First time on this store if you like organic food this is the place to find it and prices are reasonable.

I have always loved sprouts but this particular location is actually not very good. They are never restocking in a timely manner, a lot of fresh produce is expired/moldy. Grapes smell so much of Sulphur Dioxide, Ive had to stop buying those. Self check out is fast if someone is actually on duty at the computer, otherwise you will have to wait for a cashier to get free to come help you. Some staff is really polite but most of them look like they actively avoid you when you are trying to ask for help.

I always love coming to sprouts. Especially this location. They have a self check out which makes things super easy if you only have a few items. I love that they have so many vegan items!

Love the self checkout option!!! Store is clean, occasionally lacks stock of some items, but this location is pretty busy so sale items sell fast. Go early in the AM if you want the best selection!

The layout was not as well as some of the other Sprout. Selection was limited on some of the products/brands, other Sprouts are better.. People were rude and store isles are tight. The young girl that checked us out was very nice though.

Nice store, not usually busy except on Sundays. The staff is friendly and the store is clean and well stocked.

We t in looking for a particular vitamin, asked a lady worker in that dept if the had it, she took me right to what I needed and I was out of there. Nice when youre in a hurry an can be helped quickly.

Sprouts has an excellent variety of vegetarian and vegan, keto, (other dietary specialized) meals. I dont mind the short drive to get good quality food.Try the beyond burgers theyre unbeatable

I love this place abnormally too much simply because its the closest place to Buckeye where I can buy a nice selection of organic fruits and vegetable! Theres like, NO organics in Buckeye.

Nice place, good service. They didnt have exactly what I wanted, but they have a large variety of food products, including pre made meals.

Staff was incredible rude to my mother. The lady at register talked down to my mom, she didnt even move my moms bag so she could grab it after everything was paid for. My mother had to reach over vary far just to get her bags. (my mother had neck surgery last year and doesnt have a great range of motion) My mother said this is the most unfriendly staff shes ever encountered. Apparently sprouts cant treat people like people and will talk down to you even when your a paying customer.

Love Sprouts! Since changing my lifestyle to a WFPBNO, (Whole Foods Plant Based No Oil) I find that Sprouts carries a lot of what I need in terms of fresh organic veggies. I love their Ezequiel tortillas and the low salt canned goods. I also like their vegan products. Always friendly cashiers and helpful employees and a clean store. I love it!! We could use another Sprouts in the west valley as this one has gained more popularity!!

Never been in here before but I’m freshly vegan and wanted to try it out. I came in looking for hemp seeds, found them no problem. At the self checkout I was having issues with my credit card because the machine mistook it for a debit card so it kept asking for my PIN number . Pressed the green button for credit nothing! So I asked for assistance and I of course I had to give him a piece of my mind because his attitude was ridiculous... tried to talk to me in a condescending tone like I didn’t know what I was talking about! Customer service is your job. These Arizona folks need more training.

Cashier #214 blonde girl was rude, did not greet me and rolled her eyes when I asked to split payment, using cash and card. Why? Because you have to push a few more buttons? Ive never been to a Sprout with such bad customer service and of course she did not say a word as we finished the transaction. Once I arrived home with my purchased items, I opened the cap to my Apricot oil and the seal was half way open. Now I have to go back to another Sprouts and return for a new, unopen bottle.

The store is fine, however i do not appreciate being harassed by a worker and told to wear a mask or leave (i opted to leave) Their sign says “you must wear a mask per state or local ordinances”, ordinances which are no longer in place.Sprouts: please Hire people with actual thoughts of their own, and avoid the sheep mentality..... or at least make sure your staff is updated on current ordinances.

Make sure you put it in a cart, I carried it around. And it did jack my hands up.

Wow...what a wonderful store.. I usually shop at Frys. Frys is a really good store. However I went into this Sprouts..and oh my.. Clean. Full of everything. What I liked the best was seeing all the prepared meals. Im going to make this my first stop to pick up my meals.The staff was also amazing! Kudos to this store!

Very disappointed with staff. I purchased Strauss milk and the milk was jello like substance and I tried to swap out with same brand of chocolate milk and they tried to charge me $5 difference! Was disappointed they did not waived the difference for the inconvenience

Great store. Small but clean and well stocked. The true test was a purchase of sashimi grade ahi tuna for some Hawaiian Poke I wanted to make. Fresh. Came out great.

Was told you the employee working at 8:00 pm, February 10th 2021 at the self checkout that I am an inconvenience to her because I was holding up the line because she had to approve my ID for alcohol. Never again will I be shopping at this location with such rude employees. How could you even say that to a person? Clearly sprouts, you need to train your employees a little lesson in customer service & manners. I am completely disgusted.

Be careful of pre-made salads. I purchased herb and tuna in the deli dept. I pulled out a piece of glass that cut my lip after eating almost half my sandwich! When I called to inform what I found, the manager said thats weird our tuna is in cans and I explained that its the one that your deli department makes. He then thanked me for letting him know and would look into it. Thats it! I love Sprouts dont get me wrong but I will never purchase anything pre-made again!

Great selection of items across all departments. (5 stars) Some great checkout associates (4 stars) Some very rude associates restocking who fail to realise that customers spend their income so staff can earn theirs. Failure to wear masks properly when serving fresh or uncooked food items (0 Stars) The mask goes over both mouth and nose. Management need to ensure sufficient ability for staff to find a private place to remove their mask fully for a a moment or so between their breaks so they can maintain full mask status when dealing with food.

Super fresh produce reasonably priced. Other goods are overpriced Im waiting for the Homeplate pizza to go BOGO. Its the best frozen pizza Ive had but not for $10.

I will say that I was avoiding Sprouts for awhile due to the global pandemic and my last visit there the public was NOT following social distancing.I needed to get some supplements that I always buy there and needed to get some others as well. So I risked it. I went in prepared to avoid people as much as possible.I will say staff is very conscientious about restocking areas and the floors are well marked. Plexiglass is up at registers. This time the public was much more aware and polite about waiting their turn. I got what I needed and didnt feel like I never wanted to return. They ha e one way in and one way out. They were sanitizing the carts. Overall it felt better.

I went to buy some cashews and remembered that I read a while back that they carried pate. I looked for it but could not find it so I asked a gentleman from the deli. He said he had to ask, the first person did not know and the second said they were moving things around and I might find it where they had premade sandwiches. He helped me look and to no avail we couldnt find it. I said thank you and he walked away. I gave it one more try and looked again where they had the gourmet cheese, and wouldnt you know it there it was. I was so happy I had not had pate in years. I was in there longer because of this issue but it turned out ok and the pate is delicious by the way so thank you!

Their vegetables are outstanding. Never seen such fresh, nice looking produce. Thats the place to go for that. But for other things I dont think there is much to pick from.

Nice store, staff is friendly. Surprisingly affordable all the produce, bread, meat cost about the same as other stores. The weirdo stuff my wife likes gets to be exspensive. but, what are you gonna do ? Collagen coffee creamer is probably not the easiest thing to make.

One of the best stores in the area. They carry a good selection of natural and organic products. Produce is generally plentiful and in good shape. I have rarely seen it to have long check out lines.

Use to be able to find a good variety of gluten free foods at Sprouts, but recently it selection has become poor, forcing me to shop elsewhere.

Luv this farmers Market

Pretty good store and services with wonderful sandwiches you get to order then shop and they call you when ready. Wide variety salad bar, olive bar, roasted chicken, soups, yummy foods theyve chilled for on the go. I do wish they had lower prices on the clearance items like Ive seen in upscale Scottsdale.

As someone whos worked heavily in customer service, I didnt appreciate Mel, Alexis and a 3rd associate having a full blown personal conversation as Mel was ringing me up. Mel didnt greet me and kept on to her conversation. I had to approach and ask if the register was even open because I thought they were on a break or something. Eventually I cut in and said Im fine, thanks but how are you? She stared at me shocked, answered, and then went back to her conversation.

Out of 3 employees that I asked for assistance from, they were all without knowledge. Question i asked, can I mix and match the berries that are 3 for 5? and the bellpeppers are 2 for $5, but if i get one will it be 2.50? Maybe I asked a silly question but out of 3 employees not one knew the answer. That was it i bought my berries 3 for 5 mix and match i figured it out myself and I left. I will never shop here again, I feel if you work there you should have some knowledge about basic questions.

I went for nuts. They have the bulk product weighed out in 1 pound bags. Love this and its safe.

Great deals on produce! Meat and dry goods are a bit more expensive than other places, but definitely come here for fruits and veggies! We paid $65 for what would have cost us almost twice as much at Walmart.

They had what I wanted and the prices were reasonable.

Generally I do not leave reviews but I must say I was quite ignored yesterday. Three employees were having a full conversation as I went up to the line and they didn’t even acknowledge me. When I finally saw that the light was off, I left. When I tried to leave the store two employees watched me walk to the wrong end until I realized that I was at the wrong door. Truth be told, many employees there are immature and that Sprout SUCKS!

This store is wonderful in itself but I especially wanted to leave a review to give employee recognition to David. I wish I knew his last name so it is know exactly who I am talking about. Hes tall with blue or green eyes. I was there yesterday sometime after noon looking for raw bees wax and when I asked him for assistance in finding it he helped me BEYOND just showing me where it is. He gave me tips on making my own moisturizer AND when he noticed my mother was holding a bar of charcoal soap he pointed out that they were BOGO as we didnt notice that. I LOVE QUALITY customer service but when you top it of with just being a kind and friendly person its the icing on top. This is what makes customers happy and keeps them coming back. Shout out to David. I hope you get a raise or promotion sometime in the future. Youre awesome.
