They are amazing! They took care of our vehicle super fast. They are honest! Reliable and dont want to Rip you off. So caring and knowledgeable of what needs to be done. They held my hand the whole way and made dealing with my insurance so much easierThey did everything and took care of it. Make my life easier. You know how it is dealing with the auto insurance, its a nightmare. They did everything for me. Which made my life easier. Which was a HUGE weight off my shoulders. I dont know what I would do without them. I highly reccomend them to everyone who needs their car fixed after a wreck or paint. This is a family owned business. They care about their customers!

Good people and dam good work and was on time

Bad experience here. Patiently waited nearly two weeks for an appointment because they were behind. Ok no problem I can understand that. The repair I needed was pretty small and not really time sensitive. Called on my appointment day (June 4th) to make sure they were caught up and could handle taking my car in. Was told no problem and to bring it on in. When I dropped it off, I asked about a timeline of when they thought they could get to it and when it might be done. Was told they would get to it right away and it would most likely take just a couple days. That was the first time I was lied to. 7 days later called for an update on 11 June surprised my car wasn’t done yet. Was told again, we’re gonna get right on it and should be just another day or two. We’re gonna pull it in the shop first thing tomorrow. That was the second time I was lied to. I stopped by this morning on 13 June and my car was still sitting outside yet to be touched. I asked for my keys and will be taking it elsewhere. I can understand if you’re backed up. I can understand business issues, family emergencies, or even sick employees throwing timelines off. What I wont tolerate is being lied to and given BS timelines a business cant even come close to meeting.
