Set of 4 Goodyear tires in 36 minutes. Name a shop that has ever serviced your vehicles this quickly. I always buy tires here and wouldnt go anywhere else for oil changes 🙄.

Called ahead to ensure they had stock of size i needed man assures me they got two i tell them im driving in on rims eta 5 min. Mind you my spare is on rims with tire stredded i changed myself prior to arriving just for them to say um no maame we havent got that size!! knowing nothing can be done i sparked off to the parking lot and went inside to buy my boys and i fresh clothes due to tire soot. ON CHECK OUT THIS OLDER WOMAN GAGS AND COMMENTS ON HOW DIRTY WE WERE LIKE EXCUSE YOU?!? Worst walmart experience ever ill be going to lake worth for now on!!

Got there at 8 a.m. for an oil change service only one vehicle in front of me. Had to wait 2 whole hours for the change. I brought my own oil and filter since their basic is recycled oil and they still charged me $45.

Had tire changed, the gentleman that assisted me was extremely rude and used language not appropriate when at your job with a customer. Tried to be understanding and brush it off but literally every time he was spoken to he was hateful dude tone and horrible look on his face. Even with an appointment it took an hour to get one tire changed, which seems long especially since I went right into a space no wait. The young women at the desk was very friendly and cheerful. Some employees need to work on their customer service if they are going to plan on staying in a customer service driven position. You cannot allow your feelings and temper to control you, thats how a retialer loses business and money. Sucks to say it but your job and paycheck comes from those customers bringing income to your location, retail is dependent on return customers and with out them there is no more money. If you cannot compose your self long enough to even be half way civil and not hateful youre in the wrong position.As far as a whole Id say Walmart is safe from bad custom care collapsing their brand. However the automotive center in my opinion is expendable, there are plenty of others around to replace them.

Good price on full synthetic oil change. Kinda slow getting it done though. Well staffed, except they seemed to spend more time chatting with each other than actually getting their jobs done! At one point I saw FIVE of them just lolly gagging together. Yet they had three vehicles in the bays. Not good.

Excellent service. Went in for a car battery. I was waiting for someone to help me because the size battery I needed was only accessible through the employees only area. Someone came by, saw me standing there and immediately got me the battery I needed, tested my old one, and opened another register to complete the transaction.

Refused Oil change while still 20 minutes until close. Doors and garage still open. On a V6 Mustang an oil change takes 15 minutes (I know this because Ive had service this quick several times before at Kwik Kar) and I was the only person there Lazy people here, not helpful and doubt I could trust their work.

I went there for air for my tires and nobody helped me. So I aired up my own tires. Horrible customer service! Will not be back!

Wasnt real happy with this visit because a tech got my daughters steering wheel cover absolutely filthy. The tried to make it right by allowing her to pick a new one then after many atempts to put it on. One of the techs came out and help me put it on. I do appreciate they at least gave her a new one without any hassle

Mechanic crew were great! Cashier, an older woman was rude and less than professional. Asked me what I wanted, after the mechanic staff call me to let me know my vehicle was completed.Cashier was not at her register but off down an isle. Then proceeded to scold me for not presenting my numbered receipt so she could match the work order. I had no idea of the process.Needs a lesson in customer service and manners!

Came to get an oil change at 5 pm, and they close at 7 pm the very rude tech said they were to busy and turned me away. Very upset and disrespected.

Dropped car off for an oil change with no scratches on my car. I picked it up an hour later and my car has a huge scratch on rear driver side fender. Walmart denied doing it of course.

They patched my tire really fast

Fast easy service even kept a cap that belonged to a friend that they forgot to put back on after a tire change (aesthetic thing not important piece) and saved it till they came back again since they werent sure whose it was but they knew they always came there lol

Do not ever go there! I took one of my cars to get a new tire and when I left all the sensors on my car would not turn off. A year later I went in a new car to get an oil change and they did not put the bottom cover on my car correctly and it ripped off on the highway now I have to pay to get a new one because I cant put it back on my own

They got good prices, they kinda slow, but I about value.

These guys pushed a sell of fuel injection on me to go along with my oil change and only half completed the job. Their reasoning was not having a clean funnel for my truck which is a f150 that has a gas lock protector and not being able to get a funnel that will open the lock. Im sure they have dealt with plenty of Fords before so i dont get it. Its a no brainer that if you cant complete the job dont offer the service!Lost my business.

The people in the shop do good work. Like most businesses these days the shop is understaffed and sometimes it takes a while to get service.

Tires were supposed to be rotated and balanced but had to return next day because of vibration only to be told 1 front tire wasnt even balanced,, in trip still noticing vibration so now 3rd trip has to be made to try again

Walmart said it was a hour wait finally after waiting 3hours I took my car and left went somewhere else to get my work done.will not take my car back to the azle location.

Fast oil change service.

Had to take 2 trolling motor batteries in for replacement. I couldnt lift them, so they did it for me and put the new ones in my basket
