Sales person didn’t tell me there were 2 versions of the same mattress. So what was delivered to me wasn’t what I wanted. What a huge waste of money. Don’t waste your time. My grandma also bought a mattress here and hates it. Return policy is bogus too.

Great service and sales. David greeted us at the door with a sheet for us to lay on for trying out mattresses. We tried them all out and settled on one. Delivery was quick and professional. After several weeks of use I am happy with my purchase. I should have listened to Aunt Sophie the first time.

We recently purchased 2 sets of bedding at The Original Mattress Factory in Avon. We found exactly what we were looking for, a 2-sided mattress with edges that dont collapse when you sit on the edge of the bed. Weve been using them now for about 2 weeks and are extremely pleased. Also the service was every bit as good as the beds. Talk about white glove service. We dealt with two different gentlemen, both of which were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and so nice to work with. The delivery people did just as well, they were in and out of the house in no time at all, everything in place nothing disturbed. I would highly recommend The Original Mattress Factory.

Original Mattress Factory is my go to place when mattress shopping. David (at the Rt. 83 Avon location) was so helpful. He answered all my questions and made the process easy and quick. The mattress arrived timely and the deliver guys were pros. We were set up in minutes. Love OMF quality, price, and exceptional customer service.

We were in the market for a new mattress and after having used a memory foam for almost 10 years, decided we wanted to go back to a traditional mattress because memory foam just isnt quite the same. OMF came highly recommended by 2 family members. We had checked out a few box stores and the prices are very comparable. We went to the Avon store and David was very nice and professional;he gave us a general overview of the store layout and let us try the various models. He was right there if we had any questions but left us to do our own testing which I appreciated. In the end, we picked our mattress on a Friday and had it delivered by Monday. They called Sunday with a 4 hour window, called when they were 10 minutes away and arrived within the scheduled time frame. They were quick and professional, and hauled away our old foam with no problem. I would definitely recommend to anyone, and I love that we supported a local business (theyre made right here in CLE!) If youre in the market for a new mattress, I wholeheartedly recommend that you go see Jim at the Original Mattress Factory in Avon, OH (corner of 83 & Detroit). He is so knowledgeable and professional... not pushy, just there to help. Plus for the money, there isnt anything better out there. At Levins, for example, you will pay more and the mattress (like every place but the Original Mattress Factory) wont even be able to be flipped!

My salesman at the Avon store, Marty, made mattress shopping a seamless experience. He was very knowledgeable and zeroed in on just what I was looking for. No hype or pressure whatsoever. He answered all of my questions, then gave me time to make my decision. This is my fourth time buying from The Original Mattress Factory so I guess you can call me a lifetime customer. My last mattress gave me over 20 years of comfort, which is well over what the expected lifetime of a mattress is supposed to be. If you are looking for quality, this is the place to shop.

We were able to find a replacement for our old mattress quickly with the advice of your salesperson. We are a repeat customer after many years because the Mattress Factory has been the best for us. Both my husband and I have had back surgery and find yours to be the most comfortable.

Love your mattresses. I probably wouldnt buy them anywhere else. Your showroom in Avon is very much better than the one in Elyria. The older man selling mattresses out of both stores is not so great. He thinks hes Gods gift and not so helpful. Kind of crabby, truthfully. Thats why I knocked you down a star. If it were not for the exceptional quality of your mattresses I would have gone elsewhere but I had to do what is best for myself.

Just got rid of my Original Mattress Factory mattress from 1994. It lasted 25 years and gave me a great nights sleep without fail. Thats almost 2 x the 15 year warranty it had.I have just replaced it with a similar model and it is great to sleep on and I feel confident that it will give me a great night sleep for the next 25 years.OMF builds a very high quality product at a much lower price point than any other mattress maker Ive seen. The proof is in the warranty (now 12 years) while others are suggesting you need to throw out any mattress over 8 years old. Hogwash!Wish every merchant was as good as OMF!
