I have used B & C for years now. They are hands down, the most honest and trust worthy garage I have ever used. Twice now they have refused to charge me for a repair that was not needed. My most recent experience was that I had a vehicle that was covered under a warranty so I took it to the dealerships service center. They repaired the warrantied part but wanted a considerable amount of money to replace a non-covered part as well. Since the second part was not under warranty I refused their estimate and called B & C. They told me to drop it off that evening and they would take a look. I got a call the next morning, they called me before I could call them, and told me the repair had been made and the vehicle was ready. They repaired the existing part, it did not need to be replaced. They saved me over $1,400!

Didnt fix the problem. Charged way too much and did not get the problem fixed!!After my review, I was contacted by B&C Transmission and they have ordered a part for our truck and will try and fix the problem. Once we get this part installed and find that our problem is fixed, I will edit my review. Thanks to B & C for their contact, but I will need to wait until I can change my review.

Above and beyond. Went in for a transmission rebuild and they not only rebuilt it, they through in a free check of the computer and fuses for an electric problem. They told me what to do to fix it and viola!!! Everything is good 😊👌👌

I was priced gouged for inspection cost at136 dollars,that no one else charges.you wanted 4,252 dollars to repair the car! I took it somewhere else . it was repaired for 1,750dollars!

Very good customer service, even when I was already taken care of every employee double checked to make sure somebody took care of me. Jimmy was very polite and they were able to inspect my car quick and easy. The place I went to before said I couldnt get it inspected due to a piece being broke but Jimmy was able to do it no problem. This is my new place I will be going to regularly for any car needs or questions I have. I recommend B & C Transmission And Automotive Repair because their work is more than adequate.

We experienced amazing customer service and true honesty. Once Jimmy determined our vehicle had additional problems beyond the transmission he asked us to consider replacing the 22 year old vehicle instead of making the repairs. He actually charged less than what was quoted since the vehicle was not repairable.

They knew exactly what the problem and even fixed it for 30$ under what they quoted..I was very pleased and would definitely use them again in the future..thanks B&C

This is the best shop around the metroplex. Only shop my family uses and have always fixed every car or truck I have brought them. I have 3 teenage drivers and they make sure they are running good and I don’t worry about them breaking down. Honest and do the job right. If you don’t like honest and do the job right the first time then take your car to a shop with a gravel driveway. These guys at B&C are professionals and the best around.

Last week I took my Volvo to B&C Transmission and Auto Repair. I am thrilled that B&C fixed the problem for $2350.00 less than the dealership quoted me. Amazing, right? Needless to say, they have earned my trust and I will be returning to B&C for all my auto care!

Ive been a customer of B&C for years because theyre 100% honest and very skilled.After all the great work theyve done for me ( including 2 transmission rebuilds ) the bar was raised pretty high so I didnt think they could impress me. Then I had them convert the front drum breaks on my 69 f100 to disk.There was a LOT of customization involved to make that work! And let me tell you... those breaks are much improved.Id recommend these guys to anyone.On the side: my wife thinks I should mention that they are very polite to her. That hasnt always been her experience with mechanics.

I was referred to B & C by a co-worker and needed their help today when I had an issue with the front end on my truck. I dropped it off and they called back within a matter of about an hour and a half with what they found. Turns out it was my tire. They had also inspected some other parts/systems and gave me suggestions on some things I may want to have done in the future. Quick, courteous, professional and honest. We have a new auto repair place!

I trief to support local business. Chose B C for repairs . Jimmy was very professional and thorough at 1st. Then over $1100.00 later for diagnostics, parts and labor check engine light was still on.Return to have Jimmy look at it. Jimmy admitted missing a blown fuse for an O2 sensor.Also still had too lean codes.Jimmy wanted to coverup the bad fuse by a tuneup for $300.00 more dollars.I returned the next day to see a then Bad Vibe Jimmy. He wanted to then charge me again to start the process all over.After talking he said he wouldnt charge for the 1st hour only and then start charging again. Never went back. I found the blown fuse issue. A bare wire above the left valve cover gasket.Then another $108.00 at another shop to fix the too lean issue.That was a disconnected vaccum line from the valve cover to the intake manifold. Surprisingly since Jimmy and his shop worked on both the intake manifold and valve cover gaskets.Overrated and over priced. No thanks.

Best automotive shop in town. I thought the worst when may car wouldnt shift. Jimmy diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed my car for a fraction of the price I was quoted at another shop. Im a customer for life!

Brought my truck in late Monday afternoon with some issues and they were honest with me and said it would be better to bring it the next day and leave since they were busy so I did the next day,they even drove me home and that afternoon picked up my truck and they were very thorough on the problem and everything they had done to fix it. They may have had some disgruntlements with my mom, whose car had been left overnight to be assessed. Due to miscommunications by an unfortunately handicapped employee. But the owner quickly stepped in and provided top notch customer service. Unlike the service given by the owners son. Which was not the best due to him having a bad attitude. Maybe he had a bad day idk lol. Cant blame someone for having one bad day though... We all have them! Altogether, even with the bad, this is a great place to take your vehicle to get your transmission assessed, rebuilt or replaced. As well as draining your transmission fluid, flushing it out and refilling. Or if you just need some fluid added they do that too!

They do good work, but theyre a little pricey.Response from the owner:No repairs are performed until the estimates are approved by the owner of the vehicle. A little uncertain of the 3 star review because of price if the customer approves the estimate. Thanks, JimmyI did not approve of the estimate because it was too pricey and had someone else fix it for substantially less.

Had my 87 GMC Sierra get an Trany overhaul was not disappointed did a fantastic job cleaning it up and rebuilding it. I did payments on the work I paid for it over time and great people down to earth people I trust their work I mean they did a great job on my transmission it was in shreds when I brought it in it looks good as new now. 👍
