I purchased a trek madone the past weekend from Soul at City Bikes Aventura. I have to say that this experience was amazing from start to finish. Not only did they have a vast inventory of bikes both on-site and in their warehouse but they also had other hard to find accessories that I was able to add to my bike to make it even more unique. I also received a bike fitting to make sure that everything was just perfect. This experience was Top Notch. This shop is one of the best!

Miguel B is amazing! Getting a new bike? Look no further. He goes above and beyond and is an incredible guy. I was looking for my first tri bike and am quite a geek about getting the best stuff but also at a good deal. I can be pretty indecisive and what to compare my options. Miguel is well known in the tri community and various people had introduced me to him. He did an incredible job explaining all details that are important and gave me multiple options to decide from. Once I decided on what I wanted I scoured the internet and couldnt find a better deal anywhere - also most of the stuff I wanted was sold out. He managed to source all the parts I was looking for and went above and beyond to make this purchase smooth. I couldnt be happier with the experience. Miguel really is one of a kind. Great place to shop for bikes and accessories!!!! I highly recommend you see Jorge Tello! He was extremely helpful and took the time to not only install my Kryptonite Keeper lock onto my bike but show me exactly how to use it....he took me outside and made sure I was able to lock and unlock my bike....its quite a hefty lock and Jorge made sure to give me all the details about the amazing anti-theft offer, how to register my key so if it gets lost I can get a replacement and more....! He really took the time out to help me and it was only a small purchase! Ill surely be back for more accessories and HIGHLY RECOMMEND him for anyone looking for a bicycle!! They have lots of great bikes and every biking accessory you could even think of!!!

We were very happy with City Bikes. My wife and I did a triathlon and Guido at the Aventura shop made sure her shipped bike was assembled and my rental was ready, and that it was the right one for the event. Horrible service, don’t try calling looking for a part. Right away they will tell you they do not have it. Without knowing the whole spec of the part. Then they will keep you on the phone for almost 30 mins, then someone will answer the phone with an attitude. I guess they are not interested in making any sales, or even how to bring customers in.
I was shopping for a bike using their website, but I limited my search to what was available in stock in Aventura. I called the store to confirm the availability, but I was told they did not have that specific model on their floor and he will call me back in “10 minutes”. The person never returned the call. Same day, I was doing some errands near the Aventura location and decided to check the inventory. I asked for the specific model that showed in stock at that store and right out of the bat the sales person was saying that they did not have it. He painted the a Doomsday picture that you can’t get a bike now and needed to wait until the next year. For my surprise, I decided to look what they had on the floor and found the bike myself. I told the salesperson that the website was right and the bike was there. Oh! yes, yes we have it. I asked some questions related to that bike and the salesperson was clueless. All the information he provided me was wrong. Luckily the bike had hydraulic disc brakes and not cable ones, as he pointed out. Also, the bike came with the integrated speed sensor, he said it did not have it, and did not bother to look. I ended up buying the bike they had there, but it was a different color. The person did not bother to check if the other color was available in the warehouse. I should have received the sales commission myself. If you are planning to visit the Aventura store, expect to find lazy sales personnel not willing to help, and clueless about the product.
Over the years I’ve been to many bike shops and this by far is the best experience in many ways. They took their time to find the best deal and made me feel valued as a customer. I’m happy that I’ve finally found my bike shop and one I can recommend. My sincere congratulations to the guys in City Bikes Aventura.
This is a shining example of what a bike store should be. Theyre a very busy store and they still make sure they have incredible customer service. Miguel is the man, he helped me pick out my next bike - ended up with a BMC Roadmachine 01. Then you have Duane, the fitting master. Dwayne is a great guy and does great fits. Ive had to go back a couple of times to tweak a couple of things and he also makes time and explains the process. I really love this store, so much I brought a friend to go see Miguel and Dwayne and he got his first bike, Pinarello Paris. Dont bother going to other stores, just go here and ask for Miguel and make sure you get a fitting with Dwayne.

Went in for a simple question, came out with a brand new x caliber 9. Upgraded from a entry level Marlin. Initially Miguel helped me out. From the start he was extremely attentive, patient, and nothing but professional. I asked him a question on a specific model and introduced me to Saul after he humbly admitted he knew more about treks in general. Saul was extremely busy, but i was impressed on his professional service as he multi-tasked between clients. I verbalized all my questions and concerns to Saul. He is extremely knowledgeable in the sport and heavily experience with treks. I asked him every question under the sun, he was patient, honest, and completely transparent with me. I purchased a bike at CITYBIKES Aventura this August. With the help of Jaime, Miguel and the crew, they help me select the proper bike for triathlons training. It was an excellent experience. A few days later, I called them for a fitting on the bike.An appointment was set up with Dwayne. A wonderful gentleman as well as very knowledgeable about bicycles. We spent a few hours with the fitting and telling stories about rides. Turns out we are kind of neighbors.Anyway. Wonderful serves as well as very professional.
They changed rear tire on electric scooter before but this time the employee refused to do the front bc its too time consuming. Really? The employee tells the manager its not worth his time! Hello dont you charge hourly or for the job difficulty? Sounds more like the employee was too Lazy or Lacking in knowledge to do it bc he claim motor is in front tire. So what? Its still just two screws to pop it out and replace tire! Hes not moving or fixing motor. Either way, very unprofessional to not even attempt it. Charge me double the rate as rear tire then just try at least. Dont be afraid to learn something new!
A great place, excellent customer service from the cashier to the technicians. I was scared to take my bike anywhere for service and was dreading the drive there; when I went in with my bike they treated it like a Formula 1 pit stop, they took it in and worked on it immediately. Ludwig was the technician and did more than I asked to it, and was excellent in the way he interacted with me; the cashier gave me a discount on the products I bought! Please keep this up, you are a breath of fresh air!!

I rent a high-end road bike a couple of times a year when I vacation or have a business event in Miami/Aventura area. Each time for the past 3-4 years, I have had a great experience with the team at City Bikes. For example, the team remembered (correctly) what size bike I rented previously even though I incorrectly filled out the rental form. The road bikes are well composed with top-tier, durable components. The bikes I have rented do not leave me feeling like I had to compromise on performance or comfort versus my bespoke road bike. I log between 30-60 miles per day for 3-7 day trip. I recommend just calling the store a few days before you need the bike and they will set you up to be satisfied. All-in (bike, components, service, availability on short notice and price) points to a pretty good value as well. The team has earned my loyalty for sure.

Got my first road bike and starting gear with Yunior’s help. I drove all the way from Orlando to that store recommended by my brothers who recently became interested in the sport of cycling, and had a great experience at this location. I was not disappointed, to this day I walk into my local shops here in Orlando and they can’t believe what a great deal I was able to get...I won’t hesitate to recommend friends and family to this shop because I know they won’t let me down.

It was super busy, I first felt I was lost in the midst of the people but finally made contact with a salesperson and then it was super quick, found the bike, paid, and done deal. Asked if I needed accessories, and I said I would leave that for the ownwr of the gift bike. All in all good place... Gave it 4 stars only because it did take a little while to get noticed as a browsing customer.

I took my 6 and 8 yo kids with me to try out some bikes. We are not at all experienced, or serious bicyclists although this store clearly caters to that audience as well as regular every day people who want a bike.The staff were so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable, helping with frame sizes for all 3 of us, allowed my kids to try out a bike outside before purchasing, and patient with all of our questions.Walked out with 3 bikes - one for me, and 2 for my kids!Contrast this with trying to get any kind of help at the big box sporting goods store, there is no comparison.Buy local and get treated wonderfully no matter your level of commitment to the sport. Highly recommend City Bikes to all, regardless of skill level! This place is LEGIT.

Big fan of this Bike Shop. Everyone knows a lot about bikes and it is an absolute must for anybody buying a new bike who needs to get fitted for it, or anyone looking to upgrade their riding position and be much much faster. Dwayne Adams will hook you up with the best bike fit in town 10/10.
I had my bike tuned up at this shop. I must say it needed it badly... However the results were mixed.On the upside, I was pleased to see that it was squeaky clean and that the chain looked and worked a lot better.On the downside, Im sorry to say that nothing had been properly tightened. I had to check every bolt and screw on the steering, the frame, the saddle... As it turned out, my bike was definitely not safe to ride.

Was there yesterday with my wife looking to by Trek for her...walked in and there must have been 10 employees...not one came up to us to ask what we need it or how to help us, not one of them did so. We walk the whole store and still no help from anyone on the contrary like we were not there at all. Very disappointed and needless to say loosing business...we went this morning to another Trek dealer and we both got new Trek bikes since ours were stolen Monday...our new bikes will be in this Friday coming up...my bill was $3,800 for both bikes and some accessories...YOURE MISSING OUT AND LOOSING MONEY...your employees need to be trained better.

I had the bike purchase experience of a lifetime today (7/2/20) at City Bikes Aventura. As a Trek Manufactering employee my job is to do supriseds inspecions of all trak othorized dealers. I did a surprise inspecion yesterday and I was horrified the way I was treated. Customer service is non existent, the nologe of the trak product is not there. We are going to have to look at alowing city bikes to be able to carry the track brand.
Definitely one of my favorite shops here in Florida. Great selection of products, good prices, and excelente service with anything you may need. I have been there a few times: bike fitting, tune up, gear, and even for nutrition. The guys are welcoming and nice, 100% recommended.
Came in to buy a used mountain bike..they were 4 salesmen in the store n two other customers. Waited 15 minutes to get served. someone came in after I did n they took care of them right away. From what I gathered, if you’re not looking to buy an expensive bike they are not looking to take care of you. Plus I didn’t speak Spanish so there you go.
