These are probably the best people in the business to deal with. I bought a wee little E170 lawn tractor but you’d think I bought a 500k piece of farm equipment from the way they treated my wife and I! We had an issue with our newly delivered tractor within a few hours. They dispatched a field service tech the next morning. There was some kind of defect in the engine, so they replaced the entire tractor within 2 days, without hesitation. Received several phone calls from the service manager, sales representative, and I believe the general manager, all of whom apologized profusely! I didn’t think anyone took customer satisfaction seriously anymore, but these folks do! So far, I have 8.2 hours on my E170 and I’m LOVING IT!Stotz Equipment now has a customer for LIFE!!You guys are AWESOME!! Keep up the good work, guys!

These have to be some of the nicest people around. I was getting ready to start my STHIL blower and the cord broke. I called around and no one had technicians available. So I called Stotz and they said come on in. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Willie and he called me by my name and said welcome in. I was surprised that he knew who I was, after all I just spoke to him on the phone 20 minuets prior. He was taking care of a young lady and he cracked a couple of jokes and some other gentleman pointed me to the Service department. I was then greeted by Ray and he asked how could he help. I told him what happened to my blower and he asked how soon did I need it. I told him that I have a yard and sidewalk full of leaves and that I really wanted to get my blower repaired ASAP. He said, “No problem.” He then takes the blower over to a technician named Justin. This guy was really nice as well. He fixed my blower within 10 minuets. I waited a short time for my invoice and I was out there. I highly recommend this place for any of your lawn equipment for tractor needs.

Just bought a used GT262 off CL and didnt know what fluid type to use for a manual transmission (not hydrostatic). There wasnt useful information on any existing online forums. Went to Stotz and spoke with the guys who helped me pick the right fluid specifically for that transmission. Not only that, they have any and all parts available for my old GT (and for any/all old JDs Ive owned). You cant find that type of service anywhere in the tractor world and thats what makes them unique. Friendly service, clean store, quality parts. Definitely going to be a returning customer here.

I strongly recommend you order John Deere parts through Lowes or Home Depot, they have better prices and delivery times. I order attachments for my mower from Stotz, paid about $100 more, because I was told that attatachments would arrive in 5 business days, vs Lowes and Home Depots 2 weeks. After placing the order and paying, i called back ths week after to see if the attachments had arrived. I was then told it would take two weeks, same as their cheaper competitors. Its been over two and a half weeks since as Im writing this review. New they are saying their shipping company quite. A different employee said they lost the package. Still no attachment. I need the attachments to over seed, a brief window if time in October. Strongly recommend you dont use this company!
