Buying experience was good but heater broke after having hot spring vanguard tub for only three months. Custom level does not look great. They used cheap plywood and spray painted the sides black.(see photo). Paint is already fading after 3 months.Come to find out the dealer only has 1 technician for the entire Austin area and their service requests are weeks out. So you can spend $15k+ on an upper end hot tub, have it break 3 months later and then have it out of service for weeks, possibly even a month or more according to Hot Springs rep I talked to. I was told I would receive a call back 3 different times and never did within a week and a half. I spoke with my neighbor who has Jacuzzi tub for 3 years and has had 0 issues. Hot Spring tub looks nice but questioning whether paying for a nicer tub was worth it.

Before you buy from Spa Expo, be aware. The sales process is great, however the service process is unacceptable. I have had an ongoing issue with a fungus growing inside our spa paneling for two years. Our service technician has been out three times to check it and always leaves saying he will follow up with next steps, but months go by without a call back from him. I call the service department weekly and leave messages that go unreturned. We love our hot tub, just wish we had service and support that was responsive and helpful.

The best decision of 2020: A swim spa with a treadmill. We’re so glad that we had the opportunity to meet Felipe in May right after businesses started to open up. Our summer vacation plans were quickly falling apart and we knew that we were missing something if we were going to stay home when taking time off from work. We’re so glad that we decided to go for it. Spa Expo had only one swim spa in inventory, which also had a treadmill. We were not sure about the treadmill at first because of the extra cost. Now, we’re so glad that we listened to Felipe because we are enjoying our swim spa and the treadmill everyday. Our swim spa has changed our everyday routine for the better. Last year after looking at a number of spas in different locations I went to Spa Expo and spoke with Felipe Castaneda about the Hot Spring line he carries.It was quite an education on spas and warranties. I decided to purchase a NXT for a number of reasons and have really enjoyed the model. The Spa Expo installation team is top notch and made quick work of my install. I recently had a very minor problem and the warranty repairman was over right away and resolved the issue. There is very little maintenance and Ive been to the store a few times for water sample analysis and a visit. Look around all you want and then go see Felipe and see what a truly awesome spa looks like. Be totally confident that youll be well taken care of before and more importantly after the sale.

We purchased an Endless Pool e700 from Spa Expo in October of 2016, and Felipe was a real pleasure to deal with. He gladly invited us to test the floor models out and even went so far as to arrange a test at another showroom. His delivery team was prompt and timely, and we installed our unit around Christmas. It offers a wonderful experience of swimming, exercising, and relaxation. The bluetooth music system is well worth it. I call our swim spa the fountain of youth! The maintenance thus far has been minimal, and our electric bill hasnt budged much either.I continue to shop at Spa Expo for supplies and always have a pleasant experience with Felipe and staff. We got our swim spa from Spa Expo and it is fabulous. It has the 15 Covana cover which you can see we had deck and Pergola built around the system. The Endless Spa is absolutely the best on the market, and we have the swim current and treadmill upgrade. The spa is absolutely flawless and reminds us when it needs filters cleaned or water replaced. Keeps the water perfect and the Covana cover keeps all the pollen, leaves and dust out. We bought it back around Thanksgiving 2017 and had the deck mostly done when it arrived. The Pergola is covered to keep out the rain, and had it cut around the Covana cover so it goes right up thru the Pergola. You can absolutely swim into to the current like a rushing river, or just enjoy the jetted spa at the other end. Its the 21st Century version of a swimming pool without all the maintenance! And Spa Expo is great to work with. They helped us set it up, recommended a very simple maintenance system, and are always eager to help with any questions or service needs. We were so happy with them, we went back and bought regular Hot Tub for soaking the old bones!. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend the spa or the store. D & J Thomas

When my 16 year old Hot Springs hot tub finally gave out, I was definitely getting a new Hot Springs. I purchased a 2018 Aria that was in stock at the store so I got immediate delivery. Being a 2018 model, I got a great price. The delivery was non eventual. I feel that this hot tub was designed specifically for me. There is a perfectly positioned set of jets for every part of my aching body. Hot Springs is the way to go. Felipe was very helpful in describing the features of the various models, and made the decision very easy.

We bought our spa over 8 months ago. Im writing to say how impressed I am with the customer service I am still receiving from Mike, Felipe and Harold. Felipe is a very polished and knowledgeable salesperson. Ordered a spa on 9-11-19 put half down. told 4 to 6 week wait. Called the store on 10-21, Felipe called back on 10-22 day before 6 weeks is up. Said was a courtesy call didnt know where spa was if made, shipped, could be in Ca. could be in Dallas, might be in Austin. Not the answer I was looking for to say least. He calls back says spa will be delivered 10-24-19. Delivery guy schedule for between 2 and 4, at 12 they call say unloading. I go by house just in time to see 1 of the guys drop 1 of 2 screws to control board down into belly of spa. says oops sorry as it isnt able to be retrieved. They are in a big hurry to get back to Dallas. The spa has been ok since then, definitely wouldnt want one any smaller.

My husband and I went in looking to possibly buying a salt water hot tub. We walked into the right place. Not only were we educated on the different kinds of hot tubs, they gave us an amazing deal with all the extras, of course leading to us buying our 1st hot tub. The VIP service from start to finish was amazing. We also were able to create our dream outdoor oasis with a contractor, Jose he recommended to concrete and hook up the electrical for our new hot tub, as well as a Pergola. From my first encounter with Felipe Castaneda at the Austin location on 4-11-16 I have had nothing but the best customer service from every person associated with this organization. Their crew came to my home and took the 23 year old hot tub out. One week later they delivered a Hot Spring Vanguard hot tub.Selecting this particular model was made easier with Felipes assistance. Having been a hot tub owner for a long time we knew what we wanted and after explaining those things to Felipe he guided us to the models that best matched what we were looking for. With other places I had visited it was like the worst example of a car buying experience. Felipe was focused on what we wanted within our price range. There was no attempt to up-sell or show us features we did not want. Once the schedules for the take down and delivery were made it all went according to plan. The crews called ahead of time for both parts confirming they were on their way at the scheduled time. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, helpful are words that define the salesperson, scheduling supervisor, take down and delivery crew as well as the the electrician that was I was referred to by Spa Expo. I bought my Spa Expo hot tub by phone while 2600 miles from home, a complicated process at best. But Felipe made it easy, and was there to help every step of the way, helping to coordinate a delivery just before Christmas, arrange installation at the last minute, and then follow-up frequently by phone to assure everything was going according to plan. Sam was terrific, working in last minute modifications with cheerfulness and skill. I had my Classic HotSpring spa installed in my deck 25 years ago. It was largely trouble-free all those years. Repair service when needed was always excellent and reasonably priced. I recently chose to replace it with a Bolt model that fit into the deck space. Felipe at Spa Expo was very helpful in its selection and very accommodating in making the change. The delivery and installation crew, too, were just great in the careful removal of the Classic from my deck and in its replacement. All were most courteous and professional. I couldnt be more pleased.

Felipe and team provide amazing service. Felipe is knowledgeable, friendly, and thoughtful. Bonus that you can have the spa serviced from their in house tech Russell, which should improve the chances of a long and happy hot tubbing experience. Ill update this post if anything changes.

Although I did not purchase my hot tub from them, I have finally found the very best hot tub service in the Austin area!Sam has come out twice to make repairs to my tub. He recently came out on a holiday to make a repair because, due to below freezing weather on the way, waiting would have resulted in a much bigger problem. It is perfect answer for my arthritic feet and back...the spa has replaced my bi weekly massage. I love my daily routine, what great way to start every morning. My feet and back are very happy😊Felipe and staff were so professional with helping us select the perfect spa for my medical needs. They also provided information as needed for our electrician when wiring our new home and to our deck designer/builder...all very prompt and professional. Felipe is awesome! He’s one of the few salespeople I legitimately trust. He was proud of his products but I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. We were actually headed to another store to buy a more affordable spa and happened to see this store off the highway. I’m a difficult person during most sale exchanges (because I don’t trust salespeople) but I was completely impressed with his knowledge and forthright information. I already knew endless pools were the best after doing my research. I just wasn’t sure I wanted to pay the price. Now that we own our 15 ft. X500 swimspa I can say it’s the best purchase I might have ever made. Swimming is a challenge but super fun. I’m a 53 year old getting in shape again and loving every minute. I have only one complaint about the swimspa: The swim jets stream direction should be adjustable for $25,000 and they are not. I will continue to complain about this to the Endless Swim Spa manufacturers. When I discovered they weren’t adjustable, I spent a couple of weeks wanting to return it for the E500 model that’s around $10,000 more. However, I’m actually totally content with the stream now and find the levels adequate for any workout (I would give the spa a 10 if the jets could be adjusted in one minor direction. Ironically we are able to do all of ours downward except one, even though they aren’t supposed to adjust. It really alters the swim experience.) I had three very fit young military officers swimming in the spa recently and they loved it...nobody could swim in the fastest setting....yet. If you want a great product and a great experience, with no regrets, look no further! Felipe is your man, and the Spa Expo will have what you need. He will also recommend an electrician/cement guy if you need it for a truly stress-free experience. I drive 63 miles to have Felipe check our water. He is also helping me fight the adjustable swim jet streams issue. I’m very happy to give five stars!

From sale to delivery it was a Home Run! As a first time Spa owner, we couldn’t be more pleased with the product and service.

We had a Dimension One hot tub for 20 years so it was time for a replacement. After lots of research and several hot tub store visits, we chose Spa Expo for our new Hot Springs Grandee. We love it so much! We decided we needed a big tub for our grown kids and grandkids - so glad we sprung for the big boy because we fill it up on weekends. Felipe was a tremendous help, much better service than we received from the other stores we visited. He is very knowledgeable about his product and can help you choose the model you need. We were one of the first in the Austin area to get the Cool Zone, and there were a few hiccups in the install. However, the Cool Zone expert in Dallas (Spa Expos sister store) answered their phone even after 6 pm to advise our electrician, then Russell came out the following day to make everything perfect. Highly recommend Spa Expo and Felipe, they are awesome!
