Amazing experience today! The owners were super nice and made sure everyone got mostly what they were looking for! I didn’t get the squish I wanted but they told me when he was coming in 😉

Great place if you want your 7 yo to freak out and beg you to spend 300 bucks on fidgets. Staff is great though. Im sure Ill be back.

They were very rude when i called to ask questions. their thing are expensive. 10 dollars a pop it.

I live in doral, so the pinecrest location is dramatically closer. BUT I LOVE the aventura location. it is so much bigger, with a lot more options and variations, it is organized and structured clearly. in aventura I’m not being pushed or trampled by children and the store associates are super informed and always help me find exactly what I’m looking for. it is more than double the mileage visiting this location, but always 100% worth it!

My daughter loves this place! They got us antibacterial upon entering the door. Store is full of good stuff for kids. 👍

Friendly staff and the toys they offer arent found in dept stores. They carry a variety of things and my children enjoy coming here.

Nice selection but overpriced

Learning express is by far one of the best places to buy toys. The services they offer are amazing, the employees treat you as if you were part of their family. They offer free gift wrapping, which is such a plus. Issac and Valerie, the owner are amazing, they always come out to help all the customers, and the employees are always so attentive and they give an amazing service!! #1 always!

Ever since we found this place, we havent bought gifts for children anywhere else. They have a fantastic selection of toys and (my favorite!) learning and science sets. They tell you whats new and popular, they wrap the gifts for you, they include the gift receipt in case youve had the same brilliant idea as someone else... This shop reminds me of a Toys to Grow On catalog that you can wander through in person!

I went to the store and had such a good experience! Employees are always with a smile on their faces. They get on a personal level with you to try and figure out what you like and what you are looking for. I always get the perfect toy. Most of them speak Spanish which helps a lot because most of us, the customers, are from Latin countries. Every time I leave, I always want to come back!

We went to look for toys and were thoroughly supprised by their large selection and kind employees, and the safety precautions took at this fine establishment.

The customer service is AMAZING! I have no words to describe the store! It’s every kids dream and they have a huge variety of games! Wouldn’t go shopping for toys anywhere else.

Absolutely love this store!! As soon as you walk in the store you are surrounded by lots of colorful and interesting toys, gadgets, etc. They have an awesome selection, and we find something new every time we visit! My daughter and I are always greeted with a smile, which is one of the reasons that we come back so often. There are toys for every age, the store is very clean and organized. I think I am probably more in love with the store than my daughter! :-) So happy to have found this store. We will be back very soon!

Great place to get presents for the little ones. Up to 9 years old in my view.Helpful staff that knows the products.Have toys not found in the large stores like Target or Walmart.You can also do a birthday wishlist and get a discount on items in the list that were not fulfilled.Definitely recommend it. My little ones love it!Once they know you, you can even call in and they will pick and wrap the presents so you can almost drive-thru

Amazing toy store with different and educational toys for different ages.Its a little bit more expensive than regular big chains stores.

The only store in the US that does not allow returns if the toy has been open.I bought a game that says Monopoly outside but it’s not the original Monopoly, but a dofferent game.I wanted to change it but they told me is not possible and that they always say customers that this is not the real Monopoly, they didn’t tell me of course.

I had the worst experience in this store. I bought the incorrect game because of their fault and when i took it back to the store they refused to exchange or return it.The manager is so rude and unhelpful. They have the worst return policy and over priced games. I bought the same game for $5 bucks less in Target.I hope they do something about the girl who works there. Such a bad experience.

Can’t be trusted...I used to shop there a lot until I realized they always false advertise their things. I was there today and they had a sale sign on the mad matter for $12.99 and the girl told me no it’s not for that even though it said mad matter. They were not helpful and the owner was not helpful pay attention to the prices if you shop there.
