Great Clothing Store. Great Selection...

Literally had the worst experience ever. bought jewelry but found it for cheaper in a different store and they wouldn’t even let us return jewelry but they gave NO warning beforehand that we couldn’t return jewelry. absolutely disgusted. saw the recite and it says we can return jewelry OTHER THAN pierced jewelry. 1/5 never going again #boycottpacsun.

I went in here for the brandy melville but I couldn’t decide what to buy. One of the employees very kindly helped me decide what to get and then after paying, asked me what I ended up buying. She was very polite but also seemed like she was trying to relate to me, which I greatly appreciated. This girl deserves a raise. Absolutely superb customer service.

Had a horrible disturbing experience at the Pacsun in Aventura Mall, Miami Florida. An employee let my daughter and I into the fitting room. Another employee knocked on the door and told us that one of us had to leave the room. And continued to knock on the door, I opened the door and advised him that I was her mother helping her try on clothes. When we came out of the dressing Room, he refused to sell the clothing we were looking to purchase, and advised he was the manager of the store and had the right not to sell the clothes to us. So not only did the store lose a $500 sale, we received the worst customer service. Employees should to be taught that a mother is allowed to assist her daughter. What right does an employee have to refuse to sell to someone at his choice. I have never received such terrible treatment in a store.

The customer service was absolutely incredible, as was the selection!
