This is a quiet little place with a nice variety of toys for both men and women. If youre looking for a bit more shopping privacy then this location would be a nice choice to go to since its never really busy.I havent had any issues that other reviewers have been discussing and lve made several visits with no complaints from my shopping experience.

This store is clean and welcoming. As a solo woman in the store I felt very safe and comfortable. The staff is friendly, super knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable asking questions to ensure you go home with the right products.

Ive never been into a store of this kind, so feeling liberated, i get the guts to walk on only to be met with the most rude introduction Ive ever had into a store. I asked the employee with the red shirt dark hair male a question and he wouldnt even acknowledge my presence. I tried to break the ice and be nice but he was just a complete douche so I will never return to this store in my life again worst experience of my life.

Funny that they have the right of discrimination, 4/12/21 my faces was covered and they denied me access to the business based on personal opinions. Funny thing is I recorded this and the state of Texas will eat them up in court!

Horrible customer service looked like the guys were high on something and very rude

Was having fun,my friend wasnt with me so I was taking pictures so she can help me out and laugh. But one of the female workers rudely told me I can not take pictures, because its the rules. Sorry but I didnt see any signs saying no picture taking! If they want to enforce the rules they need to have clear signs posted. Wanted to get a sex toy and lube, I would prefer to go to a comfortable environment. Will never go there again!

Clean, great selection, and friendly/helpful staff!

I called the number to talk with the staff about a toy they sell. Its not safe to use and I wanted to share with the staff that they need to take it off the shelf. The girl I spoke with was not very helpful and didnt seem to know how to handle the situation. I understand they purchase product from other vendors, but thats not excuse for selling dangerous toys. Please make this right!!!

Theyre awesome! The staffs are friendly & knowledgeable on all aspects. If there isnt a sample or anything on display, theyre more than happy to open the box for you to feel/ touch. Valerie is the person youll want to ask for! I cant say enough about her amazing customer services.Also, their female restroom is exceptionally clean! The store is pretty big but the selection has a lot to be desired. There is some unique items you can find. Been going here for a few years as its probably one of the better ones in town besides online.Which is kinda unfortunate as their customer service has a lot to be desired. Every blue moon there is a knowledgeable staff member.There is a guy who answers the phone though that is s total bag of dicks. Its really unnecessary and turns off the customer. As I said this is one of a few adult shops in town that is better. Simply because of size not service.

I went into this store expecting to be able to look around with my boyfriend and I got asked for an ID I clearly am old enough to walk in with my 3 piercings and 4 tattoos but that is besides the point. The point is some girl that was working there behind the counter was not only rude but disrespectful and talked back to me!I will not be returning and to that girl that talked back sounds like someone should ask for your ID because you do not know how to act like an adult.

Customer service here sucks. They don’t train there employees right. Megaplexxx this was my first time coming in and last time. The two girls working up front one was big Mexican lady and the other was a white lady. While looking around in the store I stop at a section I’m interested in. I take my time to look because if I’m going to spend 80$ on something I need to do my research. So while standing there just looking at the items the big Mexican lady come right up by me and my boyfriend and says excuse me and just looks at all the merchandise for good min like she was counting it idk it was very very odd. She made me feel very uncomfortable and at point I wanted to leave but my bf didn’t of course so I get my item and then go to another spot. Well Low and behold the white lady comes up. I felt like I was being followed. Not cool at all Megaplexxx. Train your employees better because I will not be returning to your store. Then when I leave I look at counter they have cameras every damn area. So if you ladies wanted to watch us why not do it from the cameras. You went out of your way to make me and my bf feel u comfortable. I don’t reccommend this place unless you want to be treated like a thief.

This store as its name says is HUGE when compared to other sex shops. It has some outrageously sized toys that I doubt anyone would actually be able to put inside themselves but whatever. Interestingly enough in the Internet Age, a good portion of the store is dedicated to selling DVDs .My main concern is that it is not as easy to spot this store while driving since it is hidden among some trees that also partly cover the sign, so it can be a hit or miss getting to this store on the first try.

Let me talk about the level of discomfort I felt in this establishment tonight. Im very comfortable and open with my sexuality, so Megaplex is little more than a sex themed Best Buy to me. However, tonight I was not only followed around the store, the security guard brought a dog through the store as if to detect if I or anyone else there had drugs on them.First of all, it wasnt an actual cop. Were talking Top Gun Top Flight Security of the World flashlight cops. Secondly, why would you want to make patrons uncomfortable? Even if you found weed on me, Id tell you to leave me alone then leave...what was he going to do? Put his hands on me and get dropped?When I finally checked out it was unprofessional and the clerk just tossed the product on the counter by the door.The place is clean, there is a good selection, but it wouldnt hurt to find better staff and security. Its possible to do your job without the theatrics....grow up.

Large selection, very clean, helpful and friendly customer service. Literally anything you could want, is here. My fiancé and I came out with toys, lingerie for her (and I!), couldn’t be happier.Also their DVD selection is ridiculous. Not my thing, but I did walk away knowing that “Big Phat Onion Booty 4” is a thing. That alone was worth the trip.

So the skinny girl with tattoos was really nice to my partner and I. The fat one was very short and rude. She told us only one person was allowed to go into a previewing room at a time.This happened right after I watched a straight guy take a prostitute to the back after making a purchase with her.Were all grown ups. Theres no reason to treat people that way. This place has an entire alternatives section and wants my money, but Im still number two at best.I wont be back. Unless its to record a similar event and take them to court for two reasons!

Great place unfortunately due to a lot of people stealing they have a new security officer which isnt a big deal but when the guy keeps checking out my wife making her feel uncomfortable and unable to stay long and really shop it becomes an issue.
