I cannot recommend this company enough! Vera was extremely responsive for us, and came out to the house and took perfect measurements of all 23 windows we did for our home. The products we ordered came in well earlier than expected, and we could not be more pleased. Antonio came out to our home to complete the installation, and was such a nice and professional man. Completed the installation so quickly, and walked us through all the tips and tricks for how to properly care for and clean our shades. 10/10! I will not be calling any other company in the Austin area for future business. This company is phenomenal! There is a reason they have been servicing the Austin area for so many years.

Vicki was a pleasure to work with. She had great suggestions and helped us choose something we love. Travis was our installer. He was quick, efficient, and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company for window coverings. Great selection, fair prices, and good deals through Costco.

Customer NO Service !Called for a warranty repair to correct a negligently installed shade.Was requested to bring the shade into their store ( 60 mile plus round-trip ) and they “HOPED” to get to it in about two weeks.Requested in-home repair which they said would take at least SIX WEEKS to get an appointment. They promised to call me back with a date and time. Never received a return call to schedule the appointment.Got fed up so I took down the blind and repaired it myself.

I worked with Jenny Bradley at ABC. She listened to my wishes and assisted me in selecting the best product to meet the look I wanted and my budget. She was professional, friendly, and helpful in all aspects, and I was SO pleased with the cellular shades I purchased and the service Jenny provided. In addition, Kate assisted me with scheduling, and Antonio installed my shades. Both were also timely, professional, and provided excellent service. Good communication w/ Phil on options, recommendations and price. DJ did a great job on the install. He was professional, patient showing me how the app worked, clean and friendly. They couldn’t do the work during the height of the pandemic but got me scheduled as soon as it was safe to do so. They followed all of my buildings protocol’s. Great company i would strongly recommend.

Amazing!I just bought my first home, and it didnt have any blinds or any window treatments at all. Vicki came over a few days after my phone call to them, and came with a design book where she went through all the color options (tons of them!) and pricing. I could even pick out what the veneer at the top looked like. Once I was happy with the blinds / colors, she sent over the invoice and put the order in the next day. About 2 weeks later, the blinds came in and the installer installed all of them quickly. At all times, both Vicki and the Installer kept distance, work a mask, and communicated what they were going to do. When all was done, the installer went to each window and had me inspect the quality of the work before he went.The window blinds themself are the faux-wood 2 inch slats. They were affordable, but very high quality. All of them where cut to fit the windows perfectly. Im really happy with the results, and would highly recommend them to anyone!

ABC Blind & Drapery has a fantastic team. Phil is super knowledgeable and they have window treatment options for all decor styles. They also offer upholstery services which Ill definitely be using to restore some furniture pieces that have been passed down to me.

These guys did a great job. Scheduling was easy, and so was installation. Their install team was cheerful, helpful and efficient. I will use them again if I need window coverings or outdoor shades.

I ordered the window treatment for all windows in our new house through Costcos discount program. Vicky, the sales lady, was very helpful in assisting me getting what I wanted. The installation crew was super professional. 3 guys installed all of my shutters, drapes, blinds and a roller shade in about 6 hours, and everything look great! All add together, the cost is a bit on the heavy side, but, the house looks so nice with the new treatments!

Purchased blinds for our home it has been a total nightmare !! Costco’s represented them and stood behind the sorry quality !Would not return my money kept sending the company back to my home and offered me a 100 dollar gift card .Would not recommend this company and very sorry that Costco uses them for sales ! They have been out 4 times and planning another visit next week.Costco has always stood behind products .

Bought lots of blinds through Costco from ABC. I was pleased with the service. They were here when they said they would be and were careful that measuring and selection were correct. The installation was timely and all of the folks were most courteous and worked efficiently. Tried a low cost place for blinds, boy was that the wrong idea. Had them removed & called ABC Blind & Drapery. Diana was ever so helpful over the phone & took her time to give me an estimate. I was pleased with the prices so I went over to see what they had. Once again Diana was beyond helpful & guided me along according to my needs. The blinds were ready within a few weeks. The installation was a dream! He was early & finished putting up 6 blinds all within 45 minutes...very impressive!!I will be using them again for drapes. I try to use local companies when possible and would urge anyone who needs blinds or window coverings to give ABC Blinds & Drapes a go. I am VERY pleased with the company from the first telephone call to the install....top rate all the way!

I had been disapointed at several other businesses before. I was thrilled to find a place that fixed all my problems. Very expensive blinds I expected to last for life torn up by my rescue dog. Took me years to find ABC. Worth the wait, and next time (maybe tornado?) I have damaged blinds to be fixed, I know where to go.

When I walk into a room I know what I like and what I do not, but I have trouble putting it together. I am not an abstract person. Guy helped me make selections with blinds, shutters and shades. I am happy with the results. He was especially helpful with the colors. He prevented me from making a design mistake I would have regretted.

Blinds and drapery for windows is the only way to enjoy the sunshine while insidea home or even in an apartment. Purple is my color, but sheet white is my choice in draperies.Nice people work there.
