I am giving them 4 star because I didnt end up buying my oven there because of the lead time but I did use them to install my new oven and big thank you to Luise Alfonso who helped get that all organized.

After Sue advised me I did not need a component to finish my Thermador kitchen, it turned out it was needed. Instead of selling me the additional part after as part of my order, they refused to honor pricing and tried to sell me the piece at a higher price when they told me not to buy it initially. Wont do business with them again.

Beautiful stuff but high end and not inexpensive
