Absolutely amazing store! Absolutely beautiful and clean & the customer service is outstanding. They helped me get a car seat that is completely sold out and out of stock all over the country. They also brought the car seat to the car so we wouldn’t have to carry it. I am so grateful for the employees at this store. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The service here was great. We called in to see if they had the Doona stroller in stock and they went above and beyond. They helped us set it up and gave a small tutorial on how to use the stroller.

This place rocks! My first visit was just now. I went in looking for a mobility- encouraging gift for my one-year-old grandson. Their inventory is comprehensive and eclectic, and I left with a unique and perfect set of gifts.Eli and his staff so friendly approached me offering assistance, and they all had great advice that helped me decide. Finally, the gift wrapping they offered was festive and tasteful.Ill be back as my grandson grows, since they have creative options for a wide range of ages.

NINI AND LOLI is a GREAT company with wonderful customer service! We ordered a stroller from Aventura mall location after Elad helped us to find the right stroller for us and for our child, and we had a few questions along the way, Elad was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. We were VERY impressed with this companys customer service and integrity. Most companies are not as easy to work with. I highly recommend this company! We will definitely use them for other items on the future. We LOVE the stroller too, btw. :). Thank you Elad we appreciate everything !

I walked into the store specifically to see the Silvercross stroller new model. I had specific questions and wanted to see how the stroller looked folded. I walk in, i was not greeted by the 2 employees in the store. I had to ask a qustion to an employee who was standing about 15 feet away from me. My question was what is the difference between the old and new model that came out the employee answered while standing at their same location there is no difference. Making a stroller decision is a big deal especially a double stroller. Honestly, it does not surprise me that the employees were so rude, this is a typical occurrence even for friends who have told me they have been to either of the two locations in Aventura. My money definitely goes somewhere else for these large important purchases. And you better believe i bought my double stroller, accessories and will be buying another car seat at another great baby store in Aventura. I have no time to waste with employees who treat me as if i am wasting their time!!

Prices are much higher than competitors and NO QUALITY! If you care about health of your child dont go there. I bought Babyzen yoyo base with +0 and +6 month set there. Set with +0 month assemblies by their personnel at their shop in Aventura. Today when after my baby grew up and now he is 6 month i decided to change +0 month set to +6 month set at home, when i started to disassemble +0 month set and all plastic details i found that plastic pannel was broken and TAPED and of course hidden from our observation by their personnel at a time of selling for us (pic is attached). Totally disappointed with Nini and Loli my new born baby was laying and sleeping on DEFECT PRODUCT.

We left Buy Buy Baby after their employees couldn’t help with the most basic questions regarding their strollers. We had the opposite experience here. A young salesperson, Elad knew everything about all the products on the floor. Night and day vs Buy Buy Baby.

Online side of business promising discounts/coupons/great deals if you just sign up for their text messages. Of course they dont mention that most products are not eligible for this and theyll overcharge you for shipping either way. Im tired of businesses trying to get information to sell--at least be up front about not honoring your discount for all of the items.
