After an extensive review process for our plans, and Volstruct paid in full, we still received an incomplete and totally incorrect set of materials. Now that Volstruct is paid in full, they are non responsive to multiple calls and emails trying to understand, and correct the situation. As for our company, we will not return, and recommend not using them for your large project needs.

We purchased a tiny house steel frame kit and trailer from Volstrukt. We had a wonderful experience and were quite happy w/ it all! Here is the finished project. It did take us way longer to finish out with it located in the mountains but finally done!! You all rock!

Words cannot begin to express the terrible dealings I have had with Volstrukt. Simply put, this company has the worst customer service. If you have any other option, I would highly recommend you to choose anything other than working with Volstrukt, for your own peace of mind.To sum up my experience, the customer service was terrible time after time. They would not respond to me for over a week each time we reached out even though they had set an expedited deadline. They built panels incorrectly that made us scramble to drastically change our design after their errors shrunk our living room over 30%. I was told their software “glitched”. They thought that a fair solution was to make me pay for their mistakes by purchasing replacement materials after I already informed Volstrukt that I had spent as much of my budget as possible on this. Needless to say, I told them I was not interested. Please, save yourself the headache, and go with any option other than Volstrukt.

Volstrukt was great to work with! From the first moment we reached out until the completion of our first custom build, they were always available and extremely helpful. The steel frame and sheathing package we ordered was fabricated to perfection, setting a great pace and giving our carpenters a perfectly square and true frame to work with. We highly recommend using their steel frame system, as we will be doing so on our future builds.

Volstrukt is customer satisfaction extraordinaire. Its really quite simple for them. Do it til they think its right (which exceeded my own high expectations). I believe they will be the standard in the tiny house construction shells and trailers. I had a front door that needed to be altered from the original design based on a kick butt door I found.They came from Austin to the Waco area and didnt charge me. They should have. They also helped with materials and offered to take extra metal roofing I had for future customers who might want it. I couldnt be more pleased with Marc, Jayson, Zack, Mike. Quality product. Quality people.

The guys at Volstrukt were wonderful to work with! They were very helpful and accessible throughout the design process. We really appreciated that they helped us think through some key items on our build before we finalized the details.

I requested a refund from them in November, it is now March and still nothing. All I hear is I will get the money soon. I received no product and no refund so far.
