Great experience. Robert assisted me by locating parts on the shelves backstop. He stopped what he was doing and got a lift and pulled the boxes down. Because Robert I was able to purchase what I needed.

Our experience was not great here. We went to purchase patio furniture and they supposedly had 6 in stock. We waited approximately one hour the first evening and then was told “ we have it, but it is in the back of a trailer... won’t be able to get it til tomorrow”. We came back the next day and when they brought it out it was a mismatched set right chairs and a random table. (Luckily caught it before getting home). We waited for about an hour...Then we’re told they had 5 people looking for the right table, but then was told that they would call us when it was found. 3 days later... no call no furniture. Off to try a different location.

Great store have been shopping here a few years for most of my business needs, but I feel like they lost grip on the cashier side of things.

I went in for 6 different items, I needed help finding 4 of them, and believe it on not, I had 3 different people actually help me find them!A new Home Depot record! I actually left with everything that I came in for! That has never happened before! Ever! I usually go to depot first, then to the lowes just down the street to get the rest. For the first time in years,I didnt have to! Shelves were actually well stocked! I-10 and Dysart rd. Store. Even the double duplex switch plates that they have been out of for 2 months were back in stock! I guess a Chinese ship got unloaded or something....

Absolutely rude customer service by what was apparently the night manager. Dale is the guys name. I’m returning a rental drill. Dale is the only person at the pro desk Check out. I stand next to him while he’s finishing up what he was doing never looks at me. I’m there like 10 min right next to him. He turns away never looking a me walk down around the back of the registers and walks away. I looked right at him the entire time. No way he didn’t see me he purposely avoided eye contact. I had to ask a nice lady at the self checkout if anyone else was working the pro desk. She said nope they closed at 6. It was 5:50 after I stood there looking at Dale. She directed me to customer service and I was taken care of. Dale this is directly to you. You are in customer service. You should be leading by example. Pathetic. Maybe you should look around at the people whom you watch over and take notes And refresh your memory on what those fine folks are doing.

I have a love/hate relationship with Home Depot and shop here several times a week. Either the employees are awesome or absolutely unhelpful. Today was the 3rd time that the Mens Restrooms had no soap!!!!!! (How can anyone in the place wash their hands after using the restroom if there is no soap?????? Not to mention the Corona Virus...) The previous 2 visits I let someone know and they acted concerned. This time I didnt bother.The trim area was also an absolute disaster today. Step it up Home Depot.

All I wanted to do was buy an impact I could see inside the cage, but couldnt get someone to get it out for me. I waited 35 minutes, over the course of that time the girl at the self-checkout called someone to help me 5 times, and finally called a manager to come help me. By the time I left the store with my impact, none of the employees OR manager ever showed up, LUCKILY another employee was filling an online order and opened the cage I needed in, and took my impact to the register for me. The lesson learned here, order online because those are the only employees actually helping people in the store.

Home Depot almost always has what I am looking for, if you cant find it in the store you can order online. Store is clean, employees are usually helpful.

Needed to buy a new over the range microwave and we were able to find one but had to choose a different one unless we wanted to wait for it to be shipped.

Well this was actually the first time I went in here with my husband, and I actually enjoyed it. There wasnt anyone really trying to help us find what we needed but we eventually found it. The cashier and the woman who greeted us were friendly. I guess it is what it is being inside a Man Store as I call it. It was cool.

The people there are so helpful, and polite. I have a Lowes card, but I go to Home Depot because of their customer service.

The store was in absolute shambles. The aisles were full of stray products. The lumber area was the worst! Large carts full of boards and plywood everywhere. Couldnt even walk the aisles. Half swept up piles of sawdust and broken wood everywhere.Management needs to step up there game here.

Stood and waited by service desk in door area for 15 minutes. Employees walked by and didnt say anything. Had to call the store to get some help. Employee shows up and doesnt give me any info. Just says this door will be 1500 and it will be here 6 to 8 weeks after I pay for it. Most unprofessional, poor customer service Ive seen. Makes me feel ashamed to say Ive worked at Home Depot.

Everytime we come to this location, the parking lot is tight and carts everywhere. Its difficult for trucks with trailers to manuever around. Today, I had the joy in driving over human feces.

Went there looking for Microfiber towels for my business. The first person didn’t seem to care to help me the second one passed me around to anther person who acted like I was being a very big inconvenience to him. Said they had 12 in stock so that’s why I mainly went to this place the last lady finally told me that they probably have them but they’re on the truck and I can go ahead and pay for them and pick them up tomorrow no problem at all but once I got home they canceled my order on me. I also felt bad for this older gentleman who was standing in the light section he was talking to two employees and asking for help about light fixtures and all they said to him was well I wish we could help you but we can’t after about 10 minutes I still saw him standing there looking around the store. They doesn’t seem to want to help anybody or do their job. I will be taking my business someplace else!

Our experience was not great here and will never shop at a home depot ever. Ordered expensive appliances was told it was in stock and after applying for credit card. Big mistake. Then was told we had to wait almost 2 months for our microwvae6to be delivered and on top of that the credit card company tried to rip me off. You think I cannot do math? I am still waiting on my credit from the company. In addition no one picks up the phone when trying to get order status. Very incompetent workers and the company is terrible. I will shop at Lowes from now on.

Found everything I wanted and Derrick S was very helpful getting my boards and cutting them, then I came back to his area and again he helped me get cement. Thank you Derrick S and the gentleman from paint who was also very helpful.

Yes ! Love Home Depot ! Im learning soooo much now that I have to do things by myself. Most all employees are very helpful and Im grateful for that. Some need to jus not work with people. I notice Men still get better time and info, whereas sometimes I need a lil extra. Like I said, Most are the Best. I was raised You can spend your money anywhere, spend it where you are treated well. I almost went to the competiter a couple of times, but I held the tears in and kept shopping.Thank You Home Depot and Home Depot.com. I am Grateful for your employees that have helped me.

Selection has decreased and 3 out of 5 boxes i went int o pick a electrical part, had a different part entirely. Obviously poor work ethic. Someone assigned to restock the shelves or face them simply shoved everything wherever they could hide it.

Clean store. The staff was friendly. I had a bad experience at the 75th ave location today so I went to this one and the difference was incredible. It was amazing of how a member of the team can help you and not confuse you. The self check out was easy to use. There was ample space to park.

I went in and asked where the restroom was. Immediately the nice lady said aisle 9 at the back. Then I asked where i could find a hand truck and she again replied immediately telling me which aisle to find it. The restroom was clean and well-maintained, and at the checkout counter there was even an employee sanitizing the self-checkout in between customers. Great experience.

I spend thousands of dollars a year at home depot on 5 19 21 I went there to buy a stove. My wife and I knew what we wanted to buy but there was no one in that department so we looked around and waited for a half hour. We had to call the store and ask for help. 15min later still no help and now there is at least a dozen people needing help. We call the store again while standing next to a there work station. Finally 8 minutes later one lady showed up now we have to fight to prove we were here for 40 minutes before the other customers. We bought the stove!

Great customer service. However, not a big selection of generators which is the reason I visited.

As soon as I got to the store I was friendly greeted with a smile. I was buying a part for my dad, and didn’t really know what I was doing. Within minutes I was asked if I needed help by an elderly gentleman working there. He waited with me until another employee could help me with what I was looking for. I was super impressed by the amazing service and so thankful :)

Whats there to say I love home Depot.

I dont mind Home Depot, they seem to have most anything you might need with the exception of some specialty items. Although they even might have some specialty items if you know where to look. But that is the secret of these huge stores, and that is where things might be hiding. That is always the challenge because what you might be looking for may not always be in a logical place in the store. So basically the more time you spend in the store the more success you will have in finding what you might need. The reason for the 4 stars instead of the 5 is because checking out can be somewhat of a challenge. Also the entrance and the checkout are at different ends of the store. It is a big deal to me because I am handicapped and the handicapped parking near the entrance is great but walking all the way back to my truck from the checkout is a challenge.

Well if I were rich this place would be my most visited store every week.. but as far as having what you need then this place has all of it is youre doing anything from planting a new garden to interior decorating to remodeling your townhouse then this store has got it and if youre confused or know very lil about what youre doing then the staff usually have a somewhat basic to intermediate understanding of pretty much all the items they carry. But if youre like me dont bring any more money then what you absolutely need cuz you will spend it all is you like these sort of things.

After wandering through the store for a while I found several staff members huddled together (very unusual - I must have interrupted a meeting). One looked up the location and another led me directly to the product. Great customer service!

I went into home Depot to pick up some masonry paint and the gentleman at the desk in the paint department was extremely pleasant and very very helpful for me because I had no idea what I was looking for and he explained to me about the two different kinds that they had and what did what thank goodness for good help they had everything on my list that I needed for that day

Love Home depot, but absolutely HATE going in. Not one employee will ask of I need any help when my body language clearly looks confused. They avoid anticipating the need of a customer and rather just ignore them. But when I went to this same location with my dad 3 employees approached him and asked if he needed help. Now I just order online and have them bring it to my car instead of wasting any more time going in.

Nice people.. except theres this one guy when you walk in the store all the time. Yells on top of his lungs... Water softeners save money water softener safe now big water softeners..Getting tired of hearing it when I walk into the store.

The checkout line starts 50 feet away so nobody realizes what its for, so they need 3 cashiers running around telling people not to use self checkout, go to the line, meanwhile there were 3 unoccupied self checkout stations. The wait isnt long but it would probably be non-existent if they didnt do this. Besides that the store is fine

This is one of my husbands favorite tool stores. We often stopped by at the location near by our house. So, when we saw Home Depot around the area where we had visited we took a chance to do window shipping.The store looked pretty clean. The associates were busy all the times and you didnt have a chance to ask where the location of products that we needed.The parking lot was spacious. Be aware when visit during rush hours. The location will packed with cars.

Staff does their best to ignore eye contact so you dont ask any questions, but the store is clean. Shop using the app and youll be directed to where you need to go. Just dont expect too much help from staff.

Always enjoy shopping here and everyone is always very friendly.

Aaron the operation store manager (acting store manager) should get no stars, not helpful not informative very unsympathetic and lacking communication skills. The home Depot on the 101 and Camelback was way more informative and patient and willing to go the extra mile above and beyond.

Me and my husband wanted a larger fridge so we went browsing the aisle. The man who helped us out was patient and helpful. Took his time to explain everything about the financing etc and left that day with our order placed..delivery was on time. We never leave home depot without what we need and the cashiers and employees are very helpful. One other time an employee went out of his way to find us another can of spray paint we needed rather than say theyre out and thats rare these days

I was lining up to pay and it was already the next one and there were no more people behind me and he closes the register and did not attend me, very bad customer service.

As far as big box stores go, this is one of the better ones.

Build another in SurpriseCactus and 303 area..The one on bell n grand is too small..inadequate and parking horrible!

I went there to get some sealant for the roof of my rv. When I asked one attendant were to get this she pulled her phone out and then guessed it two aisles completely opposite through the store. as I walk towards one aisle I asked another attendant who knew exactly where the items were that I needed.

Got the things that I needed, with a little great advice to go with it. I had been shopping the blue store for a long while since they are a hair closer, but Ive found recently that I am getting better help, wisdom and quality at Home Depot. I feel like Im at a hardware store not somewhere dedicated to seasonal and pretty upgrades with a side of tools, lumber and hardware.

Best place to find the tools necessary to mend your home. They have a good selection of everything and very helpful employees, especially in the paint section.

They sell Milwaukee Tools! Whats not to love?!! Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Rating would probably be higher if I could have had a little help finding what I was looking for. I asked three different people. The standard answer was that it was not their department, but hey were happy to point in the direction they thought it was in and let me wander around .

I’m Active duty Airforce & I had to come in and pick up some lumbar (in uniform) for work. I asked for help to get some lumbar down and cut . Stood waiting for 45 minutes and asked the associates kindly three more times. Finally when someone showed up approximately 1hr later the lady was rude and asked us repeatedly if we were serious? She didn’t want to cut that much wood. I thought to myself she couldn’t be serious ( isn’t this your job). To make a long story short she didn’t do it. We left annoyed and aggravated.

I purchased a milwaukee drill set a month ago and they would not except a exchange. So frustrating I use my drills every day. They expect me to send my drill back to milwaukee. Thats gonna take about 2 weeks. Home depot has lost me as a customer. Looks like Lowes is better than yall

I live in surprise, near 303 . I go usually to HD on w bell road. These days the traffic horrible and i live to avoid time consuming things and drive on freeway 303 and 10-E, good place to shop all great things at affordable place..

HORRIBLE Customer Service!!!I called asking for somebody in appliances, got the run around, was on Hold, & got transferred like about Five times, back to the operator, but never to appliances...Finally they got ahold of a girl named Maria in appliances...She picked up and asked me can I hold? I asked for how long cuz I had already been holding for so long, & she said FIVE minutes...Well, WHILE I WAS ON HOLD, she, or whoever was handling the phones, disconnected the call, or hung up on me...After ALL that, I Refuse to call back, and they will Not be getting my business!!!
