I liked their Bentley stone and willing to pay top dollar but the personal that called me back to book an appointment had no desire to book an appointment, instead talks like he’s doing me a favor for calling me. He said he’s market manager but market manager would provide better service. I was legit sold on the stone but I won’t spend money for the company that does not care about customers. Would be getting a quartzite now instead and would look better.

I ordered Cambria Brittanicca Gold as it appears in their marketing materials in the first two pictures. What I received is a different colorway on a darker background. There is no gold in my Brittanicca Gold. Cambria declines to replace it with the advertised color representation. I do not recommend Cambria. Cambria charges a premium price and is unable to duplicate colors. Other quartz companies guarantee consistent color matches.In response to the owner, it is NOT the lighting. There are 4 bright LED lights in the room, including one directly over the shower. THIS IS A DIFFERENT COLOR from what is represented by Cambria in its marketing materials and showroom. Cambrias products are inferior because they cannot color match in a manufactured process. Cambrias customer service is very poor. When you have a visible problem with the product they tell you that what you are seeing is not really what you are seeing.Cambria refuses to make good with a customer when Cambria is at fault.

Made an appointment and viewed this beautiful showroom a few months back. The people that helped me were fantastic and the product is beyond our expectations! We highly recommend Cambria!

Visited store front to find it is by appointment only with a phone number to call...but got a middle woman who took your number to pass along to a Sales department with no idea when scheduling was possible. Heard back in a few hours, but scheduling over a week out...one customer per hour ending at 3 PM? Had fallen in love with Cambria during the first home remodeling, but ready to find a provider that allows convenient viewing of product lines for customers with jobs and without jumping through numerous hoops to access a large showroom covered in hard surfaces.

Beautiful showroom! Very helpful staff! We did our entire custom home in Cambria. Great experience start to finish!!

Never answer the phone!!

I visited the showroom this morning. Not only do they have beautiful product, the staff is very helpful and the showroom is spotless. Highly recommend a visit if you are in the market for new countertops!

The fact that all poor reviews have been hidden, tells me right off the bat to avoid this place.
