Outstanding new vehicle drove great had no trouble loading or unloading just outstanding

So the penske in Aztec Is BEYOND AMAZING. Talk about cusyomer service. Wowzers, I give this place a 100 out of 10. We had some minor issues and the front desk went beyond to help us out. I highly recommend the Aztec Penske and kudos for helping out some very tired travelers!!

This specific location in Aztec, NM was SO rude. We rented a truck in Denver to move to Durango and it was a mess from the very beginning. I had made a reservation the day before, the lady said she would call me back once she found the closest truck. I never received any phone call. I called the next morning and talked to 3 different people. The first person said I reserved a truck at 11 (I specifically said 9am), and that they still hadn’t located a truck. I called back again at 11 after hearing nothing. This time the second person said they had no reservations under the name. After some discussion, he was able to locate my reservation and sent me 30 minutes away to the closest truck. Thankfully, they promised not to charge me for the drive back to my location. However upon picking up the truck, I discovered it was only half full. We called the location and asked about this and was told it was fine, we just return it at the same fuel gage level. When we returned it half full to the location in Aztec, the man was horribly condescending and rude, telling us we had to fill it all the way up or would be charged $8-9/gallon (an additional $100). We told him the other location gave us these instructions, and he said it wasn’t his problem and we would be charged for it. He acted like it was HIS business and that he didn’t belong to a chain of truck rentals. He was condescending and tried to use scare tactics so he wouldn’t have to fill it up himself. WORST customer experience ever. Thankfully, the manager at the first location promised not to bill us. But you have some embarrassingly horrible employee at the Aztec location...avoid it at all costs, literally.

Good clean cheap trucks. The only problem is that they are speed limited, below interstate highway speeds.

No one mentioned they were closed over the weekend.

Came through last minute. PODS dropped the ball and Penske stepped up big. They found a truck nearby and set it up so I could drive to them and grab it. Legend!
