Besides the girl that works there for a long time Didnt even know what a Trailer Lock is or where it was even located in the Store. Piss Poor Customer Service.

This store is my favorite place to get birdseed, great deals and friendly workers. They have just about anything youd ever want for a farm. Good prices for work boots and clothes. They also have lawn equipment and accessories. They also have a large selection for dogs and cats, food, litter, flea treatments, and toys. I will definitely keep going to Family Farm and Home mainly for my bird and deer feeding.

Love this store. A great selection of everything you need. From farm to pets to home they have a great selection of everything you need to keep your place running. Fencing, parts to repair your equipment, everything to keep you animals healthy and happy and a staff that knows what they are talking about. You could go elsware but you wont get the quality you will at this store.

I just really like this place. Close to my home mainly but despite them being a multi state Corp they still emphasize a small business feel. Plus you can bring your dog... so you know, neat.

This store gets 5 stars for its employee, Rachael! She gave us, 1st time baby chicken buyers, a mini course on chicken farming! She was so patient and a real expert on chickens!!! She made it so much fun! This store has everything in stock for chicken farming. And lots of varieties of chicks to choose from, we bought 3 different types of peeps. Also liked their bird and squirrel feed section. I was especially happy to buy bags of peanuts out of the shell, packaged in Clear Plastic Bags! This is important because it allows you to SEE what youre getting, and avoid getting some real nasty surprises in your bag of peanuts, which has happened to me several times. This is the only way Ill buy my peanuts from now on. If youve ever had a bad bag of peanuts, you understand!

I cant get enough of this store. They always have cute stuff and what I need.

The Warren Ohio store is 5 stars but the Austintown one is 0 stars. I have called corporate on it and it doesn’t do any good. I live 2 blocks from it and I end up driving to warren to get what I want. Their shelves are always empty. I try to buy my horse supplements there and they only stock 1 container at a time which the damaged one that is 1/2 empty has been on the shelf for 3 weeks with no new one to replace it. It was given to the cashier and told damaged and 1/2 on shelf. They wiped the shelf and placed it back. Whomever does inventory needs fired!!! It’s a shame cause it is a great store and super close to my house but the Austintown Ohio store is terrible!!!

Employees are kind & helpful. If they dont carry what youre looking for they suggest other places to find it.

Seven customers in line. One cashier. One guy with a clipboard walking around doing nothing to help the situation. For gosh sakes, Mr. Manager, dont let the customers get in the way of doing business!

Very clean and polish store. Staff is very helpful, they try to make sure you get what you need. My only complaint would be the cutting down of the Pellet gun and knife section. They gave almost no selection there now. I liked taking my Son there and getting him new ones here and there. They also have live animals when in season.

1 cashier and no helpers on the floor to assist customers the day i was there..

They have treated my dogs, cats, and horses for years. I have no complaints.

The staff is so friendly and I love the prices and selection. They are also dog friendly and have a bucket of tennis balls when you bring you pup.

I went here after visiting 2 other stores that did not have what I needed in stock. This store had it and plenty of it. Not only that, but they had many more things I needed or wanted. I spent a lot. But Im very happy with my purchases and the prices. The staff was amazing too!!!

The best place to buy your work boots if you need them. They have great prices on great stuff. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs something farm related.

Great store, everything youd ever need for farming and gardening. Friendly and knowledgeable workers, they have dog, cat, and other animal treats. Birdseed already bagged also you can get the birdseed by the pound by scooping it yourself. They have lawn equipment such as mowers and attachments for mowers and weed whackers, and accessories. Battery, gas and electric. They have clothes, work boots, and gloves. Also kayaks, potting soil, weed killer, and bug spray. They have a selection of candy and beef jerky and sausages. There is also ice cold soft drinks and water. There is a public bathroom in the back of the store. I recommend the Family Farm and Home. Prices are reasonable, and also have great specials. I bought weedwacker spools for my worx gt and they were 2 for $8, which is $3 cheaper than the handyman store. I also bought bug spray that was on sale for $4. The cat treats and dog treats were about $1.50 cheaper than the dollar stores. Plus some buy one get one free, or buy 2 get one free. Im very pleased with coming to this store.

Large facility with lots of options, unfortunately it seems very understaffed. Long waits if you need help, several times have gone there for items listed in sales flyer only to be told they never received item or they only received one and it is already gone.
