Awesome little place. Smells delicious in here. Great little place to enjoy a sip and maybe do some work or reading 📚. Super cute atmosphere. My only slightly negative is that I felt I waited way to long for a drink ordered ahead of time... I get that they wanted it to be fresh and still warm so they started making it when I got there... the wait was way too long. 🙃 Drive thru was moving but the 4-5 of us inside waited waaay to long.

I stopped by yesterday after dropping my daughter off at school. I have had them once before but often tend to visit other coffee places instead because of proximity to my house. However, I will no longer be visiting anyone but Black Rock Coffee. Every other cold brew I have had has been bitter, mixed with milk or cream, inconsistent and overall just not good. Black Rock has the most delicious smooth not bitter cold brew with no milk. It was absolutely perfect. I ordered one for my husband and it was identical. Plus, the girl who helped me was the sweetest. And they have a points program.

Great coffee!! Love it. Usually person at window is very friendly and courteous but this time I didnt get that experience. Everyone has not so good days but there was not even a fake it to make it smile/ attitude. Otherwise, absolutely love Black Rock

They make some really YUMMY drinks with delicious bagels. You owe yourself a breakfast treat with Black Rock Coffee Bar!

Always good. My kid loves the little rocker oreo shake and my hibiscus half lemonade is everything i need in my day! The staff is always happy and excited to serve. I love it.. its my happy place!Just wish they had some food food like sandwiches..BUT noth enough to give them less than 5 stars!

I absolutely love this coffee shop. It is so relaxing. You cant help but to gravitate toward the comfortable chairs and lose time enjoying a quality cup of coffee. The Mexican Mocha is my personal favorite. The staff has excellent customer service as well. Highly recommend.

Literally the worst customer service experience ever. Left waiting 20 mins as only person inside store as baristas sat and talked gossip and just ignored me. Horrible and I’ll never go there. Starbucks at least has friendly competent staff.

As you pull up through the drive thru or to the counter there is no lack of manners from the staff. Whoever is taking care of you, takes care of you with a nice big smile. As for the coffee, I havent had the opportunity to try anything other than the mint chip chiller as mint is one of my favorite flavors, but after trying it I was very pleased that the flavor of the coffee beans did not appear to taste over roasted and was very smooth. Now when getting a drink with flavoring I am often worried that it would be too sweet as my sweet tooth is not where it was in younger years. To my satisfaction I was able to enjoy the drink without feeling as though I was swallowing tons of sugar with every gulp. The sweetness was subtle without an overbearing taste of sugar. I will be returning as I have often done and hopefully will try something new if I can bring myself not to get the mint chip.

Love the iced jackhammer it’s my favorite coffee. Love the brew of their coffee. The brew on the coffee is stronger, the coffees are not super sweet which I like. 10x better than Starbucks, Dutch bros, Dunkin’, bikini bean.

There is a good drink selection and the staff is friendly. There are mostly long communal-type tables inside with a few couches. It’s small but nice

The coffee is great, my only issue is, every promotional photo shows a chiller with whip cream, so why wouldn’t that be your standard serving procedure ? If I didn’t want it, I would request that…as it is, I arrive with an expectation and if I don’t ask, I don’t get.

Pretty good coffee, but not great. Definitely woke me up! Cookies arent homemade and come in a package, but it was still really tasty.

A coffee staple of mine. Medium iced-jackhammer. Its not on the menu anymore but they will still make it for you. Once you go, you wont want anyone elses coffee, not even Starbucks!

First time here, I selected Mexican Mocha Cafe coffee, it was delicious. My wife had praline coffee, delicious. Employees very nice, coffee exceeded our expectations. I am a Starbucks die hard customer, however, this place is giving starbucks a run for the money. You will be pleasantly surprised at the taste and quality.

The coffee is extremely well priced it is amazing coffee great competitor with starbucks. The atmosphere even though not going into the building and only drive through they usually have great music playing every employee has amazing customer service skills. The kids drink come in a plastic cup with a lid, aka reusable! It has very turned into a household favorite go get Black Rock coffee on a Sunday morning.

Drinks are really good and well priced! But please, dont ask me if I want to leave a tip. So rude no matter how nice you ask! Ive only been asked twice out of the 10 times Ive been there but still, makes me not want to go back. Especially, if asked BEFORE I get my drink.

Loving this place. Hubbys favorite is the Mexican Mocha. Im a cold brew gal and often switch up to the Fuel energy drinks. One of my sons says the muffins are some of the best hes had, so hats off to their bakery source.

Im so happy they opened a Black Rock in my area. They have a mix of flavored coffees. The workers are always friendly. The line is usually short compared to some similar places, and if there is a line, it moves quickly.

Lovey people need to change the drink next time but the personalities will bring me back to try something else 😇

Love this place! Theyre always so friendly, quick, and the drinks are delicious.

Been here multiple times, the drinks have been hit or miss on whether or not its going to be burnt coffee. What finally broke my back was receiving my drinks, not even pulling out of the window yet, and having the girl at the window yell out an insult about me to the rest of the store. Dont expect to have any customer service, or any drink worth the prices they want you to pay, and you can bet that youll be insulted by their staff.

This place has really good and well-priced drinks! We got the caramel blondie and it was so creamy and delicious. We also had the Mai Tai infused energy drink and it was both pretty and refreshing. The cold brew was so smooth, too! I would definitely recommend this place. P.S. I did not drink all of these drinks by myself lol.
