Ice Works has been an outstanding vendor for our film catering company! Everything is delivered on time and Holly in accounting works with me weekly on invoicing. They are always readily available to help in any situation. Austin is lucky to have such a great ice company!

I ordered ice to be delivered for my wedding last weekend, and had a time slot of 2-3pm, which was great because we needed to get the bar set up for cocktail hour and dinner service. But they were late, and I did not receive any notifications of them running behind. So at the last minute we had to send friends to go grab some ice/cold drinks. I had wanted to use their service to avoid anyone else at the wedding having to worry about having to bring it/load it themselves. And I picked them because they had great reviews, but I was disappointed with how the service turned out.

I highly recommend Iceworks. Whether youre having a special event or just need to cool your pool, Their service is fast, friendly and reliable. These guys hustle and get the job done!

Austin Iceworks are rockstars! 350 Kiddos at Project Graduation had cool drinks all night long. And for the lucky volunteer ( my husband) who had to get the ice for 11 coolers it could have been a not very fun challenge. BUT Austin Iceworks made it so easy and they were helpful . My man could back right up to the dock and they handed him bags. Amazing! Thank you!
