I have a Brighton bracelet that broke, so I went to their shop and asked where I could get it repaired or if they had one I could buy to replace, but it they treated me like DOO-DOO! I didnt ask for an exchange or refund, so I couldnt understand why they treated so poorly. You think theyd be pleased to have loyal customers. I will never buy another thing from them again.

After a customer of Brighton for 40 years i will never shop there again. Trust me not a easy decision to make. After taking my 3rd defective item back for repairs all i ever get is why they cannot repair, or exchange because the product i purchased is never under their warranty. These are not cheap items. Mostly all my purses are 300 and up. I am so sick and tired of companies like this taking your money and not standing behind what they sell. Bye Brighton you just lost a customer that has been a customer for 40 years. NOT ANYMORE
