Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy scheduling. Fair pricing. The selection of frames was amazing, and helping us pick out a good choice for myself and 10 year old son was so helpful! I would highly recommend both Dr Bader or Dr Novak.

I had my first eye exam with Dr Novak. His office was very nice and clean and his staff was very friendly. Dr Novak did a great job explaining everything and taking his time so I did not feel rushed. They have state-of-the-art equipment so you get the best technology when it comes to your eyes. I highly recommend Dr Novak and his team for any family that needs eye exams or care. In addition he also supports our Avon sports teams. Its nice to do business with other community members.

This has been a wonderful experience from the first call in making an appointment through the care from Dr. Bader to calling today during the pandemic needing my contact order filled. Dr. Novak answered the phone and when through my needs and insurance details, to taking payment and emailing my receipt for my flex card! Not his normal duties! THANK YOU!!!

Dr. Bader is just fantastic! Not only did I need a new prescription but I also had a head injury that affected my vision. She was able to sit down and explain to me everything she saw after my imaging was done. She was very considerate about my condition and even took the time to further examine my eyes because of my head injury to ensure nothing was wrong. Overall, my experience was great; her staff was friendly and informative and I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

I started seeing Dr. Novak approximately 2 years ago, and what a difference compared to my other optometrist! Complete and thorough exam in a fraction of the time, and less invasive. Very progressive equipment but very affordable. Dr. Novak takes the time to explain everything well, and listens closely to your needs. Front desk staff is wonderful. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I will never go anywhere else! Dr. Bader and Dr. Novak are very professional, courteous and personable. I cant thank them and the staff enough for getting me in right away and taking care of my very frustrating issue, (numerous times) and resolving it. I will always be grateful, thank you so much!

We found them through blind luck (no pun intended) and have been with them from their beginning. The ENTIRE staff is great to work with. We have mostly moved to Chicago now but we still schedule our exams around trips to Avon so we do not need to leave them. I cant imagine there being any place that could be better.

What a lucky stroke of fate I found Dr. Novak. He is personable and very professional. His office has the latest equipment. Dr. Bader is great, too.
