I ordered 8 floor length tablecloths to fit six foot tables. The quality was great but they dragged the floor. On the ends they dragged the floor by at least a foot. I emailed them about returning them and explained that I had discarded the packaging and ironed them before putting on the tables. I assumed they would fit the table that they had advertised. They said because I had ironed them they would not accept the return. Please be aware that the 90 x 132 inch cloths are too large for a six foot table.

Great customer service. Ordered chair covers with UPS Ground shipping delivery by a certain date. I contacted customer service when the package was late. They contacted UPS, initiated an investigation to locate the package and sent out a replacement order with next day shipping so wed have the items in time for our event. Feel like a valuable customer!!

Purchased linens from them. Paid 95.00 to send back several table skirts that werent used and they will not refund the money. Spoke to Bionca and got no where with CS or Returns department. Dont order from here if theres any chance that you may have to return something.

We ordered all of our wedding tablecloths and napkins from CV Linens, and we couldnt be more pleased with the quality, value, and customer service. The sequined tablecloths that we ordered are gorgeous. The sequins are sewn on an opaque taffeta, rather than a see-through mesh like many vendors. We also ordered sequined napkins, and they add the perfect amount of shine to our tables. We initially ordered a different color of napkins, and when we changed our minds, CV Linens processed our return quickly, with no hassle. They were out of the linens I had originally wanted but I manged to find some that fit the colors of our wedding. The shipping was prompt and the cost was better than anywhere else I looked. We did have one issue with one of the overlays we ordered but didnt see it until the wedding. Still, I think that ordering from CV was the best choice and would highly recommend them to any other bride on the hunt for overlays!

I ordered table overlays and tablecloths for my wedding. My wedding isnt until next year but I was worried they would take a while to ship. To my surprise, it took 6 days total from the moment I placed to order to when my items arrived at my house!! I was surprised at how quickly it took because I ordered over 40 items!!! This company was awesome to work with. I had changes to my order and while I was still on the phone with them I had the changed order already on my computer to approve! Three hours later I got a call that the colors of the supposedly same color tablecloths in different sizes were a little bit off. They had already sent me a photo and if I could please look at it to decide how to move forward with my order. After a long nice discussion on the phone I stayed with my order which arrived promptly 2 days later. The color difference is so minor, you really have to look very closely to see it. Which company cares still so much about their customers? And the tablecloths a wonderful, I love the color and the price!!! For sure I will order more!

Ordered their new dusty blue table lines after a long hunt of trying to find this color. The color was beautiful but the quality was poor. Very wrinkled, wouldnt think the linens would be safe to iron. They were very thin & just looked cheap. I returned the $156.00 order & received refund but had to pay $30 for shipping to send it back to them. I feel since I wasnt satisfied with their product they could of paid the shipping to return.

I ordered Willow Green chair sashes. Shipment came in pretty fast so I was pleased at first. Unfortunately the color did not fit the description or the image online, there are tones of yellow and blue shining through the entire sash as if the sash was dipped to dye the color. After my complaint was put in, product manager justified the color situation saying product shown accurately but variations occur due to computer monitor screens. I returned the order and they deducted the shipping fee which i payed as a part of my order in the first place and then had to pay an additional return shipping fee.

There Standard Polyester Table Cloth hold up after many washer/dryer cycles. They never need ironing and always look fresh and clean. They come in so many colors you are sure to find what you want - for instance check out the burnt orange. The price seems too good to be true. For instance, for the 60 x 120 table - the table clothes run from $7:50 to $9:50 depending on the color. I have five burnt orange ones that I bought 5 years ago and they have been used over and over and still look like new.

I have placed two orders with CV linens and I was impressed both times by the quality of the goods and and the quick delivery. You never know with lesser known companies but I am glad I found CV linens and I will order from them again! I found the perfect lightweight organza from them at an unbeatable price.

After ordering a flip up reversible two tone backdrop I received a product that flipped sideways and had a seam directly in the middle. I was not only upset I was embarrassed to show it to my clients. CV linens not only was difficult to exchange with they also wanted me to pay for return shipping of there custom order. I received the new flip up and was very excited until I realized that a patch of sequins 6inch x 6inch that were sewn down dirctly in the middle of the backdrop. After emailing CV I finally got them to return there product for a refund only if I paid for shipping. I would not suggest this company to anyone.

They ship super fast and out of the 135 chair covers I ordered there were 3 I needed to fix a seam on after I put them in the dryer to release the wrinkles. The company even called me to let me know one of the table clothes was slightly off in the ivory color to make sure I still wanted it. I said it was OK and I honestly cant see the difference. I love this company !!!

It took my employer almost 1 year to receive our order. Had to make several phone calls when order never showed up. Im not impressed with the quality of material too. It feels like a plastic disposable tablecloth. Ive been in the banquet industry for many years. Gourmet linens is much better quality. And my order actually shows up when its supposed too.

Great Quality! I have never been so happy ironing my tablecloth until last night. I bought round Polyester tablecloths from them and I can tell the difference. I always buy my tablecloths for my husbands business from another vendor and since then It will take me 6-7 strokes to fold them coz its not a perfect round and when you put them on the table it just doesnt look right. But with CV linens Tablecloths OMG I will definitely give them even 10 stars for the great quality! its even thicker ! GREAT GREAT items!

I placed my order over two weeks ago I specifically went and ordered over $100 for I can have free shipping they couldn’t communicate with me supposedly because of my address. I went and I updated my address with UPS my merchandise went back to the company and now they want to charge me for shipping not cool I’ve been in business for over 30 years not a happy customer right now. The customer service rep on the phone was not too friendly at all I understand we have bad days. she sounded frustrated. You can hear it in her voice. It’s pretty warm and stuffy in here, but they have amazing selection and you can order anything and walk away with it in under 30 minutes. Everything is buy-only, no rentals, but their pricing is competitive with rental companies as well!

I ordered satin tablecloths from CV Linens and opened one to check the color and size. I spread it out on a table and lightly rubbed over it to lay it flat, it seperated at the seam! I opened a second one, flipped it over to check the stitching and it is so horribly, loosely stitched that with the slightest tension the material seperates. Now I am sitting here terrified wondering if the other 80+ items ordered are stitched the same.....deep sigh.
