with Sherwin Williams - We have for over 10 years and this store is just horrible. I orders 20 gallons onlin for a big job on the 13th - It said it was being filled and when I went on the 15th to pick it up I was told by Chris that my order was NEVER even opened to be worked on. Now I have an entire crew just sitting waiting for paint without being able to start on this customers job. His excuse was that they get so many online orders. I was just baffled!
Excellent Costumer Service. Highly recommend this store. We had to color match some paint and the gentleman who helped us spent a solid hour getting it to match perfectly. We left and came back but it was worth the wait. My husband was so impressed that he was taking his time to do it so well. Young kid and hard worker...
This was my favorite store, however my recent experience was not so good, picked up one item was waited for more than 25 mins to pay, and people in the store kept picking up news calls and did not pay attention customers in the store.
Great, well stocked store with good service. Tough to find a parking spot on the weekends due to the new Poker club a few doors down, but a much more user friendly experience than the big box hardware stores.
We’re renovating our house so have bought quite a lot of paint from this store over the last few months. I’ve mainly worked with Kyle and always have a great experience - he’s really friendly and knowledgeable in terms of best paint to use and color guidance. Great service no matter how busy they get!
Customer service is excellent. The store manager Phillip Elley went out of his way to assist me in obtaining samples despite a nationwide supply shortage that is out of his control. I highly recommend this location to anyone shopping for paint or supplies.

I bought, from Phillip, 5 gallons of 1 color of paint. I went to run an errand while they mixed the paint. When I returned they had but the paint in a 5 gallon bucket. I am a 65 year old woman. How am I supposed to get the paint into a smaller container so I can paint. When I complained to Phillip he offered me an empty paint can. So far the paints has spilled on my tile floor because I was trying to get it out of the 5 gallon bucket. What a mess. I have lost about 1/2 gallon just trying to get it out and at $59.99 per gallon that is a lot. You should never give a 65 year old woman a 5 gallon bucket without asking her first. Poor service and poor customer knowledge.
Overall, this is a wonderful place for our house painting needs. The gentile clerks always help me bring heavy loads to and from my van. They give wonderful advice about tools to buy, how much paint to buy for specific walls or rooms and ways to save money! They are always nice.
Great staff that helped me match some paint. Worked great. They were quick and able to recommend me some additional products that helped finish the project sooner and correctly. Thank you!

Ive been buying paint for 40 yrs at Sherwin Williams, not because the paint is superior to others, but because the service WAS superior. This morning at the store on Hwy 183 in ATX, I received the worst service Ive received ever at a retail store. I called SW customer service number to inquire about store policy & report the lack of service from employee, Ryan. His attitude was deplorable for an individual serving customers. I called SW customer service twice & talked with three different people & was told I would get a return call. I have yet to get a call. In this day of many choices, customer service mandates where people buy. I will no longer buy at SW.
Bit of a Boutique paint store. Nice staff, all the modern paint matching technology. Bring in a chip. High quality paint. Not sure it is the cheapest, but you can be confident to end up with good results.

They have Harmony paint which makes rooms smell better. Highly recommend this paint.

Dont waist your time with sherwin Williams I spent three weeks trying to get some marking paint from two locations and both managers jimmy and Phillip lied and when confronted jimmy at 183 and lake line location wanted to fight me and Phillip just straight out lied and the best part is I have had an account with them for years and was buying over $2000 dollars worth of equipment and material which lets me fully understand that these two guys should not be managing a kids lemonade stand let alone a sherwin Williams paint store so save time and money and go to Kelly more lows or Home Depot they are half the price and know what they are doing and wont give you a three week run around or beat you up or lie on you thanks and I sincerely hope this helps save some one the time and trouble that it had cost me
