Got a great deal at the store but had to pick it up at warehouse. No big deal but when I got there I waited for a while and people there just didn’t seem to care about customer service. Not good for service folks. I expected better than that.

Efficient nd Fast. Time taken to pick up the order after providing the bill was literlly 10 minutes ... awesome.They ask Vehicle Plate No., so memorize it.

We get a call the day before that our mattress protector is out of stock. Took off work the day of delivery & the truck has the wrong adjustable base frame & only one HALF of a split base frame!! How is a mistake like this made !? Called the store to only get ‘sorry’. I will NEVER do business with this company again or recommend them.

Went here while back looking for a Bed. I stopped one evening after work and just looked around. The female person working was amazing and answering the questions I had. I returned few days later and made a purchase. Overall the service was freaking amazing.
