Absolutely seamless experience from start to finish. The finished product absolutely exceeded my expectations. I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door and she made everything on my list happen including samples of exactly what I would be getting. They had the most competitive bid of anyone else I looked at for corded traverse drapes. I can not recommend them highly enough. Gorgeous product and install was perfect.

We had a wonderful experience working with Lexi to create custom Roman shades for our kitchen of 7 windows. The shades block the sun during meal-time, but maintain enough light to make our kitchen look bright, airy and clean. Lexi was extremely knowledgeable and we had an extensive choice of fabrics to create a mid-century modern look. Overall, the experience felt personal and we think our curtains have an interior design look to them. This family-owned business gets an A+ from the Better Business Bureau and an A+ from me also. I was searching for an installer who could install curtains I had purchased from J.C. Penney before the COVID-19 isolation and social distancing policies. After waiting seven months for the J.C. Penney installation team to return, I decided to look around. One company would not work with me as I had not purchased my curtains from them. I was excited to find that The Great Curtain Company could set me up with curtain rods in the finish I wanted through pictures online! Lexie communicated with me via email, texts, and phone calls, which eased my worries a great deal! The installation man, Rudy M., provided a professional job, asking for my feedback on the final stages so that I would be satisfied. I highly recommend this company and will call them again the next time I need window treatments.

I was on the hunt for custom curtains for the longest time, and nothing in Austin had what I was looking for - until I walked into this beautiful showroom. The walls were lined with full length panels end to end, options galore, fabulous hardware and just incredible top treatments! WOW was the first thing I thought when I walked through the door. After being greeted by the owner, Lauren, I felt at home as she led me around the shop showing me ideas for my new home. After about 30 mins. she helped me narrow my fabric ideas down to a few, presented the quotes, and I was more than pleased with the pricing. VERY affordable for the fantastic quality.I placed my order, and my curtains were hung in just a few weeks. I was informed every step of the way, updates were sent, and contact was kept at all times. The installer was extremely professional as well, and my experience from beginning to end was just exceptional.
