I first visited the south store to shop for block that they could order but didn’t have. The salesperson seemed very disturbed that he might have to call to check the manufactures inventory. I this suggested if he would give me the number I would talk with them. After doing so I figured beat to try the north store. So I called and emailed. After 48 hrs I did receive an email saying I would have my quote in 24 hrs.... great!! 48 hrs later I got quote. I said I was ready to move forward same day just requested they verify inventory was still available. The weekend passes, Monday passes, till I get the confirmation mid week the no longer have enough. I was ready to buy day one. I gave 2 stars since the limited interactions with the north store were nice but as for getting it done, they leave a great deal to be desired. I would find a business that appreciates you as a customer and can give you a quote in 24hrs... is that asking too much??I guess you have to be there in front of them to care at the north store, I got the feeling from the south store they didn’t care on the phone or in person.

Great place to get blasting media. I found that sand blasting sand was better priced here than anywhere else I could find. The staff were friendly and helped load my bag into the truck. Over all great place to get all kinds of building supplies and materials.

Very very very small selection of bricklaying hand tools....and more expensive than any other place.

I went to buy a few fire bricks for some aluminum brazing. The employees were helpful and attentive. Hassle free interaction.

Everyone working the counter speaks English as a first language, most speak Spanish as a second language. The guys in the yard all speak and read passable, if not fluent English.Disclosure: I have worked there for 23 years.

Today they decide to close at 1pm at the south location. I called at 12:30pm to ask if i could send a pic via email to see if they have this type or color of brick.. She refused stating i can go in on monday and look at their samples.. Im in lockhart and i wouldnt make it before 1pm when they are closing... A simple email that only takes a few minutes to look at and will not consume a full half hour to the time they close up... I dont see home depot closing up early to do inventory or autozone or heb or walmart.... Now you have 3 less contractors...

Time says 5:30pm closing and they were closed at 4:30. They put the phones to voicemail at 4:00pm 😡

I am not a mason, but I needed some metal lath for a project. It seemed like they had a good selection of products, and the service was professional and knowledgeable.

Didnt have what I needed but this isnt why Im giving it a one star the reason for that is that no one bothered to check what they had on inventory then someone in the loading area suggested another product which I then agreed to get that and then come to find out they didnt have that either then I went back to the office and they said they had no kind of response or answer or comment and then I get asked if I want to wait 2 months or come back tomorrow and see if they by chance received any they dont even offer a refund until I suggest it and even then they have to get an approval for that and by the end of this ordeal I was there for 2 hours

It is not worth v ............ it is worth spending bad words with these people I speak specifically of the shippers they take care of you as you ask them for a gift or they believe they will do you a favor. In a few words kedan little desire to return ... before they run to those chargers, the only thing they carry is pure long face
