You never have to ask if they have what you need, you just have to ask where it is, because some how they always have it. And very nice people.

I am new to the area and I walked in with a long list for my new condo. An employee approached immediately and asked to help. He walked through the store with me helping me find everything, even one complicated plumbing item. Amazing customer service!

There is a Gentleman Mark.One would think he is the owner as he is so caring. Knowledgeable had the patience to not only find the product but explained it all in detail. When done I said thanks to you I’m going back to our condo board which I immediately did and advise how we should notify the over 300 units of the sensor for water leaks.We were in sound sleep March 4:00 a. m. To be told a flood going on while we slept.Damage to my condo but it hit 7 other units.If we had sensors when wet a loud shrill would have gone off much much earlier.Mark at Ace Hardware even took the time forcing the sound of the alarm.I told Mark not only will be back but so will anyone we come in contact. The owners of this place are the worst! I love small businesses, including ACE hardware, but if you DARE to return an item, still in the box and with the tags on, youre treated like a charlatan. They inspect the item as if it were fine china that you stomped upon, and treat you very poorly, as though youve committed a crime, and dare to return an item that was not appropriate. Nice store. Horrific and grumpy/grouchy customer service. Buyer beware.

Fantastic experience, great customer service, everything handled in a timely manner. I went in to make copies of a key, I was quickly directed to that specific department, had my copies made, then an additional cashier promptly showed up to speed up the line at the register, and then before I knew it I was driving home! Thank you Ace Hardware, that was a lot easier than I thought it would be.

Unfortunately for me I didnt find the part, but the customer service was outstanding. And that is the reason Ill come back.

I usually go for one thing and buy 5.Always somebody to help and their duplicate keys always work.

This is a great store yo buy but if you need to return an item, they always give you a hard time. Before you buy the item, Check first the inside of the package or container if it is not sealed to see if it is completely full. I bought a plumbers putty that was not completely full. I did not used it and when l tried to return item, they rejected the return because they said it had been used,

This is convenient hardware store, they specialize in customer service making your journey to quick and fast, completely different than big chain hardware stores that people there have no idea of what you need.Price is higher than other hardware stores but you usually go there not to buy a lot just for convenience.Place is organized and clean and the line to pay is very short and quick.I definitely recomend this place

Seriously, how hard can it be to keep your opening hours up to date? I made a purchase online for instore pick up; the email confirmation says store is open until 8pm, Google says the store is open till 8pm, I get there at 7pm and they are closing the shutters. Try as they might, nobody does eCommerce like Home Depot. Nice try Ace, but this is my first and last online order!

Found exactly what I needed, at a good price, and the item I purchased was hard to find at big box stores: Target, Walmart, Home depot. I like that it is a mom and pop store.

Great cool place were you find unique items not sold in Home Depot. But they are a bit pricey to home depot. You do get major attention and service so its a trade off. You walkin and walk out fast and back to business. You dont lose time, and time is money. So this place rocks great. Keep up the good job.

I have never walked out of this store unhappy, if they dont have what you need theyll improvise and make something as good or better, helpful staff that will help me with anything including finding things, ideas for my projects, working with what they have to get what you ask, for examaple, I needed 2 feet of thin braided wire with loops so I could lock them together, the hardware employee cut the length of wire needed and used there sledgehammer to crimp them, this was a pleasant surprise. Ace truly is the place with the helpful hardware man (to paraphrase there old commercials).

Nice store and a lot of hardware tools and parts, it is clean and friendly staff. However, it is extremely expensive. It is about twice as much as home Depot and 3-4 times more expensive then Amazon or other online stores. I will go there again only when I have no other choice.

They’re the worst customer service i’ve ever seen. i came with a generator which they “said” they fixed two weeks ago, i came home today two to three days before the hurricane is coming and it is not starting. i went back today and they asked me to leave and didn’t wanna help i am embarrassed that that’s how they help before hurricanes even if they can’t. wow i would never comeback there

But you will never get the dedicated and experienced advise and help by the Ace hardware team at this location.I came in looking for a specific wood anchor and was given a life hack to avoid buying the item. Due to that I purchased a few odds and ends I need for around my house just because of the level of service they gave. Ive waited and walk the aisles of home Dept for hours before speaking with someone only to have them have no idea what you need for your project.I guess thats why Ace is called the helpful place
