Manager and cashier Morgan are totally unprofessional. I do a curbside pickup where i already paid, only to have Morgan the cashier tell me that im wrong and I need to pay the $60. After i get the manager they figure out that i already paid as i told them. Being overcharged $60 is forgivable but the attitude of the workers telling me im wrong and i definitely still owe $60 was insane! No apology to me after they found their error, just more attitude! Nuts. I used to like this place
I just stopped at Walgreens in Avon Lake. Avery who was busy with customers, rang all of them out quickly and was nice enough to help me. I needed skin products. She was very knowledgeable and personable. Made feel comfortable and confident in her knowledge of the store. I really like that location . She helped me get everything I needed . Stocked up on razors 🪒 and cologne as well. A+ . Super nice!FYI those other bozos on here have no idea. I’m a lifer . They have an unbelievable staff!Triska
I cannot believe the way the cashier named Caren just acted towards me in the Avon Lake store. With my first Covid shot I received a $5 off coupon to use in the store. I didnt use it after my first shot. I just went to get my second shot and picked up a few things. I asked the cashier how she was and she in a snarky tone said, Im fine. I gave her the coupon to which she told me I couldnt use it that I earned it. That made no sense so I told her the coupon was from my first shot to which she insisted I still couldnt use it. She was very mean in her tone. At that point she said put in your phone number, enter your zip code, etc. No smile and just flat out rude. I will NEVER go back to that store again. I realize times are tough but you dont treat customers that way. Walgreens gave me the coupon so I shouldnt have been given such a hard time.
Just be sure to verify all over-the-phone agreements with an emailed confirmation. Other than that, Walgreens has always been a sound business to conduct any medium of my personal needs
I printed some photos out and asked how long before ready, girl behind counter asked how many? I told her 15 to 20 and she said about an hour.I said ok I guess I will come back to pick up later and was told very matter of fact that we do more back here than just pictures ???? Im sorry I asked a perfectly normal question. last time I will be shopping at Walgreens.
I stopped in to buy just a few items and I was very pleased with my experience. Matthew, the cashier, was very kind and helpful which really made my experience enjoyable. It was so nice to be in a store with such great employees!
Only went for the vaccine. Wouldnt shop here otherwise.

I hadnt had problems with this pharmacy until today. I went online yesterday morning to refill my script asking for it to be ready by 4pm today. 45 minutes before the script is supposed to be ready they call me to tell me there is a problem...the script I needed was out of stock! Why wouldnt this have been reordered when they were getting low on the script?! And of course it was a day before I was going out of town and needed the script to be ready by the time I chose. Needless to say I wont be using this pharmacy any longer.
Just wanted to leave a quick review and say how happy I am with the customer service that Heather the beauty advisor gave me. She was very attentive, sweet, and on top of that, knowledgeable. I asked her a few questions about skin care lines and she went out of her way to grab me a few samples because I’ve been miserable with my skin. I can’t wait to go in and get my make up done with her! (Yes they have this at Walgreens!)
My regular Pharmacy! Staff are nice. Place are clean. Price is good. Recommended.
I have never had any major issues with the pharmacy staff. One person was a bit rude to me on a Saturday, but then again they closed in 5 minutes from my call. Majority of the time the staff is helpful.
Jeremy and the other pharmaceutic are amazing. He actually saved my life twice. I had prescriptions that had lethal drug interactions and he caught it. He contacted my physician to alert them. I would have a serious cardiac disturbance had he not have been so knowledgeable.The professionals there not only are to keep you safe but they make you feel like an individual. They remember your name and genuinely want to know how you are. I highly recommend this Walgreens and Jeremy and the entire staff at this location should be acknowledged.

I am a diabetic who takes insulin o n a regular basis. I do not have insurance, but was paying a price and suddenly they jump a price $25. There is no help with this place
