This Auto Zone is a great place to get the things you need. They ask you can they help you as soon as you walk in the door. If they dont have you dont need it. Or youll have to go to the dealership to get it. This is a clean an organized store.

Called to make sure the loaner tool I found on their website was available. Employee told me it was not a loaner tool. I called a further store and I was told it was a loaner tool and it was available. After picking up this loaner tool from the more distant location, I got home and opened the brand new box and saw that there were no accessories with the brake bleeder pump. The directions of this kit clearly indicate you need the accessories to attach to the vacuum pump. I returned to the further store and showed them that the kit only contained the actual hand unit and no accessories. This store told me to go to the original store I called and do a swap. I told the employee that I had called them earlier and they told me that they did not have them as loaner tools. He was not, very impressed, with the employee that I had spoken to at that other store. Finally I went to the other store and swapped out the loaner tool for the correct one. It made for a long day of driving around, back and forth, but I eventually did get the job done and I do appreciate that they do have these tools to loan out.

Standard oil I needed was not in stock. If this type of oil is selling out please order larger quantities. Service was fast and efficient.

Only giving 3 stars because I do go to other AutoZones and have had way better experiences.I walked in 1 worker helping someone at counter. The other 3 just standing there carrying on a conversation. They looked and ignored me.Only giving 2 stars

One of my wipers broke off the other day on the ice from the storm the night before. The wiper was ok it just broke away the plastic piece that connects it to the wiper arm. Anyway I took it in to the store and asked if they had that size wiper blade, the young man behind the counter said, I think we have the plastic piece that connects it to the arm. He then grabbed a box full of the little parts and was trying to find the right one. After about a minute he located it and snapped it on for me. I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing, we have lots of these. I loved the service and the foresight that they have. Whenever you buy wipers they come with a bunch of parts that you dont need. AutoZone keeps them just in case you walk in and need one. I am a customer for life! Thanks AutoZone.

Relatively new in town. Suspected a weak / dead battery in my Hyundai. Frank, a manager at the Avon location checked the status of the old battery and confirmed it needed replacement. He quickly installed the new battery for me, as I was recently injured in a fall and could not lift heavy objects. Very grateful and highly recommend Auto Zone for their courteous and responsive attitude and professionalism.

Great place to get parts

I went in for a replacement car battery. They had three options in stock. The salesman didnt know much more than he read on the screen... which was warranty period and headline technology used (lead-acid versus AGP). However, he fitted the battery for me, for which I was grateful.

Sold me the wrong part 3 times I had to take the part in there and scroll on their computer until I saw a photo match of my part ( speed sensor ).

The salesman was not very knowledgeable and had no idea what I was talking about. He tried to sell me something to hook up a stereo that was $70 when I was looking for a t harness to hook up AutoStart. I went to advance and they knew exactly what I needed. It was $10.

I had a headlight out and were fortunate to have this convenient location. They greeted me at the door and showed me a great selection of bulb op options. I was going to replace the bulbs myself but the staff was happy to replace them for me. I was back on the road with a BRIGHT new outlook on the day. Thanks!!!

Nice service person. Replaced my wiper blades..unfortunately did not stock my rear one. Rather odd since I drive a common Toyota. Also, tested my battery and gave a quote on that. Just friendly service!

I went in for wiper blades for my car and utilized the shop’s sizing guide book, located the correct make and model and year of my car, selected the blades the book recommended and purchased them. After struggling with them for awhile, I went in to explain that they didn’t fit. Austin M didn’t take the time to listen to me explain myself, but condescendingly walked out to my car looking to prove me wrong that they didn’t fit. He then asked me for “the other clips” as if I didn’t have the correct attachment (though I did, it just didn’t fit my car). He eventually found blades that fit my car, but with an attitude. It’s very frustrating when these auto parts store workers condescend people assuming they know nothing about basic car repairs/replacements instead of just listening to the issue before trying to help resolve it. In the end I got what I needed, but in a very unpleasant way.

Helpful staff even showed me how to save money thank you Im a veteran and love the discount and points taking off my bill they made sure they checked the box and everything was in there 2 minutes in and out

If youre going to do it yourself then you might as well use AutoZone. Good prices and they always answer your questions. You walk in and theres someone there to help you. Its not like some of these big stores where you wander around looking for help.

My usual go-place for parts and supplies. Good selection and they usually offer a few tiers of parts quality depending on your budget. Never had a problem with returns or warranty claims.

One of my least favorite ones to go to. Staff usually cocky or unknowing. They basically just suck. Have decent stock there though. Only had 1 part Ive bought there that was correct. Even got my drive link wrong when Ive given them the part #

I got headlights on my car the other day, and they were able to get them on in a flash (haha get it?) The employees are knowledgeable and were very friendly to me.

Took a battery to slow charge & they had it for 3 hours, when they checked the voltage it was not holding a charge, I explained the battery was not more then a month old. Glen told me maybe their charger turned off and the battery never was charged. WHAT?? He went on to say they get busy and cant go check if their charger shut off. So anyone can be told the battery is not holding a charge and end up buying a new battery when, if this correct, AutoZone charger shut off before a battery is fully charged.

AutoZone Avon,Ohio. Every time I go their the guys are truly great including right now. I just called to get a price on a starter for 2009 Sonata. Dave looked it up in a minute! I feel bad about not remembering the managers name but the guy made a horrible day for me much better. He went well out of his way to help resolve an issue I was having with my truck on a very busy day for him. From now on this will be the only parts store I visit.

This is my second trip there as I was in need of bolts and exhaust clamps; the guys there were knowledgeable and found the parts needed for my particular car.

Always know what Im looking for. But on occatiin, I do ask for help. Sometimes though i do have to wait, that is only normal for a busy place.

Had to go to two different stores to get the parts needed to fix the car.

They are always very helpful and will do small things like change a bulb, check levels and top off fluids. 👍

Great Auto parts store. They put my wipers on and I didn’t even ask. I first went to NAPA because my husband said “that’s a real parts store”. Well I asked for wipers and they said they didn’t have my size. Probably can order them!?! I come home told my husband about NAPA he said impossible. Then I told him AutoZone put the wipers on free. He went back to watching the baseball game.

Not competive when it comes to price but you will be able to find what you need assuming its not for a Shelby Gt Mustang. Its a good thing that i dont have one😂. With employees that are willing to help with any product and give their experience should you choose to ask for insight about your problem. That is weater or not they have the part you need. Reliable and removes those know unknows out of owning a car. Like an automobile marrage counselor they will listen.

Very disappointed, bought battery motorcycle there 9/2015 and its already bad. Took there and was told that was about normal. NEVER have I gotten so little out of battery. They never offered any help on a new one, and they didnt even offer to order one when stock was out. $130 16 MONTHS OUT OF THERE BATTERY IS PATHETIC!!!
