Asked them to order a part from manufacturer that was around $100, they quoted me $300 and claimed that they had to add a markup... they tripled the price, the part costs more than the whole item. I can understand a reasonable markup but triple the price, thats not right.

The selection is great. Abraham was very helpful to us and we got a beautiful crystal foyer fixture on a great sale. However, the person who removed our floor model fixture from the ceiling and packed it was HORRIBLE! He banged our fixture around everywhere as he single handedly brought it to the back to wrap for transport. It had a crystal mesh netting and when we unpacked our fixture at home this netting was broken in several places. I have had to hand sew my $5k fixture back together. When I called to complain the sales person said, “Yes, I know he is terrible and this is not the first complaint we have had,” and proceeded to do nothing. So great store, great initial service, terrible packing and response.

Love the new look just doesnt seem to have the same friendly feel maybe its post-covid blues.

Working with Scott Bailey at Lighting Inc was one of the most positive experiences of my entire home remodel process. Lighting Inc was able to fulfill all of my lighting dreams at competitive pricing and believe me, I shop around for the best deals. But on top of that, Scott is truly a lighting expert. On site, he pointed out relatively inexpensive ways to optimize our lighting within our architecture, and we never would have thought of it, but what a difference. He taught me so much about temperature/color and provided incredible customer service from coming out to the house to evaluate ceiling heights and natural light to being in touch during ordering, even when he was on vacation! After getting my best prices matched and receiving incredible advice from a true expert, I highly recommend them.

If I could give this staff less than 1 star, I would. We we’re extremely excited about going to this store because we have a rotunda we need a chandelier for in our new home. My husband and I were ignored by the man with the ponytail at the front desk. We said hello, and he proceeded to look at us and put his headphones in. We STILL continued to shop through the store trying to see past his rudeness. Throughout our walk through, many employees were available and walking around but never said one word to us. This was extremely odd because we were the only customers in the store. At this point my husband was ready to leave. I decided to walk up to another gentleman and ask if he or anyone else were planning on helping or even speaking to us. I told him we were here for a specific reason and we’ve been completely ignored. This gentleman’s name was Mark. Mark, was also no help. Even in hearing the frustration in my voice, he didn’t offer an apology or an explanation as to why we’ve been ignored. He just got up and asked if I had any questions about the product. My husband decided he would give Mark a chance to redeem himself and show us around the showroom. Again, no real help in that area either. During this time, 3 more shoppers walk in. They were greeted... they were helped... their experience was MUCH different. The other 3 shoppers were white. The entire staff was white. My husband is black and I am mixed. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere. I would love to hear from an executive at Lighting Inc. as to why their employees have failed the company with the lack of customer service to black customers. It’s disgusting.

So useless. Went in to see if i can get a replacement for a broken fixture cover. I had the broken cover with me and they asked to bering the entire fixture in to “check the code on the back”. Giving 2 stars and not 1 because the parking was easy and the place looks neat and tidy.

Order cancelled and refund promised within 2-3 weeks - it is now over two months and still havent received refund. I have called four or 5 times and always told it is being processed and I will get it in a few days. Filing with BBB now, guess small claims will have to follow.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Theyre always willing to help and patient with their customers. Highly recommend going in and taking a look around and working with a sales rep. They have fixtures that fit any budget and the sales reps werent pushy towards us at all which we like.

This is a high end lighting fixture store. The staff is spot on and give great advice. If youre looking for something inexpensive for say a laundry room youre going to want to look elsewhere. We bought a beautiful ceiling fan here several years ago and will buy new ones there in the future. AMAZING selection

We recently remodeled our home, and Lighting Inc. was one-stop shopping for all of our lighting needs. From our first visit, Brian was very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for installation. They have a great selection, and they can order anything you want but dont see in store. Highly recommended!

Susan is my go to for all my lighting needs. Her and the whole staff are almost too friendly compared to other places Ive been and the big box retailers. They carry all the brands so you are sure to be able to find the look and style you need. Looking forward to getting more lights from them soon.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This store has lousy customer service. I walked into the store to purchase lighting for multiple rooms. I thought a salesman was coming to greet me as I entered the store. He wasnt, he was coming to the front of the store to fill his coffee cup!! I wandered through the store, made my selections, and was looking for someone to help me complete my purchase. They were all either on the phone or pretended to be busy so I waited a little longer. I was never greeted, much less acknowledged by anyone in the store! I finally left. If a store cannot greet or acknowledge their customers, they are certainly not worthy of my business. There are many stores in the area that offer the same lighting and great customer service.

Unbelievable! Lighting fixtures so striking they make you want to design and build around the art of the fixture. Look here before you design or decorate. Note: no table lamps. Bring your banker. Its worth it.

An englighting place to buy lights

Awesome people. I purchased ceiling fans and all the lights for a new house many years ago. They were able to help me on some broken Globes that were no longer available

I usually do not post bad reviews, but this one I have to. Alissa Fischer in customer service is so bad. She took more than 2 months to place a fan order for our home. 6 weeks after placing the order she tells me the fan is not available. They still havent processed the refund for me. I am going to take this up with BBB. Horrible customer service!
