Honestly, absolute perfection, very friendly, knowledgeable and precise from the day we walked into showroom til finished Job. Jeremy, Chase and Craig were absolutely amazing, I have had floors done many times, and had issues. I found DJV this time and I am so glad I saw their commercial, these guys are the BEST! I cannot be more pleased with our beautiful floors, PERFECTION, absolutely beautiful! I still have 3 more rooms to do and no doubt who I will call... DJV! Price quote was way too high! $1000 for carpet in a small bedroom?! That didnt even include labor... the price deserved 1 star but the customer service deserved 4 stars so it levels out at the low end of 3 stars! 😏

DJV was recommended to us by a friend, and they met all of our expectations. The employees were so helpful and friendly as we were selecting carpet and scheduling the appointment. We always knew what to expect next. They installing team was on time, completed the install quickly and well, and were respectful of our home. The carpet looks and feels great!

DJV was absolutely amazing. From the time I stepped into the showroom the service was wonderful. The people were so genuine and honest. They are prepared to keep the customers safe! The counters and entry door was wiped down and the sales team wore masks and social distancing was recognized and respected. Linda, Allen and Sal were there and they were busily answering questions and willing to recognize and match up the product to the clients taste by listening and achieving beyond my expectations. I respect a salesman that doesn’t try to sell me something that I really didn’t want. Allen was able to identify my taste, my budget and exceeded my expectations. Sal took the time to make sure we were happy about our purchase. And Linda was as friendly in person as she was over the phone. Seriously DJV sets the bar high, they truly know that fairness is priority.

Staff here are above your normal wholesaler, they treat you like family when your are looking to update your home.

Sal is very knowledgeable and has helped me with any of my questions and orders...i havent had the chance to work with anyone else in his staff but if they learned from sal they are just as good..

From the moment we met Tony, the salesman, through the installation, led by James, we are very pleased with DJV. Ours was a rather challenging install, however, the results are fantastic, and the quality to detail and craftsmanship involved during the installation were most impressive. I would recommend this company without reservation if you are in need of addressing flooring needs. Simply outstanding.

Went to buy carpet. The price quoted was higher than I ever thought it could be. When I said that is beyond my budget, the sales man said he would find something cheaper and call me back. He never did. Three weeks later I gave up on a call back and asked for the return of my key. I was told if they can find it they will return it. I never heard from them again.

DJV installed a new luxury vinyl tile floor in grey over our brown toned floor. It looks great! and they paid close attention to details. The previous metal strip between the bathroom and hall carpet was gold colored--they brought a silver one. The former kick strip under the vanity was brown--they brought a grey one.Bill the installer and his assistant Dominic were thorough, efficient and delightful to have in our home.Dan and his staff were so patient with me while I tried 3 different floors until I found one that I could coordinate with a new vanity top.I can not say enough nice things about DJV.

We looked all over for luxury vinyl tile at the big box stores and online. This place had exactly what we wanted. The salesman was so helpful telling us how to do it.we are very pleased with our floors.the quality is excellent.we will use them for all our next projects.

Two weeks ago we had carpeting installed in a bedroom. We are happy with the carpeting and happier with the service. The owner did the measuring and pricing himself and the install team (DJVs own - not subcontractors) was efficient and neat. Our freshly painted walls and baseboards remained intact due to great expertise in installing.

Unfriendly and over priced for product and installation. Saved $400 by going to Home Carpet.

Had my kitchen and bathroom done in vinyl. Both floors came out beautiful and everyone that sees the floor thinks it is tile (it even feels like it). I was impressed how the owner took care of any concerns and questions regarding the installation I had. Thank you Dan!

I wanted to share a experience I had with DJVcarpet when we decided to purchase carpet for our house after seeing the commercials many of times on tv. We went to the store and we met Tony one of the Salesmen at the store he took us through the very large and impressive showroom and we fell in love with just how many carpets they have in stock to choose from.We decided to take a few samples home to look at and the next day Chuck came to measure our house another very nice guy who knew alot about the carpet and took the time to answer more questions we had. We got our quote the following day from tony and we decided to have it all done. Week later they came to do the installation and the installers were very professional and did a fantastic job when they were all done it looked amazing.I would for sure recommend DJV carpet to anyone looking for any flooring it really was a great experience that we received and are very satisfied from start to finish
