I came here because of the good reviews and inventory pics. Left wondering if I was at the same place. Very limited stock- nothing like in the pictures. Workers were too preoccupied with their conversation to acknowledge or attempt to help customers. There are many many smoke shops out there. I left, drove straight to another shop, received great service, and gave my money to them..

I love this store— actually i love all of their stores. The owner is an extremely nice and understanding woman and the general manager is an absolute all star. Dana knows what’s hot and what’s not and isn’t afraid to tell the truth. Awesome glass, solid vape selection, and most of all good vibes from even better people. Traders always gets an A in my book.

I was reading one of the reviews and I just wanted to set some things straight. I personally have known Dana for years and she is very knowledgable with her product. Whenever I asked a question she could answer it. If a product I wanted wasnt on the shelf she would go get it as soon as she could. She worked her way up to manager, it wasnt just handed to her. She does not do drugs and takes pride in what she does. If Im ever near any of the locations I make sure to stop in.

Isaac was awesome. He even stayed open a few minutes later so that we can get what we needed. We appreciate you. You have gained a loyal customer because of him.

This place isnt the same anymore new owners ran it to the ground. They dont even sell cigarettes, but its a smoke shop? The staff is rude and difficult now. The hours are always wrong they close when they feel like going home. Your just better off going to another smoke shop.

This place is awesome. Great customer service. Price are on point with the great quality product. Blunts were hella cheap too. Ill be back 100%. Thanx again bro!

The service was alright but they sold me a battery to a pen and it charged for an hour before I could use it and then the chamber for the wax just will not come off Ive tried everything and asked anyone around me we cannot open the chamber for wax. I did have a cartridge so I used that and It hit for like 10 minutes i put it down came back and it was dead AGAIN!! I didnt even get a receipt if the store gave exchanges.

Whats the point of having a posted closing time if you leave whenever you want? This is the third time in a month I have showed up almost an hour before closing time which as of right now is 9pm and the place has been closed! This shows little regard for your customers and makes this establishment seem very amateur when compared to your competition. You hardly have customers as it is how are you expecting to keep us coming back if youre not there when you say youre going to be?

I absolutely am happy with my purchase. My sales rep Isaac was more than helpful with his knowledge and great customer service very professional i will definitely return to this traders again

The manager DANA looks like she is on meth most of the time, don’t know the product to well an sometimes she can’t even talk that she is so hi, I bought like $120 bucks of different things paid with 2 one hundred dollar bills an I get 130 back in change lol, Go figure . now the big guy that was there before he knew his stuff very friendly, an if they didn’t have what u ask for he made sure he got it when you go back, i believe his name was isais or Isaac not very sure though but if he is working for traders I want to know what store .
