Great customer service, fresh vegetables, large collection of anything you name Indian stuff and very clean grocery store. Plenty of parking space. Only complaint I had was my NFC payment didnt work. Hope they fix it soon.

Gandhi Bazar is definitely very good Indian store. It is near to Riata community.It has wide variety of Indian things like vegetables, fruits, oil, curd, rice, sweets, God puja stuff, biscuits, chocolates and many more.The staff is really helpful and take care of the customers nicely.

Earlier I thought this was a much smaller store, but recently they seem to have reorganized and now the store looks much bigger. Pretty well stocked and clean too.

Good place to get lot of Indian stuff. Very big store. I have visited once and feels good . The store people are good and take care about customers. If you seeking DESI stuff you can come here. The vegetables section is small. I have not found organic tamarind so I decided to use Lemon juice so purchased lemons. I found here JOWAR with competitive price compare to MANPASAND Austin. Wotta a place to buy your monthly grocery items. Specially those imported aromatic red chilli powder- strong & power packed. Wow!

They sell expired products. I picked mint lassi and a lychee drink in hurry. When I got home, I realised that they were expired in March. Careful what you pick.

Very nice i got to see mahatma gandi and he said i know da wae i will tell you da wae if you give me parmesan cheese but i slaped it on that apex dude so i had to go to man pasand and buy parmesan chese and now i no da wae

Gandhi Bazar at Spicewood springs has become my go to place for any ethenic Indian thing from Green Grocery to snacks, grains oils, Ayurvedic supplements, Religious needs, and what not !!Just imagine anything from subcontinent you may need and they have everything. The owner Mrs. Sana has brought a comforting family member feeling with very helpful and very courteous staff who would run with you to search for the item you need. The best part is, they do it with a smile.!!The vegetables that are available now are fresh .I see a fresher Gandhi Bazar now.One grouse is that I get confused with two Gandhi Bazars ads both under different managements .Can something be done about that ?

This place is a hidden gem. I moved from east coast and was looking for a good Indian store for my daily need. This place checks all the boxes. The management is super friendly and helpful. Everything you see is fresh. Vegetables were really fresh and reasonably priced. They have a lot of rice, flour, frozen and snacks variety too. This place is a must visit for anyone in need of Indian grocery.

All New Store.We stay in Riata and Gandhi Bazaar is very near to us. Clean and perfect. Small and neatly maintained stores. We get all Indian groceries. They also keep all festival related items accordingly.The stores has perfect entrance now. Now it looks like a proper stores.Will definitely recommend Gandhi Bazaar to others.Thanks!

An excellent store with proximity so close. I have been purchasing items routinely here and they surprise me with their new additions all the time. They have fresh and required veggies in store and recently added few best selling non veg items, eggs and breads. These additions have made it a “ One Stop Solution” to my food requirements. Team is excellent and dedicated to serve their customers as always!

Pandemic shopping is hard but I’ve been very happy with this shop. They take my safety very seriously.It is a great place for me to find fresh vegetables. Also the best selection of basmati rice that I know of. When I need extra Indian spices this is my go to place. I hope they can offer curbside pickup.

Its a delightful store to shop at! They have fresh veggies and all the Indian spic s one can think of. And in this pandemic they are putting safety first, which makes it comfortable to shop.

I love this store. They have added a lot of new items and options. I have had no issues with customer service or finding a product here. They have excellent curbside, they got my order ready within an hr and the Only Indian store in the area that actually calls you for substitute. They have a lot of organic choices too. Everything in a budget.

Gandhi bazar staff is always friendly and accomodating. When i had shoulder surgery they would help load my car . athe vegetables are fresh and wide variety and prices are competitive.

Gandhi Bazar is really expensive. Most of their items, they are charging more than actual price.. Desi Bazar is the best and they are cheaper than Gandhi Bazar. You can compare it. For example any random 10 items buy from Desi Bazar and same item you buy it here.You can save at least 15-20% in Desi Bazar. This is my personal experience.I can rate Gandhi Bazar ZERO

I am totally sold on this place! Management has changed and I have seen so many changes over the past few months! Not only The new Managers and their team did not fail short on being on top of ensuring a large choice of brands/ products to secure an “all-in-1” place to go in this pandemic but I also noticed a price decrease in my latest trips. Ghandhi Bazaar came up with an executive membership which allows you to get 5% off every trip you take which is totally worth it for my family!I am so thankful for the curbside and delivery services! I found my groceries neatly packed, the selection is great ( veggies/ brands) as well as the level of freshness!.

Its a huge store with A-Z Indian groceries available! They have always have fresh stock of veggies available at the store. I enjoy doing my groceries from here, and they have a pleasant and trustworthy staff.

Visited Gandhi Bazar last week and was very happy to see the changes under new management. The store looks very spacious, very clean, well stocked and super organized with multiple brands to buy from. They maintain very good hygiene specially during the COVID times! The staff is very helpful as well.

This is our neighborhood favorite. The carry every Indian brand and more. Very big, spacious and clean store. I always get fresh vegetables on weekdays too.

Great selection and very affordable. Friendly staff, who always ask if I need help finding anything. I was able to find several brands and sizes of everything I was looking for and many things that were new to me. I like the boxed shelf stable meals for $1.99 that you can just microwave without adding anything. A lot of great finds here, I will be back and I definitely recommend checking it out.

I like Gandhi Bazar better than other Indian stores because it has everything I usually get from Indian stores and it is usually much less crowded than other stores.

Be very careful before you put somethingin your cart. Many items are near expiry date or expired. Cant believe. Also, i found price of most items higher than other indian grocery stores.

Probably the best Indian store in Austin. They have everything I needed and more. A lot of naan options. Fresh produce, curry pastes and new frozen non veg section with tikka masala! I always stop by here to fill up on goodies. Their samosas are the best.

This place is a great find. Very well maintained place and friendly staffs. They have fresh rotis and naans always available. I love their $1.99 ready to eat boxed meals. Their produce section is always fresh and clean. Freezer section is huge with a lot of variety compared to other Indian supermarkets in the neighborhood. I always pick their ready to cook curry paste. Love their tikka masala. This is a one stop shop for sure.

Great Groceries Store mainly for Indian spices, grains, sweets, dairy products, and rest of all day by day needy stuffs. Kind of small mall. Generally, favorite in Indian communities. Good and fresh collection. Services is good. Clean and neat. Also fresh fruits and vegetables are available all the time. Rates are also competitive.

Pretty good on supplies

We were sold expired drinks and the owner got very defensive after we pointed it out. They also dont display the prices of a lot of products, which isnt legal either. Overall, this was just not a good experience. As consumers, we have a choice, so please dont come here until things change.

Please add variety in your ready to cook roti and dosa idly varieties .the self brand you carry is not that great... minimum 2-3 varieties and yours ..to compete you can price yours less..

Loved this little market, it used to be called Apna Bazaar the last time I visited location. They carry a great selection of personal care products and dental hygiene products not easily found in the states. I did find their prices to be a little higher than I typically pay in New York. I buy same product in New York for $3.99 and here it sold for $5.99. Their selection of herbs and powders was great. This would be my go to store if I resided in Austin.

I am so excited that they finally opened a location closer to me. This store is not as busy as the Lamplight location. Items are easy to locate on the shelves. The staff is helpful and ready to answer my questions and provide recommendations. Besides recipe ingredients, I love buying incense here.

Just moved to Austin from Raleigh-Durham, and this place far outstrips anything we had there. Awesome selection of spices, and they were all fresh! Store is well organized and clean, it was easy to find what I needed.

Store is clean and well maintained, good customer service. I like their arrangements of their products. You can ask for fresh samosas.But veggies prices are too high and the grocery items too when compared to other indian store.

I bought Sujata Gold atta from Gandhi Bazaar.....it had some fungus....when I complained abt it...they immediately took action and gave me refund...I really appreciate this.

Has pretty much everything, onions here are lot better than getting them from other places.

We were sold expired item and the owner got very defensive when we called and pointed it out. effected by food poison after having it.He didnt eve say sorry and simply told we will credit back the amount and said we cant go and check thousands of stocks everyday.There should be -ve stars for this type of stores.

Found the cardamom pods, and very good quality cinnamon sticks I use to boil in rice pudding....so many things !And Asia Market next doir has bags of frozen dumplings that you can pull out and steam in a snap ~
