Excellent customer service from Milly and staff int his office. She is so knowledgeable and will work with you to be able to stay in my budget and offer you the best lenses. I have a very complicated RX and she able to measure correctly and take pictures with an iPad to be very precise. I have been coming here for over 17 years. Great selection of frames and prices are fair for premium progressives with blue light protection.

My family and I have been customers at this location for over 12 years. Their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The manager, Milly Rojas is very thorough, personable, honest and knowledgeable. Shes the main reason why we keep coming back year after year for all of our eyewear needs.

Bad customer service. At least, two of the workers . There was a black young lady seating at the entrance saying if you need help please let me know. She said that just to say it. But, she did not mean it. I asked her for help she did not seem to bother. She was unprofessional, laughing, joking with other another co-worker in the presence of the customers. However, there were three others representatives at the store that seem to be very nice and may be helpful, but they had other customers. I just left the store because I will not do business with such unprofessional representative. No, not me. More customers need to report these behaviors.

I’ve been coming to this location for the past 10 years and I wouldn’t change a thing. Milly Rojas is the best person to run this location she is very knowledgeable and helpful. Foreigners are not welcome anymore! I had previously made 4 or 5 purchases at this store, but never again. Bad customer service. Staff is rude, arrogant, unprofessional and believe they are doing you a favor.We went to buy contact lenses and new eyeglasses frames. When my wife asked the lady to see contact lenses, she responded in a sarcastic manner if my wife really wanted to see or if in fact was an order. Ridiculous.My wife explained that first she needed just a pair of trial lenses to check if she would feel comfortable with the new Power and Cylinder, so that she could then order several packages, and the eyeglass frames. The attendant rejected this possibility because my wifes last order was from 2020. According to them, she would need to first place an order to be entitled to get trial lenses.

Me and my family have been going to Four Eyes for over 10 years, and all that time Milly Rojas has been helping and working with us. My wife and I use glasses and my daughter uses glasses and contacts. Milly has always been there to explain all of our options, offer us the best deals, and walk us through every step of the process. Over the years she has always remembered our patient and personal histories, making sure to check-in and make sure we were happy with our products. We are lucky and grateful to always have a friendly and familiar face assisting our family.

Had eye exam and 2 different pairs of progressive and transition lenses done.Came in with two exact frames and lenses when I ordered different frames..Finally sent correct 2nd frame,, but transition didnt much at all so i asked for one pair to have dark lenses so I could see outside. I have never been happy with the qualityOr framesThere.I also had one lensBack that was not in focus in distance And they refused to replace that because it was more than 3 months. So much for their satisfaction guarantee

Poor customer service. Lack of follow up. Unreliable. Office staff are like a bunch of high school students on their first jobs. But primarily Dr. Weissfield-Roskein is dismissive and unprofessional. Her demeanor is condescending. I wouldnt recommend anyone to this woman & My experience with her has tarnished my view of For Eyes period.

I reviewed and called all the optometry places in this area and narrowed my choice to this group. It proved to be the best choice. You couldnt ask for more. Everyone was superbly professional and the prices are right. Dr. Jowhal was the best optometrist I ever had. Great listener with a huge skill level and expertise. Milly Rojas fits your glasses and lenses to your face and she is a 13 year employee with a lot of experience. She spends all the time with you that you need and also has a high skill level and advises what is best for you. The entire experience was beyond reproach.

A complete waste of time. I had an emergency where my lense popped out and I could not get it back in on my own. I stopped in to the store around 9:45am to see if they could fix it. I was told yes and that they would give me a call when it’s ready. Around 1pm, I realized nobody has called (they close at 6 and are closed Sundays) and so I called. I was told they were too busy to get to it but it would be done by the end of the day, and again they would call me once it’s finished. At 4:45pm I decided to go there to see and I walked in and my glasses were sitting on the counter untouched and in the same spot that I left them this morning. When I asked the sales person, she told me they were very busy but could do it now if I would wait another 20 minutes. I took my glasses and left and I will never be back.

Great service. Both ophthalmologists are friendly and helpful. Milly is always great. Listens and cares. I love this location because they know what they are doing & do it in a friendly way. My questions are always answered and the prices are good. Need a little better frame selection for the more in style frames but I always find what I want because of the great service they provide. They always work with you to get you what you need.

Very disappointing to see how poorly the office runs!I had to wait for almost one month to get my reading glasses back and had to call several times in vein then had to take a trip to their office and was told that my reading glasses Wil be in on Thursday and then on Friday evening I get a call from 945 number saying my glasses were in .On Saturday went to glasses in unnamed box!

I have been coming to this location for my familys eye health needs for over 13 years. I have three sons (all wear glasses $$$) and the store manager Millie welcomes us to the store like family. We get our eyes checked and good deals on new glasses every year. This year I noticed the store paid extra care to prevent the spread of COVID19, highly recommend.

After going to a Sunny Isles Eye Center and having the worst experience trying to get the prescription lenses I went to few more places that were mediocre too, I decided to give it a try to For Eyes salon in Aventura. First of all, not only I received the best customer service from an amazing store Manager Milly Rojas, who was so wonderful and took her time to explain all the options available to me for the lenses. I ended up paying half of what other Optical Salons offered. I am so happy with the overall experience. I highly recommend this salon and will definitely be going back for all my eye needs. Btw, I had my own prescription and my frames.

The place is absolutely the worst, besides not being able to do a prescription right the staff is arrogant, unprofessional. The company as a whole is also pretty bad. Went to another store, contacted (many times corporate office) . My advice stay as far away as possible from any of their stores.

Dr. Richards, if I remember correctly, was awesome, the location is well located, and clean. However prices are high and we had an appointment at 10 AM when the location opens but they were very slow to open up, it seemed like all of the employees arrived at 10 AM instead of being ready at 10 AM to take in appointments. We were also never notified of our glasses arriving to the store and waited 3 weeks before we decided to call them and ask if they had arrived..

Mily Rojas is a real professional ;she know how to explain all the options to the client and she is extremely nice and patient ! I would recommend anyone that needs eyeglasses to her. Congratulations !!!!

Avoid this store if you are black. Take your business elsewhere. The staff there will not help you nor treat you with any dignity or respect. We were treated so badly. Staff didn’t even acknowledge or greet us. Was in the store for over 30 minutes and not one employee asked us if we needed any help. There were several employees just standing around and the store was not full with customers.

I had a good experience. My husband and I got our eye exams 2 weeks ago and ordered new glasses. The doctor was really nice and knowledgeable. The staff was great too. I went back today to pick up my glasses and the minute I walked in everyone said good morning which I thought was awesome. My glasses were perfect and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I saw some of the bad reviews and I just dont get it. You cant please everyone I suppose.

I went today to schedule an eye exam and asked the staff if they could assist me with my contact lenses. The optometrist refused to assist me because she had no time. I will never use them again..It would have taken 2 minutes . Bad service

Exceptional service! Called and got an appointment the same day. All staff very nice and service focused. Doctor was super kind and clearly cared about my child, great technical and interpersonal skills. She overhead me saying I was leaving town and changed arrangements for contacts follow up to accommodate us.

My husband who is a client asked Ashley Weiss field for assistance with his contact lenses. She was not very friendly. It would have taken her 2 minutes. She could have gone the extra mile. She left a bad taste in our mouth. He will not return there and will cancel his appointment. Bad bedside manners.

After 30 years of trying to get lenses that work for my eyes, Millys years of experience helped tweak the prescription to make my new glasses work! Her patience and kindness is the reason I go to For Eyes.

For eyes Aventura is the worst optometrist I have ever apoointed. She did exams and never pronounced a word about results. Moreover she was intending to avoid releasing a copy of them to me!She was interested only in selling glasses!!!

If you happen to be a darker persuasion (i.e. non-white), you may want to think three times about visiting this location. I went into the For Eyes in Aventura with my mom to ask a very simple question that would have taken maybe one minute to answer. Instead, I was skipped by two people and then given a lame, non-empathetic apology by the manager on duty at the time when I gave her the feedback about my experience. Her comment was that she acknowledged me. Actually, she didn’t. I had to go up to the front and ask how do I go about getting assistance, unlike the other customers that simply walked in and were helped. For those of you that may not fit the description of the ideal customer for this location, my recommendation is to take your money somewhere else where it will be appreciated.

This review is not for all staff, actually the regular staff is great, Milly, Scott and the rest. Dont go with optometrist Ashly W, she would just give you a useless prescription not good for your eyes. She gave me a stronger prescription that needed, even though i told her i was not feeling comfortable but she insisted. I paid expensive lenses and after 3 months still bad. I came bad to see GREAT Doctor Jeevanpre, she corrected the issue and now i am much better. Go definitely with Dr. Jeevanpre, she is much more knowledgeable, approachable, she cares about you and she is friendly.

It is frustrating. As a consumer I appreciate guidance from sales associates. What I do not appreciate, or accept, is sales associates attempting to sell me what I do not want or need. Terrible service. I have made many visits...always have to wait, sometimes so long that I just give up. Quality of work is not good. They also ordered my glasses different than the prescription, so one lens was correct and one wasn’t, verified by my ophthalmologist. But then I had to argue with them and prove it over multiple visits (bringing in prescription etc because they supposedly didn’t have it anymore) in order to have glasses remade.

Great place, knowledgeable and pleasant staff, competitive price. Worth my time.

Just recently I went to see the optometrist here for contact lenses. The doctor discovered I had an infection. She was able to put me on medication and saw me for followup visits to check on my progress. She cleared it up in no time and then was able to fit me for contacts. Dr Weissfield was knowledgeable and professional. I am so thankful I went to see this doctor and I would highly recommend her to everyone.

I stopped by because my daughter broke her glasses, wondering if they would repair it since the place where I purchased it from wouldnt. Elsa was so helpful! Explained to me what the situation was with the glasses but also offered a temporary solution. Thank you Ms. Elsa

The staff & Dr are very nice however, they dont know how to bill insurance companies correctly. I should of only had to pay for co-pays which I did at the store. A week later I was sent a bill from my insurance because they denied the claim. After a bunch of wasted time on my part I found out they billed my insurance as a misc charge rather than my yearly appointment. While waiting for my appointment a lady walked in with the same complaint, I should of took it as a warning sign & left. What a headache!

Worst experience I have had with an optometry. Glasses were first lost within there ordering system and then not sent to the proper place, this was unprofessional considering that people are dependent on their glasses. Once I did receive the glasses their quality was incredibly poor. On one pair they did not properly polarize the lenses which made them useless and had to be sent back to be redone. On the second pair, the plastic frames were delaminating at the nose pads. Once I had the frames replaced I have had the hinge of one of the frames fall apart due to poor construction a few weeks later. The polarized lenses are still uneven in bright light, even though I purchased the premium option. This would all be understandable if the glasses were inexpensive but the lenses and frames are not cheap or defiantly not worth what they charge. The customer service at the store level, as well as the corporate level, are courteous but not helpful in any way.

Called to check if they take my insurance, answered what type and the lady said yes.When I get to the store, two clerks are ordering lunch and after looking at my insurance information they say that they don’t take it. Not sure if they are inconsiderate or just idiots but I won’t come back ...lol

Ive been going to this location for years now, and they are amazing Scott, and Stephanie are awesome. They tell you what you need, help pick out frames and help save you money. The only place I go to buy glasses in Miami. Plus I normally get my glasses in 3 business days.

From the moment I walked in I was taken care of in a courteous and professional way. Mili was the associate that overlooked all the process for me.I was not too happy with my frame and she kept adjusting it and finally helped me choose new frames that now I am very happy about. Poor customer service on the optomestry part of the store. They are overprice on the office visits and is not even a oftalmologist.Sales people are respectful but not helpful.

Horrible experience I will never come back to this place. I set up an appointment for 4 PM, I was assisted after WALK IN follow up. 1 hour later, i walked away without been seeing, i hope they dont dare to charge my insurance when I was even able to see a doctor, very sad they dont appreciate new business with appointments instead, looks like walk in follow up is more important

Dr. Jeevanpre Jowhal is excellent!! I can honestly say, this is the First time I can see clearly with my new prescription for glasses! She is very knowledgable and an expert!! I am impressed with the care I received!
