A solid liquor store. Respectful and helpful with a pretty good selection.

I thought my awful first visit was because he was having a bad day but the second visit proves the clerk should not be in a customer service business (he’s probably the owner). He was on a personal call with the bank and exasperated when asked for a receipt. Didn’t give us a brown bag or even said a word. It’s disappointing when one wants to support a local business and this is attitude you receive.

I have been a loyal customer for 3yrs now. Since i moved to this area and my initial contact with establishment was a great experience. The place smells good for one. They have a great selection. Most of all easy to find things, and he always has some deals on the front counter.. The Sangria they know I cant resist. I will always shop here.

The guy at the cashier does not know anything about it or does not wanna work, he did not even looked at me when I was asking

The place is good but, when I was district manager next door and my food got delivered there he lied and eat it in front of me on camera...

Let me start of by saying this is an amazing business.If you enjoy the hard to find wines, bourbons and cognac this is the place. The prices are fair and the owner is super friendly and knowledge. This is definitely one of the best local liquor stores in Austin.

Yesssss this is the SPOT.I moved across the street awhile ago and always go here for drinks, they werent carrying my favorite vodka, Noble Wolf, at the time but after I asked about it like 1 time they added the vodka to their product list and Ive been a happy camper ever since :D

I love this spot! Khan is great and helped me put together a Christmas White Elephant present on short notice! He went above and beyond and threw in some little deep Eddy Christmas lights and wrapped it all up for me! Definitely recommend stopping for here for your adult beverage needs.

Lately I’ve been having to travel in and out of Austin for work. The first time I came to this store I was definitely impressed with the selection they had to offer. It’s not a whole warehouse or anything large but each time I would be looking for something, they would have it, and for pretty good prices too. Compared to a few others, sometimes their regular price would be cheaper then a competitors sale price! The owner is very friendly and helpful, Im looking forward to returning!

Long time listener, first time caller. Metric Liquors is a smaller but bright & clean store. Well stocked. Great variety. Good prices. Knowledgeable owner answers all your questions when you ask. If you want warm, fuzzy customer service (per other posters here), go ask your mom to open a liquor store. :)) The guys here always have what youre looking for!

A very well stocked liquor store in a quaint little shopping center. Easy to get in and out of. Dont care so much for service but carry ALL the expensive top shelf liquor I like to consume or gift to others. Great beer selection alongside decent wine selection.

Very strong selection. Small footprint, but packed to the brim. I will definitely be making a return trip and spending a bit more time in their bourbon section...

Close to my house, so its super convenient. the guys in there are a bit quiet, but definitely helpful when you ask. its a bit of a small store, but still has a very good selection, the prices are fair

Not going back here! Their liquor is all overpriced. They dont have a good selection of wines.The guy didnt come out of the back until I was in there for 3 full minutes. I asked for help and he just walked away. He then left to go to the back b/c I was taking a while since he wasnt helping me.I went to the check out counter and waited at least 2min for him to come back out. I asked him a question about pricing of the item I brought to the counter v.s. one behind the counter. He proceeded to ring up the item I brought up, then asked if that was it? I just asked him a question and wasnt done shopping obviously! I just left.This is my first bad experience after just moving to Austin. Everyone here has been so friendly and wants to help and have conversations. It sucks because this liquor store is right down the street from my house, but I will drive that extra mile now! Dont support them.

These guys are the tits! Awesome group of guys that have the perfect neighborhood liquor store! I bet you a bottle of crown that you cant make the asian guy laugh!!! Awesome place to have around the corner!

Was there couple days ago to pick up some liquor for the weekend, good price and a lot of selection, is always a plus to have a great customer service and good recommendation.Will be back soon!

The Asian guy that works there must hate his job. I have been there twice and in both of the occasions he has been rude. He knows nothing about the product and will not answer any questions. I will not be going there anymore.

Got 10 Bottle of Hennessy on Chinese new year . The owner was so nice . Very affordable price compared to other next by vendors .

Metric liquor store has the best selection in town. I live in Pflugerville and I make the drive to this store to fill my cabinet every time. Family owned and operated is a no brainer for me. Customer service at this place is the best, the same guys at this place greets me and helps me pick out the best liquor selection for the best price. Cant say enough about this store. I have been coming to them for tens plus years and wont shop anywhere else....try them out and you will see...

Khanh walked me around, explained to me the different types of tequila, ended up buying a few don julio anejos, and the new black raspberry ciroc. Always a ciroc fan. Also bought a bunch of mini 1 shots, best selection I’ve seen in Austin! Thanks for the kind input.

This place had hard to find stuff like blantons...wow they were not kiddin around with minis .it was huge!

The liquor is straight. Horrible customer service because the guy behind the register seems like he always have an attitude on multiple occasions. Dont recommend going here because his personality doesnt match the rest of austins hospitality.

Avoid this terrible location. Dangerous fence posts with wire sticking out of them in the parking lot. Our daughter was cut and the landlord ignored our call, letting everyone know they dont care about customer or tenants. Hope it doesnt happen to you too.

I came in looking for a specific liquor and i was realy suprised to see that they had it.coudnt find it now where(pama pomagrant liquor). They also had tons of stuff on sale for dirt cheap, definitely be back!
