Horrible people all of them. They try to low ball you every chance they can. Will never use them again

Bought a printer in Azle, Texas at Cash America Pawn on 8-19-20 purchased warranty for 10 % of purchase ad suggestef by sale.s petson employee #19356 on 8-24-20 leave work early. To bring back printer because it doesnt work and arrive 15 minutes to 7 and they have doors locked and gated partiallly down. Whats up woth thst. ? Good business is be open when you advertise you are . after i return item will not patronize Cash America Pawbadvertized on internet, on front door etc. If item doesnt work dont sell.( Another customer arrived right after me till before 7) they have lost a customer.

Went in to look around and as Im standing there I see Eli scamming this poor old man with his TVs. As he was trying to turn on the TV with the remote hed cut the power for it wouldnt turn on. So instead of just telling the man no he embarrassed him and said he brought non working stuff. Will never go back in to the store.

Always have a pleasant experience at this store. It’s clean and organized and the manager, John, is personable and fair. I enjoy buying from here and will come back in the future!

The lady that helped me today told me I had a fake coach purse but only after asking 3 men that was working telling me that the Cs are not supposed to be touching????? I understand there a lot of fake handbags but she acted like she was positive that my handbag was fake as she smiled when she told me it was fake. You people need more training. How do you work at a pawnshop with no product knowledge???

If I could put zero star for a review I definitely would. First of all the manager of this place (Skyler) the manager was extremely rude to this elderly man, was literally screaming at him instead of giving this man the respect he deserves being a customer. The man had no idea where to go bc he didnt have the properguidance. Then I as a customer I tried to negotiate with him and the response I received from him was very rude and disrespectful. He is probably the reason why this place is always empty.

Bought a rifle and scope and they told me yeah that scope is for that rifle. Wrong, and now cannot return it. Looked up the price on amazon and paid $2 more than what Amazon sells the scope for. They either bald faced lied to me or they are incompetent. Either way, won’t be back to those thieves.

Decent people for the most part but dont go here early and expect them to be open at 9 like posted. They dont open untill 10:30...(FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! )

The employees at this location are incompetent and disrespectful! I am surprised that they are even employed at all. I feel confident that one of them is mentally disabled. He could not even start a chainsaw!

Very lazy when it comes to helping at all. Don’t buy tools because they won’t help you test them first neither will they take returns endless you take out a warranty? Don’t waste your time at this pawn it’s best to go somewhere else. I understand putting warranty on tools but that are new? How is it that they need you to put a warranty on an item that they sold you telling you it works? Not even a sorry was given. Never do they acknowledge any one coming in the store.

I dont know why I buy from these ppl I bought a welder there 2 weeks ago to find out it did not work so I lost money when I returned it and today I spend 250$ and they give me Xbox one controller no battery pack and they give me aa battery and still no cover and they refused to make it right

I was accused of bringing in a stolen projector even though I had proof of ownership. They did this in front of my son. Their reasoning was that the condition was too good to not be stolen. My son and I were embarrassed in front of the whole store. I have been a frequent customer, but will not longer return.Heres an update. I had to go in today to get our last item out of Pawn so that we no longer had to go to this facility. Surprise surprise even though I have the full amount to pay the item they wont let me get my item out of Pawn. This is against the law.

I like the way business is done here. By the book, to the point. Manager has a very dry but great sense of humor which is awesome to me. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I returned a game due to it being incomplete. I asked the guy if it was complete he said yes further inspection it clearly was not. me and my husband argued with them for approximately 15 mins. According to them we dont sell or buy incomplete items. We provided proof as well as receipt. They also looked it up on the computer and confirmed it was incomplete. The game comes with 2 discs there was only one. Skylar was rude and basically shoved the receipt in my face. I said i looked at it but i want my money back yall lied to me. Yall didnt say anything about a warranty otherwise i would gave gotten it. I got my money back. The only person good to us is Bowen. This is why i buy movies and games from Game Xchange in fort worth by the ridgemar mall. Long ways but its worth it.

Jeff the assistant manager, will call the police on you, if u call and file a complaint. I know. I was pulled over down the road, by azle pd. Then was harassed by the copsIn the store Not one person was asked for an ID to buy or sell. Yet I was told I could not buy or sell because I didnt bring my ID.Just me, probably because Im Hispanic.Ive shopped here for years. Not anymore. The new assistant manager is racist, just saying.. watch your self when entering. Enter with caution.
