Amazing Experience at West Marine Aventura !!! Albert and the crew were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming too any questions and concerns. When you come In ask for Albert or anyone on his crew and they will be more than happy to give you the ultimate west marine experience.

This is probably the worst west marine that exists. They are never vapable of having ANYTHINGin stock. Teak cleaner, ehh theyve gotten better. Teak sealer, Nope, fender socks, nope, brushes or chamois are hit or miss, if you place a special order, you need to pray to the gods first.

The only good thing about this store is the smell, upon arriving a European sounding lady tells me to put a mask over my nose. They are overpriced and the customer service is okay.. better shopping on Amazon. I gave it two stars cuz they did return an item that was defective.

53 trailer delivery drivers: Open receiving at 9am! Going north, use 2nd entrance. Go straight-ish towards back of lot. Turn left. Back it in from there behind the building to the southeast corner where the rollup door for receiving is. There are signs posted saying if cops tell you leave you have to go. Good luck!

Every time I go to that store they are out of stock. I guess they never restock. A bilge pump I should be able to get without driving 13 miles to Ft Lauderdale

This is perhaps the most dazed and confused store in South Florida. It took them one and a half month, three promises, three trucks that were late, and one argument to finally admit that the order that they had placed a month before, was never placed and we had to start from scratch. Horrible customer service. Literally nothing of significance in stock. Horrible knowledge. And to top it all, Sam--allegedly the specialist--argued points that had no relevance. He tried to dump someone elses abandoned transducers order on me, even after he reached the conclusion that it would not fit my Garmin 1040 GPS. Precisely 32 days after my original discussion with them, Sam--the specialist--found the part in another state but EVEN THEN he could not guarantee overnight delivery.Unbelievable. If you need T-shirts, buckets, shoes, glasses, ropes and other non-specialized items, this is your place. If it is important equipment, avoid it at all cost.

Place looks Rundown, merchandise looks beat up old, employees look at you with a half-hearted can I help you no energy nobody in the store, the store needs a blood transfusion.

I give it one star because if not I cannot post what a horrific experience we had today at the store.There is a manager with a Jamaican accent was not able to obtain his name, rude as can be. twice attacked me basically stating that if I wasnt buying anything to hurry up and get out of the store. as expensive as your store is you should at least have educated people working specially management! Corporate will be called on this horrible person I was forced to deal with today, I promise! it is prefer to go out of my way and go to your other West Marine locations where you actually have educated and helpful employees.

This is just the best place to buy boating stuff! I go there and spend hours looking through the things they sell.... I love that place 🙏🇺🇸

I was at the store on biscayne bl. and Im a regular customer, my son called and asked the manager to put a iron on the said to pick up on last Sunday and the price was 25 % discount on line, on Monday a drove to the store to pay and pickup my iron, for my surprise the price goes up so I showed the manager the photos on my phone with the price lower but he was very rude and he just told me to pay the regular price if I wanted. The manager its more worry to wash the front store windows them to take care me like a customer. Very disappointing... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I love West Marine, however in this Brach I had a bad experience. The website said I will be able to get an specific life vest but it was out of order. In addition life vest line was without prices. It was really hard to get help!

Yes they have quite the selection of products and impeccable displays... But the customer service there really sucks. The employees would rather talk amongst themselves than help a customer. Even the Assistant Manager preferred to 4by4 the shelves than to help me. Too bad I was ready to drop about $1k on some stuff there but thought my dollars were better spent at a different type of store.

This place is insanely overpriced. Every time I go there for something, I can find the same thing on Amazon for half the price. I don’t know how they survived. I guess it must just be because Aventura don’t care about cost. I don’t mind paying a more (10 to 20%) but a 100 surcharge is nuts

Not the best Westmarine around...unfortunately most associates are uninterested and indifferent....(contrary to the Fort Lauderdale store!!).

My wife was in the store looking at inflatable kayaks and watched as the sales person took off the $499 price tag then proceeded to tell her it was $599, as if she would not notice. Typical Miami move. Needless to say we did not buy the kayak.
