Long story short, I needed a quote to get a head gasket done on my older Jaguar for insurance purposes. I live in New Jersey and called about 10 (not a typo) different dealers in my area and it was nothing but excuses or rude service advisors down the line. Decided to give this dealer a call and I had the pleasure of speaking to Linda. I explained the situation and within minutes she was able to deliver a quote promptly and professionally. If they were able to do that, I can only imagine how amazing the other aspects of the dealership are.

I took my car in for service in May due to a malfunction with one of the sensors, and the issue with my vehicle persisted. Upon calling the dealer to let them know that the issue was not remediated, they explained that they would order an extra part and contact me when it was available to install. Jaguar once again completely dropped the ball. Its now August and my vehicle still hasnt been fixed - I just have to continually hit OK to accept warnings that my coolant and washer fluid are low. I have been incredibly disappointed across the board from the level of service weve received since switching to Jaguar, and sadly, if I had to re-make my decision, Id go with a different Auto maker/dealer.

John is new in service - left Mercedes - Jaguar is LUCKY to have him. I’ve been with Austin jag for 6yrs & have never had a good service experience there. John is amazing - professional, kind, does what he says he’s gonna do, finds the source of the problem that no one else could, goes above & beyond with service & is a great communicator. He should train anyone new coming to jag. I cannot say enough how much of an improvement this experience was with John than any other in the past. Thanks John!!

So happy I purchased a Jaguar E-Pace. Every time I visit the service department they are friendly, helpful and quick to give me a loaner if I need to leave my car for an extended time so I can continue on with my life. Excellent service and great people.

BEWARE of Land Rover service at Austin 5th streetThe service advisor deserves a “5.”Jaenae worked hard to answer all my questions and diligently endeavored to provide good service, but she couldn’t fix a zero mechanic team at jaguar austin 5th streetA company is only as good as its weakest link-and this “service” department at jaguar austin 5th street is a disgrace to the name Land Rover or Jaguar.They failed completely.Sadly, The 2008 Range Rover sport was acquired by a close friend who passed away, and— I was helping her two sister .Vehicle documents from Land Rover indicated a critical air bag recall was sent by Land Rover Tata. Because of her critical illness and Covid restrictions, she couldn’t tend to the repairs before she died. I made an appointment but jaguar austin 5th street— said I couldn’t drop vehicle for 5 days—after I arrived at my SCHEDULED appointment, the service mechanic at jaguar austin 5th street said they wouldn’t “look” at it for another week. Why? because it sometimes “takes weeks to get to their backlog of unserviceable vehicles. I live 100 miles round trip.I trusted jaguar austin 5th street mechanics to assess other issues—inspection, central locking system, fuses on windshield wiper. I owned several Jaguars and experienced impeccable service until now.Utter Failure. Indifference. 5th street Land Rover sent me back to dive home in a vehicle they described as dangerous, jeopardizing my life and others on the road, in a car I couldn’t put gas in, without defective RECALLED air bags indicated were critical to life.Upon Arrival, The car drove beautifully, ac works, back up camera, mirrors, and suspension were perfect.Issues: wipers. Central locking system, airbags.Nevertheless, 5 days after my scheduled appointment, they said a diagnostic tool left in the vehicle had fried ALL ELECTRONICS—but that was not true, all worked but central locking system and wipers.At the end of 5 days, I was advised jaguar austin 5th street — wouldn’t even “diagnose” the rover so I could drive safely home safely, get an inspection, register. or even learn what was wrong.Why??They said it would cost “thousands and thousands” to “DIAGNOSE”—and even refused to install the air bags on the passenger side to protect me in the event of a crashVideos available 8/25/2021

Due to the circumstances on Saturday, John was Great. After a brief inspection of my Vehicle I noticed that 4 Hood Pad retainer clips were missing and I did not receive a copy of the Invoice / receipt of the repairs on my Vehicle.V/rDM

Excellent service. We arrived for our appointment and they got some information from us and took my car right in. I expressed a few items I wanted checked and they were on it. We walked around the dealership, it was clean, friendly, inviting and no pesky salesmen trying to get you to buy something new. We’ll be back for regular necessary services!

Very sad to say that I went in for service today and not one single employee was wearing a mask. Not one, and there must have been at least 25 people working there. I even mentioned it several times and got absolutely no response. Will be going to the north dealership from now on.

Jaguar Austin is one of the best dealer i ever dealt with.Employee are super gentle and helpful the service is great, they take good car of you jaguar like was theirs and they even clean it like new before to give back to the owner.Never had a problem with them. The measure of customer service to me is not that everything appears superficially perfect but show up when things dont go as planned. Luis service, as always, was perfect. Polite, informative, consultative and helpful as ever. But Jaguar Austin owned up to a previous mistake. Explained it. Fixed it. Paid for it. Now thats what I call customer service!

Presently I am not happy about my auto stop feature from the very beginningWhen I purchased the vehicle was told it was not available on this model. When I had my vehicle serviced last month I was told it was not working because the battery is low and it is not below the percentage to be replaced. I would like for someone to let me now which answer is correct.

Took my car late June for an o2 sensor reading . Took about 2 weeks before any kind of response other that we are looking at it . Then once they realized it was the o2 sensor they tried to say it wasn’t covered by warranty. once that was worked out and covered by warranty. I was told something else was wrong and not covered by warranty . I decided to just pick up my car and have it checked by another Jaguar dealership. Hopefully the next dealership is a little better .

Wait time was to long (3hrs), for an oil change and routine check, with an appointment you would think service would start immediately upon your arrival.Upon departure had to pull off the road to secure the hood of my vehicle.Phillip

I took my car there to have my Jaguar serviced because of the suspension compressor on 11/23/20. Much to my dismay, no one contacted me to let me know what was going on with my car. I called at least once a week to find out what was going on and a service dept. associate never did get back with me. After the 3rd week of my vehicle being in there possession, I contacted the man in charge of the WHOLE dealership. He, in turn, never did respond to me, as well. After 5 weeks of waiting. I decided to just go pick my car up from the dealership. I took it to Sewell Jaguar in Round Rock where they fixed my car in 2 days. Mind you, I paid $1600 for the suspension compressor from Jaguar Austin. Needless to say, Ill be going back to get my money back. I hope that dont take 5 weeks.

I arrived for 1145 appointment on Friday and had planned to work from waiting area. Steve made it possible for my service to be pushed ahead in line and had me on the road by 3pm. He informed me of all maintenance performed, findings and went to schedule next visit.
