Good place to find authentic Mexican products and helpful people

Be careful when you send money to your family to any other country. Not long ago my mom sent money and the females working there only put half of what my mom gave her, If it wasn’t because they checked the cameras they wouldn’t have gave her her money back.

Employees without face mask! even those who are handling food!

Been coming to this store for a while and it has some of the best food ive tried 👌the kitchen staff always tends to my request and has some of the friendliest faces in the store.cashiers arent really a problem however they do take a while to get to you if you are busy which i understand. meat department is also really friendly for the most part. Only complaint i really have is some short guy from the meat department i think i heard his name was pablo or something. Really rude and handled my meat without gloves at one point which kinda irked me. Not to mention his face mask wasnt on all the way and he addressed me rather rudely.Overall, this store is a nice place to go to for food and quality items. They tend to put out a lot of specials on items so theyre worth a look!

The cooler is gross I was in yesterday I seen cockroaches and flies coming it is a health issue and the employees are rude.

Couldnt get out of there fast enough today. Four out of five staff behind meat counter not covering mouth or noses with a mask, wearing on chin. Produce guy same thing. Two customers with no mask at all. They do have a mask required sign on front door. Can management enforce with their staff?

This place is convenient, fairly priced and had awesome produce. However do not expect good service unless you speak Spanish. I have been refused service 3 times during which no one was ahead of me and the staff made it a point to ignore me and leave me standing at the food counter for 5 min or more. Never acknowledged me and then served people came in behind me who spoke in Spanish. I wanted to like this place and Ill continue to be friendly and ignore the racism here until I win them over.

Great workstaff. Well kept and clean store who is always full of inventory. Steak is not best quality but works fine with most steak requiring type of meals. Love that its so close by!

Great, cheap breakfast 3 breakfast tacos $3 + your coffee, lots of fresh marinated meats for straight to the grill cooking!

I love this place. Great tacos and enchiladas. Beans are a bit runny for my taste but the rice is delish!

I go there for my morning tamale fix. Fresh and flavorful. No kid sized tamales here. The entire store is clean also.

The grocery store was awesome because I found Mexican products that I havent been able to find anywhere else in the Austin area. However, I was very disappointed with the restaurant inside the grocery store. I got the barbacoa plates and tamales. The food was so low quality that I couldnt even eat it. The barbacoa was overcooked, salty, and soaking in so much grease. The pork tamales were undercooked and had very little meat inside. I may still return to the grocery store for specific products but I wont be going out of my way.

This place is a hidden spot for some amazing food. The goodness ranges from the Caldo to the 1.00 breakfast tacos to the Barbacoa that we order by the lb. We order breakfast for my group at Samsung on a regular basis. We have even had a spread of fajitas(beef and chicken), carnitas, beans and rice and comes with all the onions, limes, cilantro and salsa. They have added some new items for lunch and I cant wait to try them. Seating is limited but if you take food home and get comfy - you will definitely return to try something else!

Owners and associates work as a family there and make you feel like at home. The food in the cafeteria is great specially the plates and the carnitas.

Went to buy meat there and they gave me the wrong kind so i went to change it and the chasier there i believe her name is jackie she gave me a bad Attitude, this isnt the first time it has happened i dont feel very welcomed anymore.

I already go three times as I go to buy meat at the butcher shop and they put the price wrong. Today was no exception my daughter went to buy two pounds of chops and they charged almost 19 dollars my wife at the time of cooking saw the price and realized it was wrong. Counting are three times that we have noticed, if I put this here is for others to pay attention when buying meat. I have not had any problem to get my money back but if it is a problem to go and make the claim and as I said sometimes we realize that the price is wrong but we do not realize 🤷🏻♂️
