We were pleased to find this showroom since we did not want to buy online without trying the mattress. The Showroom Manager, Maeghan Bell, was a wealth of information. She knows her products. She did not try to oversell but answered our questions directly. We spent days looking but came back here. Once we decided she was very helpful in finding any discounts she could for us. The whole experience was positive. Her knowledge was greatly appreciated.

The best experience I have had in a mattress showroom ever. I was greeted and welcomed at the door by Mason. My daughter had referred me to this company, as she was so happy with her purchase there. Mason asked all the right questions (important) to find out what I wanted in a mattress. Then he made suggestions for the best choices for me to choose from. He listened (important) and then would suggest additional choices (love choices), then gave me plenty of time to experience how each mattress addressed my back issues (many). My choice was made (so happy) and all was explained as to production and shipping times etc. The icing on the cake, he had a pillow sample that I tried and loved! Purchased that & took it home. Can I say this? Shopping for beds here was actually an enjoyable experience. Have you ever heard such a comment about a bed store? First, I needed a mattress for a guest room. I hit all of the usual places, then found this store. OSG is actually a showroom/sales agency for mattresses sold only on-line. I had studied reviews and was interested in a couple of mattresses available only through the internet. They actually had them at the OSG store for us to test. We quickly purchased one for the guest bedroom--very smooth and the price was right. Then we concentrated on a larger bed for our master bed room. These folks were really knowledgeable about each mattresss construction and sleep characteristics. Their guidance and discussion was very helpful. (Note: since I had been researching on-line for mattresses, I was getting bombarded with emails offering special deals from the various manufacturers. I can confirm that OSGs quoted prices were always better than the sales and deals offered on-line.) We visited the store several times, always enjoying the visits with the staff there (Meaghen was our principal rep.) We finally decide on Helix, perfectly suited for us. They also helped us choose the adjustable bed frame, and I can confirm that the prices and warranties for the frame are also better than what we were quoted elsewhere. This store does not operate a warehouse, so (a) costs of a warehouse operation are eliminated, and (b) delivery is managed by the manufacturer, exactly as if you had ordered it directly from the manufacturer. So delivery takes a few days; other stores with local warehouses quoted much quicker delivery, of course. Also, mattresses, pillows, and frame were shipped to our front door, and we moved them into the house and set everything up. Not a big problem, though everything was heavy. Now, we really like our new bed. Maybe Ill update this review in a few years to discuss mattress durability, but, for now, we were pleasantly satisfied with our shopping experience at OSG.

We wanted to get an organic mattress. Maeg;han assisted us in choosing an Avocado Green Pillow Top mattress and Brentwood Foundation. We wanted to be able to try out a mattress before purchasing, and we tried out several before settling on the Avocado Green Pillow Top. We had a lot of questions and Maeghan answered all of them. We visited one other store before returning to the Showroom. We returned because Maeghan made us feel comfortable with our purchase decision. We received our mattress and foundation and installed them ourselves. We are very pleased with the mattress. Ours was from one of those big box stores and after several years, it never fully lived up to expectations. We decided to go with a mattress-in-a-box brand after seeing so many positive reviews, but without much context beyond internet opinion, it was hard to get a gauge of what we would actually be sleeping on. Thats when we reached out to Our Sleep Guide and Maeghan was very responsive and informative. I went to visit 3 different times over the past 6 weeks. It was very helpful trying out the various mattresses. I would be hard pressed to choose one without trying first, especially with back issues. Mason helped me each time and was very knowledgeable and professional, and patient. Wow! I cannot say enough good things about the service I received from Maeghan! The online search for a mattress is worse than trying to find a car to buy. Its exhausting! In my searching, I came across the Our Sleep Guide website and their very thorough reviews.They had on their website to call or email, so I decided to take advantage of their offer. A different experience than just walking into a typical mattress for sure. For starters I tried to visit the weekend of July 4th and was unable to make an appt. Made a 2nd attempt the following week and they were wide open with availability. I’m not sure how appointments work outside of a pandemic. Upon arrival I was quickly greeted, told the store manager Maeghan what I was looking for and she immediately suggested a few mattresses I should consider. I’m pretty decisive so laid on 4 mattresses and picked 1 within 5-10 minutes. The everyday store discount beat the manufacturer’s online discount so that was a no brainer, same warranty, free delivery, etc. The chance to actually see and feel the mattresses you would otherwise have to buy first sight unseen, without the huge markup of typical big box mattress store was a win win.

I got lost in the sea of youtube and reddit reviews. As soon as I thought I had made my mind up, someone would say how uncomfortable the mattress was for them. I was looking heavily into Brooklyn Bedding and decided to see if anywhere near me had them for sale. I lucked into finding Our Sleep Guide. I went there and tested beds for almost an hour. Maeghan was extremely helpful, and seemed to genuinely be interested in helping me find what would work for me. She imparted a ton of knowledge and helped me narrow my orginal 8-9 mattress want list down to 2. Im glad I had this store around and definitely suggest anyone interested in a mattress venture over to test them out. I have not ordered my mattress yet but when I do, it will be through this store and Ill update my review with information regarding that process.

We visited this place a few months ago. We were considering a few online mattress brands, but my boyfriend refused to buy before trying one out first. The people here were extremely helpful, the showroom is clean and comfortable, and it really helped us choose a mattress that ticked all our boxes.

What a fantastic resource for anyone trying to navigate the dozens of online only mattress brands! And talk about a complete departure from your typical retail mattress showroom. There are no high pressure salespeople here hungry for their next commission, just a friendly and knowledgable staff who only ask if you like one of the beds you try, that you use their affiliate link/coupon when you buy it from the manufacturer online. Extended 100+ night risk free trial periods have become the norm because no amount of reviews, ratings, and testimonials can replace a hands-on experience. Sadly, this return-it culture makes an already carbon-heavy industry even dirtier. Our sleep Guides showroom is the perfect opportunity to try a large variety of brands before you buy to help narrow down your selections and reduce the chance of buying something you will end up returning. We went in leaning towards a Purple Hybrid after testing it at another store, but ended up getting the Avocado after trying it here. Thanks!
